Small but nice techno club. Authentic sound played by top DJs! I'll definitely come back.

My friend was just using my photo and the security was thinking I was taking the photo. I understand the rules. But they accept people using drug inside. But when they asking for cash which doesn’t make any sense. I will Never come back and I will also tell my rave friends not coming here anymore. They can rather rent another cool place rather than this club. They are a lots of amazing club in Zurich For example: Exil. Don’t even deserve one star.

Very unfriendly staff, think they are a club in Berlin. These people don't want to make money. Hopefully they have a quick end of work.❤️

Out of a whim I went out and was driven to Zurich. Techno was recommended to me and that's how I came to Fräulein Büxe. When I got to the door everything just smelled like feces. I think the responsible box office screwed up. It smelled strongly of diarrhea. I fear that the coronavirus is widespread in Miss Büxe. I recommend a diaper to everyone who visits this club.

A 🌟 is already too overrated......!!!!....just a terrible disaster........sorry....and the bad thing is that I know it from the first party ....was cool and well known....for the glimpsed night.....but now it's just a deep night....

The bouncers do a great job here. Only those who fit into the club come in. And these are just super friendly and chill people. As a woman you can dance here without being constantly harassed. Just a great evening. Sound was also awesome.

Brilliant experience at Frieda’s, doorwomen and bouncers are serious folk, please don’t take the p#ss with them, they will refuse you. If you do get in, remember that it’s a no phones gig. The memories are what you came for, and in my experience, brilliant memories is what I got. Had a blast and plan to visit again some time! Entrance fee is 30-45 francs depending on the night. Drinks are standard between 7-10 for beers and 12-20 for everything else. You can also buy cigarettes on site should you forget yours, the party goes on for a long time, be ready to dance and if needed, avail of their comfy couches (dead serious about that one)

We queued for almost an hour all the while being reassured by the bouncer that we would be able to get in. When we got to the front, the female bouncer let through half the group and the rest of us were made to wait. Once the other group had paid (in cash), they then said we weren't getting in - providing no reason whatsoever! However, they did hear that 2 of us in the group were English speaking (native) and I was shocked to hear the female bouncer say: "you people are not welcome here". It's clearly a racist and tax evading institution from the very core.

Were there with a group and only some were allowed in. Half of them were unfathomably singled out and not allowed into the club. Not recommended, entry is only possible if you are lucky.

Never go there again. They let half of my group in and didn't let the other half in for no reason. Stupidity to the highest level. And those who came in still paid the full entrance fee.

Absolute travesty. I didn't get the opportunity to go in but half of our group were permitted to enter and they paid 90 francs in total (in cash) for the three of them. The head doorwoman then stopped the rest of our group from going in with no justification and they refused to refund our friends who had just paid for no reason. I get the impression the female doorwoman knew exactly what she was doing by splitting our group. The cash only door policy speaks volumes about what is going on. Blatantly a calculated tax dodging operation.

You often read about unfriendly and arrogant selections at the door in front of the clubs. Well in this case it wasn't like that at all! Very friendly and open-minded. The selection certainly did a great job and welcomed us as welcome guests. I was so amazed because we were a very large group. Thank you Friedas, it was a great evening! Ambience House / Tech House Location great and unique Photos not allowed privacy is guaranteed.

A pure drug club! Everyone in the club is obviously using drugs and everyone is smoking in the middle of the club.

We wanted to end our Christmas dinner with a club evening. Everyone came in except our trainee who came 10 minutes later after us. “Because it’s not right today,” said the bouncer. in an almost empty club. When we waited for the taxis, everyone was let in.

We tried to go in but since we were 9 (5 men and 4 women) all together, they did not let us in. They gave no reason and they were very unfriendly and arrogant. AVOID TO GO THERE

Oh yes, the box, when you come in you will be greeted by quiet, soft "techno" and of course the 3:1 amount of men who are ingested with horse anesthetics try not to stand like crabs. If you like the sound, go ahead. I was just reminded of my visit 4 years ago by a death there. Hence the review.

That was a really fun evening. The bouncer didn't let the people in front of us into the club for no reason. "Sorry, nothing personal, sorry, but you can't come in today, sorry, I'm sorry." In the half-empty club there were only people from Aargau with white socks... The camera on my cell phone was also covered. That was funny too. They probably didn't want me to photograph the country-style interior. You have to pay for entry in cash, but you can pay for drinks with a credit card. Makes sense...

Fridas Büxe is unfortunately getting in the way at the best of times and is therefore quite boring. I have to flee to another club for the last two matches to somehow save the entrance. Yawn! 😴

Unfortunately, my visit to this nightclub in Zurich was not that pleasant, mainly due to the unfriendly bouncer. His behavior was uninviting and dampened the mood as soon as he entered. The atmosphere in the club was average, nothing out of the ordinary but nothing special either. The music was fine, but it didn't fully offset the negative experience with the bouncer. Due to the negative experience with the bouncer and the rather average atmosphere, I would not return to this nightclub. There are certainly other places in Zurich that offer a more pleasant and friendly experience.

Really good electronic music and DJs. Entrance fee is 25CHF payable only by cash. At the bar counter you can pay by card also. A beer costs about 7CHF. Most of the guests come after 24:00

You won't find the capitalized “inclusion and tolerance” of the left-wing alternative techno scene here. The usual “It won’t work today” or “You don’t fit in here” are standard statements when you’re not allowed in. Not to mention rejection based on gender.

Guys, please avoid this club. Staff cannot be surpassed in terms of arrogance. Zurich has so much to offer. Just leave it. 🙏🏼

It gets on your nerves until you get into it... Entrance and cloakroom fees have to be paid in cash, which is very uncool these days. The music was very good, but quite quiet. Drinks come relatively quickly, which is nice. Oh, and the cell phone cameras are being taped off, even though there's absolutely nothing exciting to see in the club.

Instead of an ID check, the exact event name must be provided for entry. Guests are treated extremely poorly, condescendingly and very arbitrarily by security. Security should urgently be trained. Legally certainly not an exemplary club. Really bad staff and club. Not recommended at all for the price and this location.

It was a great evening last Saturday. This club is really worth an experience… Sounds awesome, simply unique. Recommended, really. 👍🏻

Bouncer( long hair man ) totally unfriendly.. We were only two guys! First in the row .. nobody else behind us .. and he said …eehhhhh how often do you come here .. we said 4. 5 times .. and he said ehhh it’s full and you don’t come so often … and then we said ? What can we do so as to enter ?? And he just ignored us , turned his back .. and let ALL the people that came after us to Enter with doing hi five with half of them .. looking us with an attitude.. sorry I didn’t know that this club (thinking that is more a leftish political club thing..) was judging people based on the bouncers mood .. If that’s the reputation that the owner wanted for the club then wait a little bit and you will get it ! 👌

Had an amazing night with friends! Love the space, drinks and music. Super safe and secure but very small the vestiaire for the jackets. I needed to pay 1 extra chf for the lady to put my scarf with my jacket that I forgot to do from the start. It was also expensive for my opinion the entrance without having at list a free drink included. Nevertheless we had a magical time✨

I've never had such a bad exit experience as I did here. Unfriendly staff and generally a bad atmosphere. In my opinion, it's not worth the trip there.

The blonde selector should rather be sent to the desert. Zero respect, zero decency, zero tolerance, zero competence...completely out of place!

I am very disappointed!! On Saturday I wanted to go dancing here with my friends and after 30 minutes in line the guy at the entrance wouldn't let us in WITHOUT giving an explanation! There was a long line behind us, but he only said to us: "No, don't come in tonight." Very nice, I have to say! Could it be because my colleague has dreadlocks or because we speak standard German? I will tell everyone about this unpleasant experience and will never set foot in such a place again. I would have understood if he had said: “The place is full, no one can come in anymore.” But I think it's unfair!!!!

Unfortunately we weren't allowed in, probably for reasons of racism, after our Czech work colleague had to show her ID. What a tragedy, what a shame.

Wow, I really liked the club because it was my first time there and I also made new acquaintances, the beats were awesome and the drinks were great and the price was right for the next time 🤘🏻👋🏻

I didn't like it at all, an hour at the door to get in and I left after 20 minutes. A lot of noise and the place is a hole and with that artificial smoke that tastes like chewing gum when you breathe, like 20 years ago, they cover your cell phone camera so you don't take photos, I don't know why, the music tastes bad to me, anyway a disaster

Quite a strange choice: whoever is allowed in prefers to go somewhere else!

One of the best clubs in Zurich. They book some great DJs, staff are very friendly, and the decor is nice and cosy.

Extremely unprofessional staff at the door and very focused on conflict with visitors. I strongly recommend staff training or better selection of staff. I cannot recommend the club to visitors because the prices are not justified and the trip there is definitely not worth it. Since people have been complaining about these points for years, as I can see from the reviews, one can conclude that the management is not insightful or has no interest in customers.

I supported the club with money during the pandemic, but as a thank you they still turn me away at the entrance. Thank you, really cool of you!

I supported this club during the Corona pandemic. I've been a guest a few times and always bring a good mood with me. The bouncer and bouncer are absolutely unable to classify people. I traveled from Bern to go to Büxe. I was turned down there because I didn't know the name of the event. It's a shame that Space Monkey is no longer open. People were treated with respect there.

Honestly not worth your time. Bouncers are not letting people in at random and if you ask why you get no response, they will just ignore you. Better to go to hive, had a great experience there :)

2h queuing, 6 friends. 4 getting in, nobody else from the 20meters line left. bouncers just so condescending. 2 within the group left out to dry, no discussion possible. Meanwhile 50 people leaving the club, 20 bouncers friends getting in without any problem. Worst experience ever in a club so far.

I waited 40 min in the first line everybody could skip me without a reason. Then I waited in another line and after 20 min when I got at the end they told me to wait in the first line. Thank you for wasting more than an hour of my life without even being friendly xxx PS never going back there again

What a cheek! First, you wait 1.5 hours in the rain until you get to the door only to be sent away for no reason by some blonde, completely misty-eyed chick. Save your 20 CHF and go somewhere else, for example to the Hive.

Best club in Zurich! Coolest bartenders, best music and the friendliest people from the region combined. A unique vibe in the club cannot be put into words, it has to be experienced to be believed. Lots of love for Aunt Frieda ❤

If you’re not Swiss the doormen aren’t interested. Very unwelcoming which is unusual for both Zurich ans Switzerland as a whole.

Thanks to the competent German selector, who doesn't let everyone see Frieda. So there is less of an overly drunk audience than in other clubs, lots of smiling faces, euphoria when the bass starts and you can also go dancing alone as a woman without being surrounded by men who are ready to mate. I often go to the Büx and can't confirm the comments about the aggressive atmosphere and the very young audience. Thanks to the whole team for many unforgettable hours. ❤️

Inside too many strongly drunk young people.

Was good in the early times. Now its just a cave where you can buy your vitamins. Worst of all is the unfriendly german bouncer-girl. There are plenty of better clubs in Zurich, don't waste your money for a cap at this location. It used to be great, but today it's just a hole. Unfortunately, the bouncer has neither decency nor style. Since the blonde lady told us to try another club a week after our last visit, we've been doing the same. Thanks for the tip, we are very happy there, welcome and do good sales.

The blonde German selection lady should stay away from the door! There were four of us women and all four of us had been there so many times that you can't even count it on two hands. At the door she asked why we were there and wanted to expose us. She asked the bouncers what they two meant to us. Is that how it works in Frieda's Büxe? seriously? Does she have to push her ego with this? Does she feel better when the guys at the door to potential customers are antisocial and the women feel exposed? If it doesn’t suit you, just say “No, not today”. Someone who works at the door should know how to do this respectfully, right?! So for us it was the last time there. If you don't respect your guests, you don't deserve respect from them. And humiliating customers at the door doesn't show respect.

I like this techno club best in Zurich. Music could often be better.

Unhospitable behavior of the lady guard at the entry, discriminating entry politic based on gender, look and on test questions on the reason for visiting Fridas Büxe (not beeing able to name the music style of the evening is a reason for rejection). This club doesn't seem to want to make any money. Bouncer makes people wait outside in the rain. If you ask properly for entry, you will be denied. I could still understand if there were a lot of people in front of the door, but with three people! The boss should urgently consider the entrance policy. We spent our hundred at another club. So it works very well without Frieda.

Such a weird and unprofessional entry control! Was that Frieda herself, then you should look for another job!! No wonder the proportion of women in the club is so bad with the admission policy! If the taxi isn't worth it, it's better to go to the Hive, they know who spends money and who doesn't. Frieda's box never again!!

Entrance is in an office building then you go down the stairs. We thought for an expensive entrance fee of 30 CHF it is a big club. But it was a very small club. The minimum consumption prices with Visa card is very high. Fortunately we found a bank outside. Otherwise we were disappointed by the club itself.

The club is not bad, music is great, a bit prudish about outfits (bouncers don't let certain freaky people in), at the bar you can only pay with card from 40 CHF, ventilation is very bad. Music volume just right (no earplugs needed)

Just really cool. Cool people, great music, friendly bar team, bouncers to cuddle, and so on. In Freidas Büxe I feel like I'm in the living room at a home party and I go there even without a companion, there are plenty of exciting people to shake and chat with;-) Hive can take an example here of how to act as a club for peaceful people and loving atmosphere ensures... you guys are great!
