Food Factory 1 in Wohlen (AG)

Sat down at the table in the restaurant on Monday evening at 8 p.m. Waited 20 minutes without service. 1 service employee only present. When she noticed me, she asked me if I could order yet, I couldn't answer because she was simply serving other walk-in customers! After 20 minutes I got up, ran to the counter and ordered. I couldn't even do that, I left the restaurant with an empty stomach! I am a good customer of yours and have probably consumed something 10 times and have never had such a bad experience. Food always top, best Dürüm for me. But I won't let myself have anything like that! To the boss: if you already run a restaurant together with takeaway, then make sure there are enough staff present in the evening. Just a disappointment!

It's awesome! Great food, nice service, good atmosphere. We come here almost every week or order take-in! Delicious food and good portions! Again and again! 🙂

Reasonable prices. If you take the mega kebab, make sure you're hungry because it's huge. They do cut the meat a bit thinner than what I'm used to from the Netherlands. Overall the food is good, staff is friendly. Close to the railroad station so very convenient for travelers with an appetite.

I ordered a falafel kebab box, I really enjoyed it, everything was perfect and I thought the yoghurt sauce was very good

Part 1: Unfortunately the pizza was delivered very cold. The fries were rubbery and the cheese from the hot dog was already dried out. A pity...

Rude, stressed, demotivated, fries over salt, ruined our whole evening. Prices completely exorbitant. Disappointed

The shop is modernly furnished. The selection is good to very good. For me.

The kebab meat was already cut from the spit, I'm a fan of it being freshly cut from the spit. Still 4 stars because it was a good portion of kebab meat without ordering “extra meat” or XL. I'll try it again sometime... if you look at the menu, you should probably opt for a pizza instead! Large selection!

The salad dressing was no longer good, it was slightly sour. I think it had expired or was gone. The kebab and the dürüm were unfortunately cold. The fries were very good and crispy. The service was very friendly and nice. Everything was spotlessly clean and tidy. I don't know yet whether I'll come back.

Kebab was good, drink was expired!! I pointed this out to the employee and said he could at least give the drink for free (out of customer friendliness, after all you want to keep your customers). Then he just said that he wasn't Caritas. I had to pay full price for an expired drink. Don't come back again.

Had dinner there today. Service was friendly and accommodating and the price-performance ratio was good to very good. One point is deducted for the fact that we received the food staggered, first fries, then my kebab, then my wife's. But we are happy to recommend it! Price for 2 kebabs, 2 drinks and 2 fries 27.- is very affordable especially for the quality of the products.

Top service, large selection and great taste. 😉
