9CHF for a medium portion of fries.. I checked with the waiter, showed him and he confirmed that it is indeed the medium size. Their extra scoop that they mention? If I already had a medium fry we could talk about it.. Average burger, not particularly tasty. After reading the responses to the comments, it is interesting to read the “we take your comments into account” or other “we cook fresh products in front of you which explains the price”. However, nothing changes, the cheddar and the sauces are not homemade, the rolls piled up in plastic containers under the work surface, so it depends on what you mean by fresh... 😂 9CHF for 3 fries “fresh”, we must not be far from the 95% margin. Never again in Lausanne, very different elsewhere.

Super five guys, much faster than the one in Geneva that i tried once and same taste as the original one, a bit expensive but it is switzerland. The gentleman that was in the lobby (kyann i think was his name) was very kind. Super recommended!

I went to eat there because I have often passed by without ever going there and today I should also have gone my way. The value for money is not there, for 60.- for two while eating on site all this so as not to have table service and eat a burger wrapped in aluminum as if you had the price of a take-out order whereas at the competition for half the price it is possible to be served at the table and at least have a tray. I have been to dinner in Lausanne twice. I will be back a 3rd time soon. Selected products, the hamburger is of EXCELLENT quality, you really eat "substance" (you don't leave hungry like in many other places), the potato fills you up, the refreshment of the drinks is exceptional with a wide choice. Ps. DO NOT LISTEN to the "poor ignorant stupid people" who say it is expensive: if a 30 chf menu where you can drink 1.5l of drinks or more, in Switzerland, would be "expensive", Switzerland is not for you, indeed, probably not have you ever left home or gone to a restaurant in Switzerland only once. I have now been to 5 Guys, Genève and Lausanne 3 times. I am very disappointed with the concept. For the price point, the burger is really inferior and bland. This time I even returned the fries because they were far too salty and inedible. I noticed this on my last visit. 5 Guys failed for me. Better a cheaper burger at McDo or a deluxe burger for 3 chf more expensive at the delicatessen burger shop with taste. For me and my taste, 5 Guys has no place in the burger world. A good burger joint stands out for its taste quality and not for its former US presidents. I can well imagine that the burger tastes better in the USA. I've always heard good things from Five Guys in the US and now I finally had the chance to try it out myself in Switzerland. For a Bacon cheese burger, you pay 20 francs. Large fries are 9 francs. 29 francs, without a drink. It's ridiculously expensive. The quality is high, not going to lie, but definitely not worth the price. Hence 3 stars only. The beef and sauce and other toppings are great, but the buns are soggy. Tasty, but way too soggy. The fries are really good, but 9 francs? Lol, no thanks. Anyway, if it's your first time, you should definitely try it. But otherwise your money is better spent elsewhere.
