Fleur de Pains in Lausanne

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Average food and I'm not even talking about the just terrible service. I do not recommend at all!

It deserves less than one star but hey... The waitress is as frigid as my freezer and allows herself to stay on the phone while customers wait to be served! She spends her time on the phone complaining and even allows herself to make inappropriate remarks. I've never seen that before! Next time I would happily go for a latte and a croissant at the coop right opposite!

Having come to have breakfast, we returned in the afternoon for a snack! Very friendly waitress, good advice. Wide choice of drinks. Possibility of taking away or eating on site, toilets available. The raw ham foccacia is excellent. Quality products with reasonable prices. A crazy good thing in this area with a lot of tourist traps!

Unfriendly and discreet staff (borderline dress for service provision - makes a lot of noise - abrupt gestures) Why use disposable cups and plates?!?! There are only 4 small tables so not many dishes in perspective... 4 cups for 2 people (water + coffee) is excessive! Thank you for thinking a little about the planet!!!! If you cannot claim to be a tearoom (no toilet because it is not up to standard - no real coffee machine - no crockery) then do not offer this option!

Terrible saleswoman, the paninis are tasteless, the salad and the softness are the same, Obviously all this is way too expensive and industrial. Avoid even the coop opposite it's better

A very kind lady welcomed me :), unfortunately:( I couldn't find any cakes for a birthday! Too bad, but she tried hard to find me one... she even called another bakery. She made it clear to me that for the cakes I would have to order in advance, but I still left to relieve myself because I saw that she tried them all.

At 6 a.m., it is at least 30°C in this consignment store. Self-serve espresso in a paper cup looks like sock juice. The almond croissant is large, but clearly lacks almond paste filling. The price is higher than artisanal bakeries

Not only did I have a soggy sandwich but I thought I was eating in a park because it was so dirty and the ground was littered with leaves🤨🤨🤨😒😒😔 Hygiene control to be provided

Very unfriendly service. She didn't want to understand me even though I showed it at the counter. She rolled her eyes and just slapped it at me as I brought it over. That is not how it works!

Very variable quality on bakery products. These are good when they are fresh daily, but I doubt that is always the case. The balloon of bread recently purchased in the middle of the day could only be "fresh from the day before", too bad.

Possibility of eating comfortably on the terrace. Very nice and friendly service.

Unfriendly saleswoman, last Friday, 11/20/2020, we wanted to buy something but before going to the toilet, the saleswoman replied quite sharply there are no toilets, knowing that it is not possible, a business without toilets for its staff!!! As well as in this difficult period of coronavirus without restaurants and cafes open to the public, attention from him would have been welcome.

Cheating with prices! Three times in a raw I was charged more than the items I bought - each time the ladies tipped another more expansive item - NOT OK!!! In addition VERsy rude and unfriendly staff.

No toilets, no gluten-free products. Industrial bakery but not a tea room

Welcoming like a prison door: From today, September 8, 2019 12:30 p.m. I will avoid this type of bakery to favor real artisans who produce on site. The price is expensive and the quality is not up to par. To top it off, the staff are not at all welcoming, not knowing how to line up a word of French and even less a sentence in English, even my 3 year old little brother speaks better than these two poor ladies. No sign prohibiting dogs and yet a very bad reaction from the sellers. I'm not even talking about behavior with customers. Very unpleasant!!! A place to avoid!!! From today, I will go elsewhere.

The bakery is quite small, so there are few places. Pleasant staff and the usual offering from this chain.

There's no toilets for clients, only a written warning, in French, to which the attendant unkindly points out when you ask for it. The food is mediocre, as well as the environment, and no smiles from the staff to non French speaker's. Not what I expected to find in a touristic neighborhood of the city. English is not my mother language too, but a little kindness is always welcome. The rude attendant was a brown haired woman, apparently in her late 40s/early 50s, and it took place on March 6, around 3pm. She even complained about me, in French, to a man sitting at the next table because I searched for a toilet before asking her first, thinking I wouldn't understand it but I did. When we arrived, though, we were attended by a blonde short haired woman who was really nice. But at the end, this brown haired demon showed up to totally ruin our experience. A simple "we have no toilets, sorry", accompanied by a nice face instead of that heavy frown would have made all the difference

Nice bakery! I loved the cheese tart, much more authentic than what one can find at chain stands or the train station. The attendant was polite. She immediately noticed my broken attempt to speak French and switched to English to make me feel more comfortable. She also delivered the food to my table instead of keeping me waiting while it was being warmed up. Good experience overall!

Incredible that a tea room can operate without having a toilet for its customers. Totally unacceptable in my opinion

Franchise always correct for the products and the choice. This site is less friendly than others in terms of reception, everyone must serve their own coffee, there is a little mess on the tables and no toilets available to customers (even if the manager apologizes for this on a notice) . An effort is therefore required to obtain the same positive evaluation as the other Fleur de pain bakeries in the Lausanne region (in particular La Sallaz and Epalinges).

I present to you the delight with... micro ham... A fake bakery to avoid. Developed on the concept of point-of-sale bakery and delocalized production. From now on I avoid this type of bakery in favor of real artisans who produce on site. The price is expensive and the quality is not up to par. To top it all off, the staff were averagely welcoming.

Sandwich as hard as concrete and ham not fresh at all. It looked like a sandwich from the day before. I strongly advise against it.

The level and choice has fallen compared to what has been offered in recent years, which is a shame. It remains expensive but correct even if the friendliness of the service has not always been their strong point...

I confirm Brian's opinion. Avoid this place. Taking the boat in the evening, I prefer to return without bread rather than their product.

Yeah not really good. The coffee is a cheap button machine coffee so it's not worth it and the deserts and selection doesn't seem too fresh. The woman behind the counter was helpful though

Very tasty salty and sweet breads and takeaways. Sweets, chocolates and drinks are also sold. Highly recommended although a little expensive.
