Life is sooooo beautiful!! I saw some reviews by fellow Koreans and saw they served fondue for one (many places have a 2+ minimum!) so I came here. They have an herb fondue that was quite nice. Edin, the server, paired it with a nice white wine. As I was alone and fondue is typically a social activity, Edin stopped by the table once in a while to converse. It was such a LOVVVELLLYY experience! The cheesecake is not too sweet and beautiful with the caramel. I was recommended the rösti but will have to come back for it. The food was nice, but traveling solo and having these human connections are the absolute most gorgeous thing!! Thank you to Fritschi forever!

What can I say!? If you are looking for authentic Swiss food, charming atmosphere with wonderful service. The Raclette cheese was truly delicious, reminding you of beautiful winder evenings.. Can't recommend this place enough.

We stopped by here while visiting from London and wanted to try some authentic Swiss food. We were not disappointed here! The fondue and sausage were exactly what we were looking for. Our server was extremely friendly as well, and he gave us recommendations and suggestions on what to order.

The food has been excellent, we tried a fondue with sausage and it is worth it. In addition, it is in a good location and the atmosphere of the restaurant is calm.

We went to this place on a Sunday for lunch. We tried the local specialties, raclette and fondue, as well as a very special cheese pasta with apple sauce. Warm and welcoming environment, very friendly staff. Good choice for a typical place in the center with good value for money compared to other places on the river.

The rosti is crispy, very yummy! Must try! Soup of the day was veggie, nice too but a little salty.

A very cosy place with old vintage wooden interiors. Serves one of the best swiss fav Raclette and rostti ! Would very well even recommend for a quick stop over for coffee or desserts.

I came to this restaurant while traveling in Lucerne with my wife, and the steak was better than I expected. The staff kept taking care of me and it was nice! I don't know the price because I haven't calculated it yet, but everything in Switzerland is expensive... haha.

My husband and I tend to choose restaurants by looking at their star ratings, but the star rating was lower than other restaurants, so we entered the restaurant half excited and half worried. However, it tasted better than I expected and was enjoyable to eat. If you don't understand the menu, go Papago...! I ordered the top and bottom of the meat menu haha. The portions... The portions were small for what you eat in Korea, but they were good. Wow! What a delicious meal 😊 Restaurant Fritschi was our best meal in Switzerland and very good value! Great options for vegetarians/pescatarians like my partner and I. Staff were lovely and had great service! Music was also a nice touch and created a great atmosphere! We ordered the fish rösti and the vegetarian spinach rösti, beer and wine. Highly recommend :) Thank you for a lovely dinners

Good food mainly, typical Swiss, waiter speaks English so that was a plus, but the service was slow (and almost no other guests apart from our group od 7 ppl in the restaurant) A colleague got stale lemon for her tea. A bit too expensive for the quality.

While walking down the street, I saw a nice atmosphere in the store, so I went in and the atmosphere inside was very nice and beautiful. In particular, the EXI staff was friendly and gentle. This is the last day of our trip to Switzerland. It was my first time trying fondue and it tasted great. Thanks to the friendly service and delicious food, I was able to end my trip very happily. I wasn't familiar with fondue at first, but the more I ate it, the more I liked it.

Food was lukewarm. Rösti was partly still raw. Entercot had been lukewarm to cold. Price way too expensive, no price reduction. No conversation with Koch. In any case, we won't be coming anymore.

Although it takes a while, the food is very good! Well seasoned, both the sausage and potatoes I got were delicious. As for value, Swiss restaurants have this higher average, where individual dishes cost 25-40 Swiss francs.

Service turned bad when we were about to pay. The lady server became rude and mishandled our credit card. She purposely shouted out to the rest of the customers that our card had an issue. Turns out her card machine was the issue but she could not accept the fact. Our card worked perfectly fine at Aldi Swisse and other stores. We wanted to rate the restaurant higher but this lady server’s sudden rudeness towards us took us aback. The käsefondue wasn’t the best in our opinion. The state of Bern had better ones than here.

Very cozy ambience. One of the oldest restaurants in Luzern, I guess. Our Walliser Fondue was yummy. Not to forget mentioning the lava chocolate cake. Mouth watering! Pleasant service and good food.
