Radisson Blu Hotel, Zurich Airport in Kloten

Booked one night before my onward flight the next day. (03/30/24) Well signposted, quick check-in. A very clean, very quiet room with everything you need for a short stay. Nice view of the airport. The breakfast is also excellent, nothing is missing. Would recommend the hotel at any time

Very nice, spacious room, although a bit expensive, great location, only accessibility is a problem. From 6 p.m. only a tape recorder and the announcement is in Swiss German, so as an Austrian I could hardly understand it. Incomprehensible at an international airport.

Great place for meetings, good infrastructure and optimal rooms. Excellent food and very friendly service. We have been holding the GV here for several years and are completely convinced by the service and the ambience. 👏👏👏

Good airport hotel at the international Zurich ZRH. The terminals are within walking distance. Friendly staff, good service. Large, clean and well-equipped rooms and bathrooms. Good selection of food and drinks in restaurants and at the bar.

Very nice and convenient hotel. Breakfast is very good, outstanding I found the friendliness and good quality cooking of Abdhul Ghullar and also the rest of the Radisson Team.

Covid testing good value for money. Is this a hotel?

Not well driven. The staff is really trying though. But general condition and conditions I suspect is down to management is too many. Due to a miscommunication, we were upgraded to the suite, which had a glass door to a shower falling apart, non functioning shower head, failing light switches and so on..

Kenne das Hotel nicht als Gast, war da für den PCR-Test. Super organisiert.

Nettes personal ruhige Zimmer seit der pandemie kann man auch im 7 stock pcr test machen kostet 155fr habe das ergebnis in 4 std schon bekommen

Wir wollten gegen 14.30 Uhr ein Bier auf der Terrasse geniessen. Dies trotz Regen. Die Terrasse ist ja überdacht. Leider konnte uns kein Bier ausgeschenkt werden. Dies mit der Begründung, dass die Bar erst um 18.00 Uhr öffnet. Grundsätzlich verstehe ich dies. Nur sind wir Gäste die des öfteren das Radisson besuchen und als Flughafen Mitarbeiter nicht verstehen können, dass wenn 6 Personen hinter der Rezeption sind bei wenig Betrieb es nicht möglich ist, ein Bier zu verkaufen. Auf die Frage, ob ein Bier aus der Flasche (nicht offen) möglich sei, wurde gleich mit nein geantwortet. Ich finde diese nicht vorhandene Flexibilität sehr schade. Vor allem in der aktuellen Corona-Situation. Schade für dieses Hotel. Wir haben uns doch immer wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schön, sehr neu und sehr nettes Personal. Leider gibt es laut zuschlagende Türen, keine Ahnung wieso ich die ganze Nacht Türen gehört habe, obschon die Auslastung bei 20% liegt?! Generell stört mich an modernen Hotels die künstliche Luft und die Zimmer ohne Möglichkeiten ein Fenster zu öffnen. Das ist aber hier kein Einzelfall sondern die Regel. Essen, Service alles Bestens. Sehr zentrale Lage. Und ich konnte für 60.- mein Auto im P1 parieren für 3 Tage, super.

Ahmed hat uns den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gestaltet.

We had a wonderful stay at the Raddison Blu! An easy walk across the street from baggage claim, perfect for a long layover. And the burrata plate at the restaurant was divine!

Sehr schönes Hotel, dem Flughafen angegliedert. Ohne Stress gleich beim Check-in, Bahn oder Bus. Sehr freundliches Personal und Sauber. Nicht gerade Preiswert, aber sehr praktisch!

Super Lage praktisch am Checkin. Parkplatz im Haus. Grosszügige Bar. Super Service. Excelente Weine! Bei einem kürzlichen Aufenthalt war ich mit dem servierten Nachtessen gar nicht zufrieden. Anscheinend war dies ein einmaliger Ausrutscher. Dieses Mal war alles top!

Gute zimmer und vor allem absolut ruhig. In 3 minuten ist man beim check in. Preis-Leistung stimmt.

I stayed here on a Friday night because I had an early morning flight to catch. It's a decent hotel offering good food in the Winetower bar in a great atmosphere. I did find the breakfast a little overpriced for the current minimalist selection, but I enjoyed being able to sit down for breakfast before heading into the airport, where only takeaway food is available at the moment. However, what made my short stay truly outstanding was the service by the Asian looking gentleman working at the reception (I didn't catch his name - so sorry). He was so caring and attentive and truly the kind of employee you wish to encounter at a hotel. I was impressed by his kindness and attention to detail.

In the midst of the most stressful trip I've had, this hotel was a total oasis. The staff is very kind and helpful, the room was impeccably clean and the breakfast was amazing, with good choice of pastries, cheese, hams, fruit, and a made to order egg station! Plus it's conveniently located inside the Zurich airport.

Das Hotel ist im Vergleich zu vielen Hotels in Zürich und der Schweiz ein echtes modernes Metropolen Haus mit perfekter Ausstattung, modernen Services und einer Crew die alles gibt! Vor allem wenn das wichtigste an Zürich wie für mich der Flughafen ist, ist das Haus unschlagbar und ich wage es zu bezweifeln dass andere Häuser hier die gleiche Klasse, Effizienz und Herzlichkeit schaffen werden, und das alles nur 3 Minuten von der Security entfernt. Viele Hotels sind in der Schweiz ja leider auf der Einrichtung der 70er Jahre verbunden mit Mobiliar auf Sperrmüll-Standard stehengeblieben, das ist hier nicht der Fall - selten genug (ok - doch etwas besser als noch vor 30 Jahren, aber immer noch Rückstau) Besonders schön für mich ist die Bar und das Restaurant im Moment - gute kleine Karte, gute Getränke und top Service - vor allem von Ahmed und der gesamten Crew hier! Es ist hier wie ein verlängerter Urlaubstag vorher oder nachher! Danke Euch allen fürs Durchhalten und ich hoffe ich komm hier noch in 10 Jahren her - mit der gleichen Crew wäre das am schönsten - getreu Unseren Motto: Tutti per uno, uno per tutti

Da ich so famililär an der Bar empfangen wurde von Ahmed. Das Essen war gut, einfach ALLES. Eine grosse Aufmunterung in dieser schwierigen Coronazeit.

Super schönes Hotel an bester zentraler Lage vis a vis Check in 1 und Blick auf's Flugfeld je nach Zimmerwahl. Ich fühle mich sehr wohl hier....und werde meinen Aufenthalt noch voll und ganz geniessen.... nicht zuletzt auch wegen dem sehr zuvorkommenden, netten Personal hier....

В этой гостинице оставил сувениры, но никто их не вернул. Даже общаться не хотят. Хотя написал через несколько часов.. Неприятно... Немного дополню свой отзыв. Я был в этой гостинице в 2019, в августе. Сразу после приезда домой я разбирал свои вещи и увидел, что оставил в шкафу возле холодильника свои сувениры, сы в холодильнике, кстати, не забыл 🙂 Тут же написал в гостиницу, но ответа не мог пооучить несколько дней, до тех пор пока не подключились коллеги из Швейцарии. Результат, правда, получился тот же - сувениры никто, якобы, не видел... Жаль, скромные сувениры на память... Удивительно, но в Казани я даже кошелёк оставлял и мне его привезли в аэропорт на такси 👍👍👍 Разочаровали в Цюрихе...

Stay here 1 night, before flying. Very convenient inside the Zurich airport complex. You do not have to go out. With the lagguages in the trolley you can reach Radisson Blu in 4m. walk. If you reach Zurich Airport Railway station, it will take 5m. Inside the famous wine tower with over 3000 bottles. Room are comfortable, even if renovation (especially bathroom) is needed to meet the standard. Suffering from night claustrophobia, we are ALWAYS sleeping with one window slightly open. At Radisson the window are all blocked. Reasons are unclear. Breakfast minimalist but OK.

Very conveniently situated at the terminal. Rooms are cozy, bed is comfortable and the restaurant menu is good. Given the current COVID19 situation-just a perfect stay while awaiting for my connecting flight.

Pas terrible mais bien situé Accueil excellent, magnifique espace réception, proximité immédiate de l'aéroport - voici les plus. Les chambres ne sont pas à la hauteur: défraîchies, équipement vieillot, prestations minimales pour un hôtel de cette classe. Pas de cafetière, juste une petite bouilloire déglinguée dont le couvercle tombe quand on verse. Un sachet de thé, un de tisane, deux de café soluble et deux de déca pour deux personnes. Assez pingre pour un hôtel de ce niveau - on a droit à un seul café (soluble) par personne. On vous demande la carte de crédit à la réception pour garantir les extras, mais le minibar est vide. Or, tout est fermé à 22 heures. On se croirait dans un motel de province, pas dans un Radisson d'aéroport. Convient bien pour une nuit avant un vol du matin, à condition de ne pas avoir de grandes attentes.

Accessible directement depuis la gare et l'aéroport. L'hôtel est beau, les chambres ont bien vieillis, ça mérite un bon rafraîchissement. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est petit mais le service est bien. D'ailleurs c'est déjà bien qu'il y aille encore un petit-déjeuner pendant le covid contrairement à beaucoup d'hôtels.

Informal place to talk outside of busy shop area

One of the best hotel for stay, eat and drink, into of the airport

My wife and I spent last night at this hotel in a superior room overlooking the central lobby. Positive: Quiet, clean room inside the airport with reasonable prices and good food at the bar restaurant. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Wifi free and super fast! Negative: The room was about 27C when we arrived on 12 Dec. Without windows that open and no AC, all we could do was turn off the heat. The room was still 25C+ in the morning. The bed was in good condition but very hard, with only 2 thin feather pillows. The bathroom was modern, but with a clear window that allowed a view from the bed onto the toilet. The bathroom ventilation was minimal.

Good hotel very convenient if you have a super early flight and live far away. The restaurant is nice, staff is nice and attentive also friendly. The food tasted nice and the portions were good as well. I would have hoped that they have better wine by the glass, also pretty expensive for the wines they offer, I am sure they can work that out. The room is modern and clean, comfortable big bed. Not a big fan of the glass from the bathroom to the room.....takes some of the privacy away, other than that it is good.
