We came to get 2 paninis for our children, unfortunately we did not have adequate service. The young man was very helpful, but had some difficulty preparing the two paninis. First, he broke the food apart to heat the chicken and the bread halves separately, then he put them back together. He did the same thing for the second panini. It just took longer, whereas normally paninis are heated either in their packaging or entirely on the panini grill. Review your training.

I come by regularly, a friendly and professional saleswoman and delicious food and drinks (coffees).

On this Sunday afternoon of March 5, 2023, I decided to go to the “Fleur de pains” bakery in Morges to buy my snack. However, as soon as I entered the bakery, I was greeted by a saleswoman who seemed in a bad mood and who did not look me in the eye or even speak because her main concern seemed to be to make the store inventory. I politely asked her what products I was interested in, but she didn't even answer me. Once she was able to focus her attention on my request, I was FINALLY able to indicate what I wanted. I won't hide from you that the saleswoman was so unpleasant that I quickly lost all interest in what she had to offer. When it was time to pay, I could barely hear/understand the amount that was due because the saleswoman couldn't articulate and didn't seem to be making any effort. Additionally, she didn't seem to care about my displeasure and let me go without even apologizing. I was really disappointed with this experience, as I had always been a regular customer of this bakery and had always appreciated their fresh bread and courteous service. I left the “Fleur de pains” bakery with a very negative impression, and I promised myself I would never set foot there again. I hope that the management of this company takes steps to ensure that their employees treat their customers with respect and professionalism, so that no one else has an experience as unpleasant as mine.

I ordered a birthday cake with a plaque... they put Merry Christmas instead of Happy Birthday!!! And on top of that I ordered a round cake and they made it square... it's really nonsense! It's not the first time I've had problems with them and all they do is send coffee vouchers... incredible. Never again.

The bakery is ok in terms of reception but the products are too industrial (chain) and the quality too low compared to the historic or recent Morgian bakeries in the surrounding area.

Bakery with choice and lots of good things to taste on site or elsewhere, the young employees are all adorable but the only downside is that it's small on the cafeteria side and we have no access to the toilets which is a real shame since I can no longer invite my grandmothers there…. Otherwise it’s still a good neighborhood bakery… 👌🏼👍🏼

Today, I was at the Fleur de Pain café in Morges. This is the worst place I have ever been.. At first the waitress put the two pastries ordered on the same plate, even though she saw perfectly that there were two of us. When I asked her to bring a second plate, she almost threw it on the table. But this can still be tolerated if it weren't for the quality of the pastries ordered. If the lemon cake was more or less edible, the pastry from the heart of France was simply disgusting, it was dry, like a stone, you could break your teeth. I conclude that in this bakery they sell very old products (absolutely not fresh), completely without respect for customers. I guess I'll never go to the bakery chain again. I will write my opinion on this bakery chain everywhere to warn others and save their teeth, stomachs and wallets.

Execrable welcome from the saleswoman (apparently manager) who is haughty, aggressive and disrespectful, don't have the misfortune of asking if they have vegetable milk for the coffee! I no longer go to this bakery even though I love their products.

Having tested 4 different products from this bakery, I really didn't like them. What disappointed me the most at first was the almond croissant. For me, in an almond croissant you should feel the creaminess, the deliciousness of the frangipane dough, but I didn't feel anything apart from tasteless puff pastry, so for me it was not an almond croissant. So the next time I fell back on the classic croissants and pain au chocolat, and again I didn't feel the deliciousness or the flavor of these products like we like to buy in a real bakery. They were big (maybe a little too much), but without any real flavor, for me it was really lacking in butter and a little dry (bought early in the morning). I still wanted to try one last pass by taking a simple baguette, neither I nor my companion found the true crispy flavor of a good crust, nor of a very tender and full of flavor crumb. In short, I don't know if it's my French side that sets the bar a little high, but for me in any case I wasn't thrilled at all. This experience especially made me think of French bakery chains like Chevalier, etc... where we are not looking for the absolute recipe but simply to bake products and sell them.

I like Earl Gray tea and they have a superb raspberry pastry and...I don't know, but it's excellent. Lovely and friendly service.

The best Fleur de Pains of all! A warm place, with a ⬆️TOP manager. Always attentive to her customers and always very professional and kind. I recommend for everyone. P.S: the best strawberry cake in the region👌Don’t hesitate to try it, you won’t be disappointed 😉

I go there regularly. The bread and pastries are good. The employees are friendly and smiling. Cakes and pastries are a bit expensive though.

Pleasant and attentive service despite the lack of merchandise to offer to customers at 7 a.m. It must be difficult to motivate employees when there is almost nothing to sell. Nothing more to do with the beginnings of Fleur de Pains

The best macarons I ever tried! Every other product that I tried was carefully and perfectly made. Great place and kind staff to have a good coffee and calm moment in the day. I will come back for sure!
