You don't need to go Napoli to eat the delicious Napoli Pizza. Tastes everything great and I am very happy with the service.

The pizza was really very tasty, but I find an additional charge of 3 Fr for a few olives and this without being pointed out to be a bit unreasonable, especially since this was not declared in the menu.

One of my Italian friends recommended me to try this restaurant and I am looking forward going again. Very good pizza and nice Spritz alcoholic drinks :)

I ate here with colleagues while visiting Zurich. The pizzas were so yummy! We ordered more than 6 pizzas and I only for a picture of one but ALL were 5-Stars. I’d definitely go back!

super nice food. recommended. Restaurant close early during weekdays around 8:30 PM. one thing i found weird is that waiters kept speaking spanish rather than english although they realized i am not italian. we had to use sign language to figure things out.

The restaurant is in the circle, with convenient transportation. It is right next to the airport. It is a good place for friends to meet and get together. The dining space is much larger than that of restaurants in the city. The taste of the food is okay, quite satisfactory, not particularly amazing, but the price of the food is also a bit expensive.

If you call, ask if the kitchen is open, then walk there (10 minutes) and then be told that it will be closed for an hour, well, thank you. 20' of my time. Where can I send the invoice? It's great, by the way, that you obviously don't need to earn money.

We had the special menu la tavolata for 89.00 Chf. There is a lot and very filling, we couldn't eat it all. Smaller portions would be better for a dinner like this. The pizza was tasty but the dough was rubbery. The saltimbocca was so dry that you could hardly pull the toothpick out. The dessert was great but also too powerful and the tiramisu too warm. The restaurant scores with its ambience and location.

We were sent away because we didn't want to order food on three in the afternoon. You're not allowed to drink anything in this place!

Very good pizza! Super friendly staff. The l'Oro is very busy, which is why it is always a bit difficult at lunchtime without a reservation.

I recently had the opportunity to visit l'Oro di Napoli and would now like to share my experience. Unfortunately I have to say that I was rather disappointed with my visit and cannot recommend the restaurant. The food was generally good and the pizza tasted delicious. However, the service was extremely slow. When we arrived at lunchtime, we had to wait 30 minutes to even be able to order. It then took another 30 minutes until we were finally served our food. These wait times were definitely unreasonable and marred the overall experience. Unfortunately, errors were also made in the order. First, the buffalo mozzarella was forgotten and had to be requested later. This caused a further delay. I also accidentally received a regular Coke instead of a Coke Zero. Although this may seem like a small mistake, it was still annoying as I had ordered the Coke Zero for health reasons. The staff was neither particularly friendly nor unfriendly. They completed their tasks, but without any particular enthusiasm or effort to make the stay more pleasant. All in all, my visit to this pizzeria was disappointing. While the quality of the food was good, the longer wait times, ordering errors, and average customer service made for an overall negative experience. For these reasons, I unfortunately cannot recommend this restaurant.

The focus is on pizza, which is also very tasty. Prices are very ok for Zurich or Zurich airport. I was served nicely and everything went quickly.

Nice and pleasant restaurant. The pizza was great. The service wasn't really satisfactory. I reserved the Mother's Day menu and received the confirmation immediately via email. Unfortunately, they didn't want to know anything about it on site. The kids were very disappointed. We then got a table and were rudely told to leave the table at 2 p.m. So the experience wasn't really great. Price/performance ratio is not right. An apology would also have been appropriate in this situation.

We ate a pizza calzone and pasta there. It's a coolly decorated pizzeria. The staff spoke Italian but were not very attentive. The pizza was very bland. And the prices were too high in my opinion.

First of all I would like to praise 2 points: 1. The pizza is really, really good 2. The restaurant is modern and clean Nevertheless, I only give this 2 stars. Why? The name suggests it: it is a specialty restaurant from Napoli. This is also clearly highlighted on the homepage. Especially the Italian hospitality. But: - There was no sign of hospitality anywhere: The reception and placement of us guests was absolutely loveless, no friendly smile, no welcome, nothing. It seems as if at least most of the employees here don't really want to work. - Playing Elton John, Whitney Housten, etc. instead of Italian music in a Neapolitan restaurant seems a bit out of place to me. - if you call yourself that, a few more Neapolitan specialties wouldn't hurt. e.g. Babà Napoletano, cuoppo Napoletano, etc. Conclusion: You can't really find the gold of Napoli here. Too bad.

Good pizza but very slow and unprofessional service

I was there with my partner on a Saturday evening. The restaurant wasn't full. When we arrived we ordered something to drink, a starter and the main course. First came the bread with oil. That was very nice, but we had to wait too long for our drinks. Normally these come first and then the food. The pizza was nothing special. Finally we ordered 2 espressos. Only one came. I told the waitress that the second one was missing. She got distracted by new guests and forgot my order... after 15 minutes we ordered the second coffee from another waiter. The staff seems overwhelmed. That was the first and last time there!

Really uniquely delicious pizzas!! Great price-performance ratio. Delicious pizza dough. Cool atmosphere with the oven. Really Italian. The only negative point: Especially in winter, when you can't sit outside, it can get very crowded, loud and cramped inside the restaurant. People sit close to each other. To be fair, this speaks for the popularity of the restaurant, which is no coincidence.

However, completely failed when booking: Pizza party on Sunday was reserved for 13 people. with starter and pizza a la discretion. When we arrived it was said: the kitchen is closed on SUN so no starters and no pizza chat 😂 so there was only pizza for everyone (but pizza chat wasn't possible, for whatever reason) However, it was confirmed by email that we could have a pizza chat on Sunday. the whole thing is very strange. Location is very nice, service is typical Italian style 😅 ceep calm, take it easy 😉

What a great place at the Circle for pizza and pasta. An excellent alternative to the restaurants at the airport terminals with direct parking underneath at the Circle parking.

Just close 1 hour early on a Friday evening and turn you away as a guest - really bad service!

The big oven at the entrance is what you notice as soon as you enter the restaurant and makes you hungry. The pizza with ham and mushrooms I ordered was good, it could have been baked a little more. The pizza with salmon that my friend ordered was not good. It was watery and had way too much cheese. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I felt it was too expensive, even for the airport location.

Worst pizza ever! So-called mozzarella like rubber, not baked and cold dough soft, no spices and there is no pizza Napoli with anchovies. After the complaint, the pizza was replaced but it wasn't any better either. Price/performance is not right at all.

If you are in Zurich then you must go to Naples Gold! It really feels like being in Naples... the pizza is excellent and the place is really very nice. The thing that impressed us most was the fact that we could look into the kitchen directly from our table. The waiter was always kind and attentive. We will definitely be back

Cool restaurant with a nice atmosphere. Risotto was very tasty, but the pizza had little taste. Staff not attentive. I would have liked the staff to ask for the parking ticket for the discount/time credit. Had to pay the full amount.

The restaurant was extremely noisy. The fake stone wall did also not help to get the volume down but I guess modern architecture is to blame. Unfortunately both ordered pizzas were cold and the dough soggy. The pizza oven looks nice and the stuff is friendly as a positive note

Another great place to eat pizzas in Zürich ! You can come here to eat nice Napoletana pizzas, served quickly ! This is close to the airport, so depending on your flight time, you can go here ! The restaurant has a nice mood. Most importantly, pizzas are cooked in a WOODEN oven, which is really appreciable ! Staff is nice :) I highly recommend!

Food (pizzas and pasta) tastes fabulous. Generally large portions. The drinks like the homemade iced tea also taste great. However, there can be significantly longer waiting times during the lunch break.

There is very little of Naples. Together with the Mozzarella there is a kind of melted cheese like thin slices!!! On the salami one, more sauce than seasoning. The dough is good but not WOW. I've eaten pizzas 100 times more authentic than this. And chatter doesn't matter at all.

We wanted to have an Italian meal at 1:30 p.m. We were greeted relatively unfriendly and that we could only eat pizza at this time. This is not appropriate for an airport restaurant. In addition, we were simply seated and I had to get the menu myself because we were ignored. After another 10 minutes of waiting, we didn't feel like it anymore and left. I can't rate the food but the rest is catastrophic.

Restaurant very nice, pizzas also look very nice, but we waited 10 minutes at the entrance to be seated at a table, even the waiter looked at us. After 10 minutes I didn't feel like it and went to eat something else.

The Circle at Zurich Airport. The Gold of Napoli. Italianità in Zurich. Very nice restaurant. Loose and fresh. Service top. Really eat like in Italy. Antipasto, pizza great. Don't forget: parking lot P4. Hourly rate very high. However, you get a good discount via staff. Simply hand in your parking card at the restaurant.
