The delivery man left our UBER order at the entrance to the building in front of the mailboxes and without telling us anything, as a result, we found our order the next day.

The dishes are good and well served. It’s a shame that the tradition in Asian restaurants of putting these dishes on a stove is abandoned here. The temperature of the food suffers. The waitress was attentive, but very lonely. The man sitting at the table with friends and who seemed to be the boss did not care about the customers or helping him. Too bad, it was a restaurant that we liked.

Good food, but surprised in 2020 to see disposable napkins in an establishment which charges prices corresponding to a certain standard... Washable napkins can be put in the laundry at the same time as the cooks' outfits, this avoids unnecessary waste by more of a shame welcome design

Table ne respectant pas les règles Covid.Arrivés à 20h30, commande effectuée à 21h15, à 22h30 les plats arrivent, ils ont oublié l'entrée.Les plats sont froids L'addition est incorrecte.Le patron fait un geste pour s'excuser du retard et nous fait un 10% ainsi qu'au reste de la salle qui a vécue la même soirée

Pleasant restaurant, friendly service, however in terms of the quantity and quality of the dishes, it is disappointing. For Cantonese rice, the carrots, peas and eggs which are supposed to be mixed with the rice are almost absent or so microscopic that you cannot taste them! For the Peking duck with sesame, it is good, but the slices are very thin! Finally, all this for 35 chf, it's excessive, we make fun of the customer a little by thinking that he won't notice it. I would have appreciated real slices of duck that are not 2 millimeters and real Cantonese rice.

The restaurant is missing a bit of soul. Did not receive the dish ordered, but of course the food was good.

Disappointing experience... order with Smood, 1 hour late, dish at 30.- not even enough, tiny quantity. Overrated!

Bad value for money. Disappointed to go there... it makes you want to go back, seen from the outside but once inside, the euphoria subsides very quickly... Between a not really welcoming smell, a waiter who only works with order numbers, bland vegetable seasoning and beef straight out of the freezer... I didn't expect to be so disappointed 🙁

J'ai réservé ce restaurant en précisant que je détenais le passeport gourmand. Au téléphone on me dit qu'il n'est valable qu'à partir du 6 juin et que c'est soit disant officiel. Après une discussion où je précise ne rien avoir reçu du passeport gourmand le patron finit par accepter de prendre ma réservation. Je fais 30km pour atteindre Lausanne, et arrivée au restaurant, accueil minable. Puis vient le coup de grâce. On m'explique que les détenteur du passeport gourmand doivent prendre obligatoirement un menu (impression Word faite je pense pendant notre temps d'attente et qui vaut soit disant 62.- par personne) et voyant que le menu ne me donne pas envie je précise que rien de tel n'est inscrit dans les détails de leur page du passeport gourmand. La serveuse a même le toupet de nous dire que même si on choisit uniquement une entrée nous serons taxé à hauteur de 31.- par personne. Je suis sidérée. Mon mari tente de discuter avec le patron. Il ne veut rien entendre, nous sommes partis du restaurant.. une chose est sûre, je n'y retournerai pas.J'estime avoir le droit de consommer uniquement un plat ou ce qui me donne envie même lorsque je réserve avec le passeport gourmand, j'ai toujours suivi les règles à la lettre et je n'accepte pas de sentir qu'on se fout impunément de ma gueule.

Uber Eats order to avoid. Overcooked rice, lack of seasoning everywhere and worst of all the Peking duck at 29.-CHF for 100g. i.e. 8 slices of 1mm on a salad leaf. Selling price 290.CHF per Kg. I am delighted to hear their explanations.

Warm restaurant and excellent staff. The menu has a nice design and the dishes are original and/or typical. I had something I couldn't find in other Vietnamese restaurants in the area: meatballs stuffed with shrimp! A real little work of art, this dish (sorry no photo taken). We also had the signature cocktail (light and blue :p) and it was a successful evening!

Nous sommes un peu déçu de ce restaurant , il s'agit d'un 3 ieme changement de propriétaire depuis 3 ans . La qualité a passablement diminué. L'accueil est sympathique, l'effort est là mais malheureusement la cuisine est très décevante. La carte n'est encore maîtrisée par les serveurs Les entrées sont minimalistes (petits nems miniatures ou beaucoup trop de nouilles dans les rouleaux d'été ) pour les prix assez élevés. Le Bo bun n'est pas très bon et le bun bo Huê est sans saveur et ressemble plutôt à une soupe au boeuf ordinaire. La spécificité de la cuisine vietnamienne repose sur des mélanges d'herbes et d'épices, et on ne retrouve pas ces éléments dans les plats. Dommage.

Depuis son ouverture nous avons suivit les changements de propriétaires sans trop de mauvaises surprises en notant toutefois une baisse dans la qualité de la cuisine.Notre dernière expériences était une grande déception.Les horaires des cuisines (pour l'emporter) ne correspondent plus à ce qui et annoncé sur leur site et notre interlocuteur n'avait pas l'air au clair sur la question.Livraison en retard de 30' sur l'horaire annoncé (nos amis s'impatientaient) alors que le restaurant ne comptait que une convive.Deuxième déception au niveau de plats, le fameux potage Indochine était trop clair et avait perdu sa saveur, le boeuf sauté était des lanières insipides contenant plus d'enrobage que de boeuf, plats peu savoureux et il manquait visiblement la sauce dans le Ba bun.Pour nous c'est fini, dommage c'était juste à côté de la maison.Le registre du Commerce à enregistré un remaniement et ce n'est pas pour le mieux.

A fantastic place, very good food.

The food is good, except the green papaya and crab salad. The crabs were there but no green papaya.

We were expecting yet another classic Asian restaurant, too salty, too much sauce, defrosted dishes everywhere... But we were pleasantly surprised. We tried the DIY rice cake rolls and 2 soups. It was simply delicious, an authentic taste and only fresh products. I strongly advise you to try the sticky rice dessert (bang la duo choi). My daughters had the chef's rice which was simply excellent. They swallowed everything up. Normally they don't touch it. The chef in question cut his finger that evening. We stayed more than 3 hours in total. Service a little long but lovely. A very good address and rated 12/20 in Gault et Millau.

The quality is decreased dramatically since the last 6 months. They were used to do a really good bo bun, the one I got tonight was tasteless! Pity.

The food was 5 stars but slow service was 3 stars, so I averaged it to a 4 star review. I would be tempted to go back to try more of their offerings. They have a Peruvian menu in addition to Vietnamese food. (I know, a weird combination!) But we were there with a big group and everyone seemed to like their food no matter what they ordered. We ordered beef lomo saltado and it was delicious.

Nous nous sommes partagés deux entrées, les minis rouleaux de printemps végétariens qui étaient très bons, définitivement faits maison et les raviolis vietnamiens qui étaient une vraie découverte pour nous et nous avons adoré !Comme plats, les vermicelles aux légumes très très bons et les nouilles aux légumes. Les assiettes étaient copieuses et très bien assaisonnées ! Je n’ai pas pu finir les vermicelles alors on m’a proposé de prendre mes restes à l’emporter. Le personnel est souriant et très sympathique, ça fait plaisir !Pour les tarifs, très correct NOUS REVIENDRONS !

Personnel peu professionnel, tout comme le chef. Nous avons attendu près d’une heure pour l’entrée et autant pour la suite. Nous avons laissé les deux plats principaux immangeables, après avoir goûté aux entrées insipides. Le personnel n’accepte pas d’être remis en question. Certainement le plus mauvais restaurant asiatique qu’il nous ait été offert de découvrir. Un établissement qui ne fait pas honneur à l’art de la table!

Un restaurant avec un cadre sympathique, spacieux tout en restant simple. C'est une découverte, sur les recommandations d'une amie, et la dégustation des galettes de riz vietnamiennes à garnir soi-même était à la hauteur de l'attente. J'ai retrouvé immédiatement les plaisirs d'une première dégustation de ce plat authentique il y a des années dans une famille d'origine vietnamienne. Le parfum, le goût tout y est pour vous séduire. Au-delà du cadre sans fioriture superflue, on trouve dans son assiette ce que l'on attend, une harmonie des goûts et des textures qui caractérisent la cuisine vietnamienne. C'est un avis sur une première expérience, et je vais garder précieusement cette adresse pour d'autres occasions.

The bo bun (beef) is remarkable compared to other Vietnamese restaurants and the other dishes were always fresh at the minute For 10 years my only hope is that this continues The lunch menus are a really affordable way to try out the menu. The menu is on the internet so everyone can choose... I'm going back as soon as possible

Delicious food, casual environment and friendly service.

I expected a lot and I only received a third of my expectations. I had to wait 40 minutes to receive my cold dish. I was chilled by the dish and the haughty waitress. She didn't want to reheat my dish and didn't know for a minute that I preferred to eat my duck hot and in a pleasant atmosphere. This experience was enough for me to cross this restaurant off my list.

Souper entre amies, un vendredi soir. Accueil sympa, mais très pressant en début de soirée. La carte est variée, mais les prix sont élevés. Nous aurions souhaité des légumes pour accompagner notre bœuf croustillant et notre canard. Ça ne se trouve pas à moins de 22.- et le chef ne veut pas faire un effort pour réduire la portion. Repas donc sec et peu équilibré. Dommage.

La nourriture est très bonne, le personnel sympathique et accueillant. Par contre, mon plat de canard laqué ressemblait à une entrée...même un petit mangeur n'y aurait pas trouvé son compte. Insuffisant surtout au vu du prix. Riz cantonnais excellent. Les glaces au thé vert et haricot rouge sont très bonnes. Beignet de banane anecdotique et non croustillant. Je pense qu'il y a moyen de faire mieux, surtout en terme de quantité.

I have been to this Vietnam restaurant many times and I enjoyed their food. Good quality and tasty. But their service is the worst kind especially to asian looking people. This is my second time hearing their waitress/boss who were commenting about me negatively in their language (Chinese) which I happen to have some understanding. Last time, the waiter called me a “Banana” which everyone knows that is a very racist name. And based on what I heard them talking in Chinese, they were commenting on everyone and assumed that no one speaks Chinese. Seriously, I am not sure I want to go back and hear those comments again.

REAL Vietnamese cuisine, excellent, served by adorable staff, and the owner is quick to chat with customers, with charm and elegance. I adore!

Bel endroit même si le quartier de Montétan n’est pas terrible. Personnel accueillant et serviable. Les mojitos sont à éviter mais le repas a été succulent. Raviolis vapeurs et frits en entrée, crêpe de riz avec émincé de poulet ou de porc, tout était frais et goûteux ! Nous reviendrons...

Excellent plats vietnamiens servis dans ce joli restaurant. J ai particulièrement aimé les raviolis en entrée et la spécialité, les crêpes a faire soi-même. Et pour le dessert, les nems au chocolat, un must tout comme les glaces maisons (sésame, thé vert et haricot rouge). Le personnel efficace et sympathique.

We had a discovery menu. Everything was prepared with care and very delicious, chef was happy to listen to our demands (take away the cilantro) and was coming over to control if all was good, she even proposed to add more (pancakes and veggies). You can feel that the owner and staff take care of the service and quality. We have already recommended the restaurant and will surely come back

Wir kamen nach einem Unfall hierher, es ist der nächstgelegene Ort vom Hopital de l'enfant, etwa 50 m. Der Manager hat sich sehr gut um uns und unsere Kinder gekümmert. Dies ist in Lausanne nicht immer der Fall, daher sind wir dankbar. Das Essen ist lecker und authentisch, frische Zutaten und nicht zu viel MSG.

L’Indochine est un des meilleurs restaurants Asiatique qu’il m’est été donné de tester ! Les mets commandés étaient vraiment excellents ! Parfaitement assaisonnés et relevés juste ce qu’il faut. Je recommande tout particulièrement le boeuf haché au basilic et les raviolis grillés. Les brochettes de poulet sauce satay étaient succulentes également !!Le vin rouge était aussi un vrai délice. Le restaurant en lui même est moderne et spacieux, et la musique vraiment agréable. Rien à voir avec le cliché des restaurants Asiatiques comme on en a l’habitude.De plus, le personnel est très sympathique. Ce qui nous a rendu l’expérience d’autant plus agréable. Je recommande vivement cet endroit et je me fait un plaisir d’y retourner !

Nachdem ich viele Male an dem Restaurant vorbeigekommen war, ohne viel Aufmerksamkeit zu erregen, entschied ich mich, es auszuprobieren. Einmal zum Mittagessen mit einem Kollegen, wo wir beide sehr angenehm überrascht waren von der Herzlichkeit des Willkommens und den hervorragenden Vorschlägen für das Mittagessen und ein zweites Mal für ein Abendessen mit Freunden. Die Gerichte sind ausgezeichnet, die Qualität / der Preis ist mehr als korrekt und der Service war einwandfrei. Die Besitzer und die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich, um uns bei der Auswahl unserer Vorspeisen zu helfen, wurde uns eine Auswahl an Knödeln angeboten, die vor ein paar Minuten zubereitet worden waren. Der Hauptgang war sehr lecker und wir haben die Begeisterung des Besitzers wirklich genossen, als sie uns einen blühenden Blumentee mitgebracht hat das ende des abendessens.Es ist sehr erfrischend, einen Ort zu finden, an dem scheinbar Vergnügen herrscht, an dem Sie sich nicht wie eine Nummer fühlen und ein sehr gemütliches Abendessen erleben. Ich werde gerne wiederkommen und kann es nur empfehlen! Vielen Dank

Ich weiß und ich gestehe: Ein Restaurant zu wählen, nur weil der Kellner eine Schauspielerstimme hat, kann strittig sein. Ein ganz besonderer Kellner, Koch und Berater auch, ursprünglich in Frankreich aufgewachsen, Feder schlank, jetzt 45 und sah 25 aus. Sehr überzeugend ist die Qualität und Frische der Zutaten, die Sie hier genießen. Im Gegensatz zu den üblichen asiatischen Orten, wo die gleiche Soße und der gleiche Geschmack das Gericht zu begleiten scheinen, heben sich hier die Aromen deutlich hervor: Limette Citronelle, Mandel, Zimt, Koriander, Schalotte, Rind, Auster, Calmar. Bon Bo Hue ist ein echter Leckerbissen und scharf (nicht zurücktreten: Finesse, Finesse...) Festival: Limette Bouillon mit Reis Spaghetti & Bienenfetzen. Angenehme, gut aussehende Atmosphäre mit viel Platz zwischen den Tischen, ich kam hier zuerst zum Geschäft, dann zum Genießen, dann zum Vergnügen.

Good hearty bo bun restaurant but not one of the best I have eaten. My friend was allergic to chili peppers and she reported it but I don't know which waiters or cooks didn't respect her allergies.
