Too little meat, I only ate vegetables

I've been to the Subway restaurant several times and have always enjoyed the sandwiches there. However, I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service there. The personnel selection and motivation management concept should be urgently reconsidered. The staff was always unfriendly and demotivated. It seemed like they didn't want to work there and were annoyed by the customers. This made me feel very disappointed and uncomfortable as a guest. I think that friendly and cheerful service is the key to a pleasant visit to a restaurant. I also found the impudence of some employees particularly annoying. They were unprofessional and had no manners. Sometimes it even seemed like they didn't care how they treated the customers. This is unacceptable and conveys a negative image of the subway. I would like to emphasize that I do not question the quality of the sandwiches. The selection and taste are still great. But when the staff are so unpleasant, it takes the joy out of the meal and detracts from the overall experience. I hope that the subway's management takes my criticism seriously and takes measures to improve service. Friendly and motivated staff are very important to the success of a restaurant. I would like to visit Subway again in the future, but only if I can feel comfortable with the service.

Delicious, service is also nice, I'm thankful to have sandwiches on Sunday as well.

Unfortunately, my first encounter with Subway Wohlen was very unfriendly. If you are hesitant to accept the 2-for-1 vouchers and then only half are available/included, you might want to skip taking part in this great program altogether.

No more bread at 8 p.m. The place is still open for another hour and no bread. Is this a juice shop? Went to Wohlen for nothing.

Some of the subs are really tasty, but if you're unlucky, they won't taste good at all. Some employees are very nice and motivated, but others are not at all. Compared to other subways, the food here is good.

Very unfriendly staff I ordered twice the meat when I was making the sub. Because I didn't see much meat, I was yelled at in an unfriendly manner, which was correct. I've been to Subways many times and they always have meat on both sides of the bread. In terms of taste, the sandwich wasn't really satisfactory either, the meat wasn't warmed properly because the oven was probably set incorrectly and the chicken smelled very strong.

Good sandwiches, why not? Good selection to top your sandwich with. Potatoes and chicken naggets are super tasty, very crispy and the breading of the chicken naggets is very crispy..

We love being there and enjoy the great sandwiches but also the really great staff. You are always welcomed in a friendly manner and we particularly like this positive atmosphere.

I was at the subway in Wohlen on Sunday. I certainly haven't been to a Subway in general for many years and because all the restaurants around are on vacation, I tried it again. I was the only customer at the counter while ordering and the 3-4 questions I asked about the sandwich process couldn't be answered. My impression is that the employee had zero interest in communicating and did not understand my question, but was also not interested in understanding... As an example, the question of how many side dishes can you choose for the sandwich?: “what do you want?” I'm already aware of that, but it's certainly just a question of price. Etc. It's been two days, but it still annoys me enough that I'm taking the time to deal with the recession The quality of the products was okay. The price performance is moderate, but it's just on the chain. And finally, cooling a room but keeping the door and side exit permanently open is questionable. Next time, in the same situation, I'll go to the BP gas station opposite. They make very good sandwiches, my favorite is the mozzarella-chrizo... Update 07/30/22 In addition, I noticed today that the Local Guide ratings with 5 stars when you click on the profile were always rated with 5 stars in about 300 other restaurants. Very suspicious…

Unfortunately, my wrap is often rolled very badly and unsightly, so I can't enjoy it. The disappointment is great and I will now steer clear of the sandwich shop. Kind regards and bad dreams.

Maybe once a month and each time the ingredients are not taken from the trough using a uniform skimmer but by hand, which means that you always get less than you are entitled to. Just today the person in front of me had chosen VeggiePattys and they wanted to put one less piece in because the employee was too lazy to refill the trough. The customer is deducted per linear meter. It's a shame that you have to take refuge in excuses. I will avoid the store in the future.

One of the friendliest Subway employees I've ever seen (young gentleman with a beard) was super motivated and literally pulled the sandwich out of my mind as I imagined it and also gave great advice. Definitely worth a visit again.

Were served very unfriendly. Apparently one of the women rolls her eyes. When we ordered potato bits, the ladies were even more annoyed. The same thing happened with the next customer. They definitely weren't stressed because nothing happened on Easter Monday.

We were there on Saturday March 26th, 2022 at around 8:00 p.m. The lady who served us was unfriendly and stressed even though there were only 4 people in there. Carelessly made and quickly.... Very disappointing!

Was served once again by an artist from Subway Creations. The gentleman with the beard surprised me again. Highly motivated, prepared and courteous, he presents and recommends the ingredients for the sandwich individually. Absolutely happy and simply delicious!!! Always happy👍

Ingredients are missing and this is only said after you have already ordered the bread. Without the right sauce, you wouldn't be in the mood here. Beef supreme wasn't available either.

Bad service, some unfriendly employees. The bread seems to me to be from the lecture even after 12 p.m. Some varieties are supposedly sold out, but can be seen on the trays in the background. If you ask then they say they can't be sold because they are still warm. To me that sounds like an excuse to sell the old bread first. You pay in full, but you don't get the full service.

I come from Eastern Switzerland and have already visited several Subway branches. This one is by far in last place. Bread toasted for too long, ingredients stingily distributed, no more desired sauce (Ceasar), no glue or stamps including a stamp card if you buy several sandwiches, but last but not least: rude, unmotivated, dubious employees. Guaranteed it was the last time I set foot in there.

Then ingredients are missing, the wrong sauce is put in and you act as if nothing had happened and when you paid, the menu didn't even offer a large sandwish and drink...for that money you can get something quicker and cheaper. I was at the Subway today to eat with my colleague. We came into the store and the employee initially looked at us angrily, like what do you want here? The man told him he didn't feel like working. Since I worked at the Subway myself, I know I put it on a 15cm roll and a 30cm one. The guy didn't put enough meat on it for me. When it came to vegetables, he put very little lettuce on it and he didn't put the tomatoes I wanted on it. People are lining up outside He has nothing better to do than cleaning tables and cleaning the glass on the counter. It was the first and last time I went to subway there.

Various sandwiches, but wouldn't go there every day

Unfriendly and unmotivated! I have been a regular visitor and customer of the Subway chain for years. However, what happened to me today (July 18, 2019) in the branch in Wohlen is simply unbelievable: After choosing my bread and what I wanted (chicken breast), I was rudely shouted at by the waitress: "We're out of them." They didn't even check the rear radiator to see if there was anything left. Well, then I was asked about the side dish. As with the chicken breast, the salad container was also empty except for a few visibly dried and discolored lettuce leaves. “I’d love a salad,” I said. The same unfriendly service actually reached into this almost empty container and wanted to scrape out these old leaves. “No, you don’t have to give this to me,” I responded. After you rolled your eyes, the rest of the order was processed just as unmotivatedly. If you're so unmotivated at work, especially in the hospitality industry, then it's best to just leave it alone! By the way, after I sat down, the salad was refilled and fresh.
