I don't know what happened but change isn't working for you. I took a Tunisian pizza to take away, the dough was horrible, very poor in toppings (a merguez cut into 8). I am a regular customer especially for their pizzas. But today 31.01.24 extremely disappointed. I would also add that prices should be reviewed, particularly for takeaway pizzas. 18.80 CHF for this poor pizza without toppings and a dough far below what we were served in the evening.

We ate well (wine fondue) and the waitress was very friendly. On the other hand, the owner behind the bar made unacceptable speeches towards our children on 3 occasions in any case, which is distressing and just made us not want to go back there again! When you're a boss, you have to know how to behave. It's a shame because the place is nice, even if the children's area could use some renovation work.

Very pretty setting, and a whole section reserved for children. Decent food but nothing extraordinary, the pizza didn't even cover the plate, small, and yet wasn't cheap. We were not served at the same time, almost 10 minutes apart. My friend had a much better value for money hamburger. The children's meals were OK and a scoop of ice cream is offered, now the waitress knows that. I don't recommend it, it's impossible to park, go your own way.

I have frequented this restaurant 2-3 times with good experiences. However, on my last visit the plates were dirty. After reporting this to the waiter he simply went to the back to wipe them with a cloth. We decided to pass on it, but then, while ordering a Chinese fondue, we found a hair in the broth. Although they replaced it, we heard complaints from the cooks, the service was very slow, and the team was arguing in front of the customers. Honestly, I don't recommend this restaurant. In addition to the previous issues, the quantities were also incorrect. Despite a small plate, the restaurant claimed that we received 600g of food. An overall disappointing experience. Despite having left a note with our contact details for the boss, we received no response or call from them. The situation remains unanswered, which adds to our disappointment.

This is a good restaurant, this is a family and friendly place.

So we weren't satisfied with the pizza that was supposed to be Italian, the tomato sauce wasn't great, even my child who really likes tomato sauce on pizza told me that she didn't think it was good. I think it's gone down....on the other hand the setting is very pretty, easy for children it would be 5 stars but I leave it at 3 because it's supposed to be an Italian pizzeria and in the end the dish on slate looks like be very good so in short it's not consistent because we expect to travel to Italy and that's not what we felt

If you have children it's really great with indoor and outdoor play areas. Good discovery.

Last night 20 minutes before someone presented us with the menu card, when we arrived the waiter in blue striped shirts told us that there was A table for 2 there, so you have to fend for yourself to find the table in question.

The food was good and until we were cleared everything was going very well. But after that, when after 25 minutes we still hadn't been offered coffee or dessert, I asked for the bill (with gourmet passport) and it arrived incorrectly 15 minutes later! It took another 10 minutes for it to arrive corrected. Really too bad for them because I would have liked to consume more and I left frustrated and angry. There were 3 servers which seemed enough to me for the terrace. 2 who were running everywhere and one who was stirring up trouble and who was destroying the entire department who we unfortunately ran into!

We arrive at 7:05 p.m. We had to ask for placemats because there were none 30 minutes after we arrived. Our meal finally arrives at 8:05 p.m. while the meal from the table next to us arrives before ours (even though it was ordered after). I also ask that they bring us a drink, because one was missing. The plate of the starter taken and finished 30 minutes ago, however, remains on the table and was never picked up throughout the meal. Our dishes (Burgers) are good (hence the 2 stars). We finish. No one comes to clear up or ask if we want dessert. Therefore, I get up to go pay. At the counter, the waiter doesn't speak to me. So his colleague tells me that we have to wait. 19 minutes later, the waiter finally comes to collect but doesn't apologize. After paying, I told the waiter who served us that the service was terrible. Monsieur doesn't even deign to look at me and replies "yes yes thank you goodbye, have a good evening". I then replied that “the least we could do would be to listen to the customer”. He does not answer me. We leave.

Insufficient quantity of meat compared to the menu. Our entrecôtes advertised at 200g were no more than 150g. If it's due to cooking, it can only be frozen. And the taste is not there for angus (from Paraguay). So quality/price not correct. 3 vegetables chasing each other as a garnish; fries at 5.50 chf extra!

Don't go there: quantities not respected, missing ingredients, incorrect invoice and above all expensive and bad. Only the green setting is pleasant. Avoid trusting false reviews as well.

Terribly long wait 😴 arrived at 12:35 p.m. we left at 2:40 p.m.... For two pizzas and a dessert it's terrible. In addition there was oriental music and Soolking loudly which was disturbing especially at midday... The pizzas were good. Too bad, the service really needs to be improved.

A nice surprise this place in Lausanne. Very close to the forest in the heights of Lausanne, a first for us. Very tasty cuisine. We had meat dishes and the meat was really tender and well seasoned...the cocktails were also good and the dessert incredible. The service is fast and our hostess was very warm and smiling. First time and rather disappointed. The place is well located and the terrace is pleasant. Unfortunately this restaurant does not live up to the prices it charges. I don't recommend the buratta starter which is frozen mozzarella (the waiters didn't even seem surprised to admit it) The products seem to be mostly from Aligro Several service errors were made. No action on the final bill despite several comments... a "colonel" without vodka was billed at full price even though it was for two scoops of ice cream. The waiter simply said that there was no more vodka without warning when taking the order. The burger without cooking choice, the industrial fries... The team was still friendly, too bad.

I'm sad to have to update my review to a much more negative review. I previously stated that this restaurant was friendly and had excellent food with large portions. Maybe it was just a matter of being understaffed today, but the burgers we ordered were way overcooked (and the staff didn't ask us how we wanted them). The bread they came on was stale and the lettuce was about to go bad. I probably won't come back here as the service is also terrible. Very strange turn of events for this previously delightful place. What I would like is for this restaurant to return to its heyday.

The only interest of this place is to have children because you have at your disposal a real play park with everything you need but if you are going to eat, move on.

Very disappointed with the pizzas, they were better in the past in my memory. Hamburger way overcooked to the point where I had difficulty cutting it, plus the prices are way too high for the quality. Waiting much too long, 1 hour and 15 minutes to get the dishes even though we didn't have a starter. The idea of ​​the play areas is great but as it is under construction there is a lack of security. The terrace is nice, the setting is pretty and the staff are very friendly.

I went to eat on a Friday evening with my parents in this pretty restaurant in the heights of Lausanne. I ordered a meat (beef entrecôte) on a slate which was excellent and accompanied by four house butters. I was surprised to have to choose only one accompaniment with my dish, in principle a few vegetables are welcome when eating meat of this type and the choice is made from starchy foods. The service was a little long, whether for the aperitifs or the dessert menu, we had to ask the waiter again. There were people there, which certainly explains the small downside. The service was a bit casual (waiter eating next to you at the bar) and perhaps to be a little more professional. The terrace in summer must be truly magnificent. The interior of the restaurant is also very well decorated, despite a few small details (boards were missing along the bar and the brick wall was exposed). Personally not having children, that was the downside of this restaurant for me; it has a children's playroom open to the dining room and is therefore very noisy. But I think that as a parent, it must be really accommodating! I therefore recommend it for families with children! In my opinion, the restaurant deserves a few small adjustments. I would have liked to be able to give it 3.5 stars, but I tell myself that 3 stars is too harsh.

Sorry but disappointed outdated service poorly competent staff

Very irregular restaurant. The dishes, meats, pizzas, tartars, everything is good but the service is often deplorable. Long wait, dishes not served at the same time. The staff is friendly but is not attentive to customer complaints. Pretty shaded terrace as long as you are not there at sunset because depending on where you are you will have full sun for 1h30, not necessarily that the waiter will do anything. You can always wait for the sun to go down, very unpleasant and it spoils the meal. Yet it's not complicated to install a small parasol or move around. Finally, after several tries, we won't go back there again. Too much irregularity, too bad....
