Announce the closing time before the customer orders...no comment... As if I intended to spend the night there to have a hot drink. In any case we feel welcomed and welcome.

Toilets “for customers” in a tea room seems to me to be the least possible.

Average quality products and a service that still needs to be improved. One of the saleswomen who works on Sunday had to change jobs because she was very unfriendly and cold. Almond croissants are no longer the same as before, you have to look hard to find a piece of almond!

This is not the first time I have come to this bakery. I've had a dried meat sandwich twice now and it's completely dry... I think it's unsold old stuff. I am in favor of avoiding food waste but I don't understand why the price of the sandwich that I expect fresh daily remains the same for a dry sandwich.

We have been coming to this bakery for years. It's really a mixed bag. It's open on Sundays, which is great, since in Switzerland it's not very common, but then the quantities they produce are always calibrated for minimal waste, which means that in the afternoons, and often already in late mornings, you'll not have much choice. The quality is good, but their pains-au-chocolat have suffered from shrinking of chocolate over the years and their croissants are just ok for the price (little butter). Cakes and other pastries are usually very good. There are two parking lots, but for a while one or more of the employees have been parking on one of them, which leaves only one empty slot. The quality of service is also very variable, since there are multiple Fleur de Pains in the region I think that the staff rotates at least partially, and while some of them are nice and professional, others are clearly uninterested in giving a good vibe to the place.

Too good too go order placed at 11:05 a.m. for collection from 5:25 p.m. The brand canceled the reservation at 5:26 p.m., during my bike ride, in the rain, towards Fleur de pains Pully. Result of shopping: I am there but the shelves are empty, I do not have the basket for the order and cannot buy anything. I expressed my annoyance to the saleswoman who vaguely explained to me that she had canceled the reservation in the afternoon. However, the date of the email sent by the application tells me that it was canceled at the last moment. I barely managed to get a shy “sorry” out of the lady behind the counter before heading home empty-handed. It's quite sad to be considered a second-rate consumer.

An awful good woman welcomes me (or should I say stares at me)... She speaks to me informally even though I don't know her from Eve or Adam and the icing on the cake: makes me repeat my order 3x even though my articulation is impeccable. The baguette looked like that of a supermarket whereas for 3CHF I think I have the right to expect something good… I'm giving it 3 stars because the chouquettes were good and because I'm in a good mood.

The reception was rather cold. We found that the croissants and pain au chocolat were dry, an impression that it was frozen or a croissant/pain au chocolat from the day before? Too bad, the quality was not there.

To all the people who pass by, whether young or old! At any time they will be welcome, whether in bad shape or very sad, especially on Monday morning. So let everyone go there and get their bread or a tabbouleh, it will always be the same welcome! Best post J.Pittet

SO, reception and unpleasant staff. Dry, half-empty sandwiches and paninis. Not fresh salad and poor sauce. All at exorbitant prices for the quality offered.

Friendly staff and decent products. On the other hand, there are no toilets for even washing your hands before a small meal.

The shop at Renens station is excellent. Everything is very fresh with staff who are very attentive to customer needs.

Parking in front of the business. Large selection of food, salads, etc. with "drink included" formula. Afterwards, the taste is there but the quality deserves a little more attention. Croissants or pain au chocolat crumble.. frozen reheated on site..

Nyssia is very helpful... and welcoming... His smile is a pleasure to see when you enter the bakery... 5/5. A+

Well, a bakery. The prices are expensive as in all of Switzerland.

A good chain bakery that's open early and even on Sunday's. Perfect for a pre work coffee and breakfast. Slightly less pricy that their local artisanal competitors (but not as good). You'll find all the classics like croissant, fresh bread loads, pain au chocolat and other baked treats.
