Possui fabrico próprio de cerveja de cor escura e um pouco turva, mas muito agradável de sabor. Em termos de restaurante apresenta os pratos clássicos da cozinha internacional e as especialidades Suíças como o Fondue e a Raclette. Ambiente descontraido, com serviço eficiente e agradável. Mantém uma espécie de tradicionalidade quer em termos decorativos, quer no próprio ambiente. Em certos dias da semana possui um show de folclore. Boas refeições a preços sempre elevados quando comparados com a economia portuguesa

Para mí, la fondue no era nada buena y sabía demasiado ma zena. Me dijeron que no había ma zena, que es una mezcla especial para ellos, ¡pero no saben qué queso!

Wir wurden sehr familiär und freundlich bedient, die Qualität der Speisen sind mehr als empfehlenswert und wirklich einen Besuch wert.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le serveur, qui est très professionnel, chaleureux. Nous avons ensuite choisi une fondue à 32 francs suisse/par personne, pour avoir 3 patate et du pain sec. Jusque là ça va, mais ensuite la fondue est arrivé tiède, nous supposons que c’est une fondue bidon (juste à verser et faire chauffer). Serveur parfait, nourriture médiocre, dommage...

Bel accueil et nous avons très bien mangé. On nous a même servi un supplément de fondue gratuitement. Je recommande fortement

Nous sommes arrivés ici après 14h30. Le restaurant est énorme, la cuisine reste ouverte même l'après-midi. Excellent service, le repas était sublime (pour moi c'était foie et rösti, cela semble être un classique de ce local car il y avait d'autres personnes qui mangeaient la même chose). J'ai déjà mangé dans beaucoup de restaurants à Lucerne, mais celui-ci est le meilleur pour la cuisine traditionnelle.

This is a must to visit in Lucerne. Usually, people go there for great Swiss food and a concert or a show. It is worth checking their web-site to see who is playing the night of your visit. It is also advisable to book your table ahead of time and buy entry tickets (25CHF for a concert) since some bands are selling-out the entire place.

Der Stadtkeller ist den meisten Luzernern bekannt. Es finden diverse Konzerte im kleinen Rahmen statt. Vor dem Event wird währschafte Kost serviert. Von Cordon-Bleu, zu Hacktätschli bis Schnitzel. Das Personal bleibt trotz Stress und engen Platzverhältnissen stets gut gelaunt! Das Essen kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Die Portionen sind gross, sehr lecker und der Preis stimmt absolut. Der Stadtkeller hat zwei eigene Biere die man unbedingt probieren muss!

Wenn Sie etwas Schweizer Essen probieren möchten, besuchen Sie diesen Ort! Kellner sehr freundlich und große Auswahl an Schweizer Küche. Empfohlene Lplermagronen.

Punkt 18:00h rein in den Stadtkeller. Super Tisch direkt vor der Bühne erwischt. Wir bestellten 1xGemüseteller und 1x “Primavera” Schnitzel mit Frites Wein: Pinot Noir vom Ottiger. Zum Dessert “Stadtkeller”-Riesen-Meringues. Service, Speisen, Timing alles perfekt. Konzert war ebenfalls “HAMMER”

This was definitely a highlight of our visit to Switzerland. The fondue was delicious. And the folklore show was so much fun. We never stopped smiling and laughing during the entire show. The tour group we were with all loved it. Definitely a must-see if you are in Lucerne!

Visited this Restaurant while on our tour. The show was brilliant. Great to see them in their National Costumes. Interacting with the diners. Had them up on stage yodeling,alphornblowing,and dancing around the restaurant where my husband and I joined in. It was such a great evening, but we weren't too fond of the chocolate Fondue that was the only thing. Superb fun night enjoyed by everyone in our tour group. Great memory to take back to NZ.

We had dinner there on a saturday! which the restaurant played live folklore music has great atmosphere and cosy, restaurant serves all famous swiss dishes. We had a lovely dinner evening.i would highly recommend

If you head into this place expecting a Broadway show then you definitely will not have fun. We had some fun tables during our visit so it probably made it better than normal. Help others out and get in the mood. Sit back, enjoy the effort and participate. Fondue was good.

Food was tasty. We had the traditional racklette and the veal. Friendly staff and live folk music!! Great atmosphere.

We arrived at the restaurant and were seated in a space that would comfortably accommodate about half of the number of people that were squeezed into the space. The service was terrible with a grumpy waiter who seemed very overwhelmed. The food was full of gristle and fat and very unappetizing. The entertainment was very amateurish and hard to view with so many people in the venue. The cost was $85 per person and was definitely not worth it. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I was there as part of a tour so we had a set meal, but we all enjoyed our food. They catered to all of our dietary needs and everyone got the food they were supposed to. The food was great and the show was even better. Everyone had a great laugh and learnt about Swiss music and instruments. They are a talented group of people. There was a bit of audience participation which always provides some good entertainment.

Arrived at 6:30 but there is no need to arrive that early. Service was great at the beginning but the servers became very busy as the evening progressed and the service slowed significantly. Servers were still helpful when they were available. Cheese fondue was served only with bread but it was delicious. Ordering desserts to share worked well and the entertainment was enjoyable.

All we knew was we wanted to try fondue. We did not know we wanted fondue while an Alpine band played in the background, but that’s what this place offers and I wouldn’t have changed a thing. We showed up without reservations and were seated in a room to the side of the stage, but still had a great view and an even better time. Like other places, the fondue was pricey... and you can’t share, but you get SUCH a great experience here. I don’t know much about fondue to compare and say it’s the best, but it was darn good and I might not need fondue for awhile, because I ate my fill :D the band is fun and tight and they even have a horn blowing contest, which was fun.

The food was great and the entertainment even better. It is hokey but that is part of its charm. If you looking to have fun, this place will deliver. The show invites audience participation, but even if you do not get called to the stage, there is opportunity to dance and sing along. Many of the tunes were childhood favorites. It was also enjoyable to watch the performers show off their singing and instrumental skills. I recommend getting there no later than 7:30 as it gets crowded and many seats arein the back with obstructed views. Even with the tvs set up all around, it is more fun being closer to the stage!

I agree with the August 2019 post by @HonestOpinion19. Many things didn’t align. Hotter than heck in a very crowded space! The food was good and enjoyed the fondue but with sweat running down my back when it’s cool outside made it less enjoyable.

Great for a family/friend night out in Lucerne. Music started at 7:30pm, followed by folk show. Food and the 2-hour entertainment are both great.

This is a popular place for tours as it can cover 2 venues entertainment and food. The two are both mediocre at best. It was very crowded. The food was just ok. It is a fun night for tourist to enjoy some laughter .

Das Restaurant ist klimatisiert und wir (meine Frau und ich) haben uns großartig gefühlt und können es allen empfehlen, die diese Art von Unterhaltung mögen.

We wanted to experience Swiss Culture and entertainment in Luzern. Our local guide told us it would be a bit “cheesy” but we had a great time. If you don’t like polka and yodel music, this is probably not for you. But, if you enjoy that type of music, you’ll get a very good meal along with traditional Swiss music on different instruments. The musicians played Alpen hourns, the dulcimer, bottles, and a broom along with more common instruments. They involve the audience in the show which adds to the fun. That staff were all fluent in English and there were several tour groups there. I can’t tell you if the music is strictly Swiss Traditional music or if it has a German sound. My wife and I enjoyed it and it was the highlight dinner of our three day stay in Luzern. They even allowed us to take photos and videos to show our grandkids. My wife and I split one of the multi-course meals and they charged us an extra 15 CHF for the entertainment, which was reasonable as there was no cover charge.

Okay, we knew it was going to be touristy when we went but it sounded like dinner & a folklore show would be a good time...and it was. We went with a group from the tour we were on so we had a set menu but the food was well prepared and one of the better meals we had in Switzerland. The entre was Geschnetzltes Kalbfleisch and Rosti which was tremendously better than the same dinner I had in Zurich a few nights before. The show was a lot of fun and they have several times when audience participation is required, which made it that much more fun. The reward for many of the people who got up on stage was beer....that's a perfect reward in my opinion.As touristy as it sounds go and have dinner and the show, it was really fun and I'd recommend it to anyone going to Lucerne.

We had a blast and enjoyed our evening listening to a little Swiss polka. The entertainment was really good and they get the crowd involved during the evening. The food was average but I’ve found that’s pretty typical of this type of dinner/entertainment venue. In the end we laughed and left having had a good time. I would recommend it!

I came here with my friends to have a cheese fondue but cone to my surprise that the band really entertained all the guest with all the local music instruments. The food also nice and delicious. But hands up to the band!! We had such an amazing night here

Restaurant is set up with long tables. This accommodates large parties, but larger parties can leave people separated. The food was just average. The entertainment, however was very fun. A bit kitschy. You only need to do this once.

We found this restaurant on trip advisor and decided to check it out, and we really had the best experience there! We booked a table for 2, and ended up with amazing seats close to the entertainment. The menus to choose from where great and the food nice too. A little pricey for the evening but good value considering you get food, and live entertainment from very talented musicians. A good evening for all!

we paid E79.00 about USD85.00 per person for this optional excursion during our tour. We had a choice of 2 wine, beer or soda and entertainment and meal. drinks were good. entertainment was excellent. from yodeling to singing, from playing the alpine horns to gin bottles, yes you can make music with gin bottles. even participation from the guests. the show was great, even if a little 'hokey" at times. the beer and wine helps. the food left me disappointed. Fondue, great, delicious, but all gone in no time and no more, whisked away. the salad, delicious, but so little. the main course, schnitzel with roesti. NO it was 1/2 plate of roesti and 4 bites of schnitzel. talk about a disappointment. everyone knows when you order a schnitzel it overwhelms the plate. well these people don't know that. it was delicious, but not enough. and to top it all off, no one could move. we were packed in like sardines. I believe there were at least 3 busloads of tourists there that night. thankfully there was no emergency, people would have died.

One of the things I look for when relying on a review is, who wrote it? We are are lucky to live in a city with great food, culture and entertainment. This “dinner show”and I use the term loosely, is a major disappointment. They PACK the place with huge tour groups and sit you at long tables with other people- no private tables. Unless you are in the front, and the majority are not, many are seated in a SIDE ROOM, it’s hard to see the “entertainment.” The food is pedestrian, tourist oriented mediocrely. At $75 per person, plus drinks, find another restaurant and have a good meal. There are other good restaurants in Lucerne, ie Bolero.

We booked a table of 10 (including 3 kids) for dinner during our stay in Lucerne. This is a restaurant for traditional Swiss music and Swiss cuisine. There are different menu (appetizers+main course+desserts) to choose. The food is ok but the environment is really fantastic. All customers and performers played, sang and danced together. Although it is a bit touristic, I must say that we all had an enjoyable evening.

This restaurant provides a lovely taste of Switzerland from its cuisine to its culture. The first course is a fondue. Since I do not eat cheese, I was able to get a soup as a substitute. My main course was veal strips Zurich style with rosti. Dessert was a meringue in the colours of the Swiss flag. The entertainment began with musicians playing while we dined. Then the folklore show presented various types of traditional Swiss music and dancing. It was a fun night out.

We wanted an authentic cheese fondue while we were in Lucerne & we're pretty sure this is where we ate when we were in Lucerne 20 years earlier (which we had very fond memories of). The cheese fondue was good & the staff were friendly & the service good. The restaurant atmosphere was very cool & felt very authentic.

We went here one night, food was good, expensive like rest of Switzerland, it was good cheesy fun entertainment, packed to capacity but staff very good, food was gorgeous and served real quick consideing amount of people ordering dinner

Entertainment and good food combined... If you don't mind spending about CHF 65 per person (plus drinks) this is a great place. 2 hours lf live show ranging from Swiss folk dances, polka, singing , musical shows and circus acts all on a small stage. Crowd participation is highly encouraged and adds to the fun. The food itself, ill admit was good. Started with the bread and fondue pot followed by a great salad and your choice of meat and finish off with desert. Very lively place which, I believe is always in demand. We had friends who helped book in advance.

Rating this as average is a little generous. This is definitely a tourist trap, but it is also where a lot of tour groups head for an “authentic” swiss dinner show. It was very crowded and very theatrical. If you are looking for something kitschy and fun, this is definitely the place for you. But if you are looking for something a little more authentic and a little less touristy, I would head somewhere else. Also, make sure to arrive early for your reservation, so that you can order before all of the tour groups arrive.

We brought our 20 and 23 year old sons. As the evening went on, I noticed them laughing and engaging more and more. They really enjoyed the evening. The food was good, the wait staff were busting their behinds and the evening entertainment was just perfect in an awesome setting. We highly recommend going, worth the price, enjoy!!

You have to approach this restaurant/venue without any preconceived ideas. Food was authentic.....starting with cheese fondue. Entertainment on stage engaged the audience from beginning to end. Yodeling; Alphorns; Swiss Dance; Playing the: saw, broomstick & bottles; Authentic costumes. All performers were first rate! My wife and I both have family history that originated in Switzerland. It was fun to get a snapshot of our heritage. This was the absolute highlight of our 17 day tour. Worth the time and money. What a great way to conclude a fun Swiss vacation.

Wir bestellten das Menü, das mit Käsefondue begann, ich hatte das Schnitzel, das nicht gut war, meine Frau und Tochter hat das Huhn, das sie mochten.Die Show war totaler Kitsch, gigantische Kuhglocke, Jodeln und andere Volksmusik. Sie zogen Leute aus dem Publikum heran, um auf der Bühne aufzutreten. Leider konnten wir nicht wirklich viel von dem sehen, was vor sich ging, da die Bühne durch große Säulen im Restaurant versperrt war. Aber ich glaube, ich habe eine ähnliche Show im Deutschen Pavillon des EPOC in Disney World gesehen.

The service in this restaurant was truly awful. We were not made to feel welcome, we were very much just a table to them and it was clear they wanted us in, get our money and then for us to leave. The staff were impatient, not polite and it took at least 10 minutes to get their attention when we needed something. The prices are extortionate! The food was so low quality, really awful, cold and completely bland. We ordered the beef fondue and a plate of raw beef was brought out and left on our table for 15 minutes before the rest of the food arrived. In contrast, the show was fun and the performers in the show were polite, friendly and welcoming! You could tell they enjoyed what they were doing unlike the wait staff.Would recommend only going for a drink if you go here - don't waste your money on the food.

The dinner here was excellent! The fondue was a fun touch, the salad was very good, and the veal with sauce was excellent. The show was both informative and a lot of fun. The musicians are very talented and the audience participation was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend it.

If you really want to see this show while grabbing a bite to eat, I would strongly suggest you consider attending a 12:15 PM lunch show rather than the 7:30 PM dinner shows that come with a high price tag. Yes, we thoroughly enjoyed the Swiss folklore entertainment in the form of various different musical instruments, yodeling, flag throwing, and dancing. Of course, alphorns are cool! The price, quality of the food/drink, and service, not so much.For the menu options, there were 8 different packages to choose from, menus A - H. I chose menu B (Dinner CHF 76.00/Lunch CHF 58.00). This menu consisted of Cheese Fondue (average), a salad (enjoyed it the best), Lakefish, Swiss Rösti potatoes and spinach (disappointingly poor), and Meringue with Applesauce and Strawberry Ice Cream (stretching hard to just be average). In addition to our Dinner Menu selections, my wife had 2 Coca Colas (CHF 7.00/ea.) and I had 3 glasses of Don Pascual red wine (CHF 7.50/ea.). How you can charge 7 francs for a bottle of Coke is beyond me, but that's nothing compared to what we were charged for one bottle of flat water. They charged us CHF 8.50 for a 50cl of Knutwiler mineral water without carbonic acid. You can buy a six-pack of these 50cl waters in the Migros grocery for CHF 6.60 lol. What a rip-off! These scammers actually made us pay 1.00 franc more for a bottle of water than for a glass of wine! So, know what you are getting yourself into beforehand. They also transparently advertise the fact that they charge a 7.7% VAT as well. This is the equivalent of a tax in case you were wondering.

Traditional Swiss music and great food. We had a Wonderful time here...my friend got to blow one of the traditional Swiss horns and I even had the chance to yodel...just know if they call you in stage to sing as a group, you will yodel on your own . Good food and such a fun atmosphere. Definitely a must see in Lucerne!

We had dinner following the recommendations on Tripadvisor. We enjoyed a lot the show, they made a fantastic performance. The dinner became something secondary. Our menu option was OK, but the show deserved 100% the visit.I highly recommend to visit this restaurant in Luzern if you have the time.

This was such a good deal for a fun night in Lucerne. The entertainment was really fun - alpine horns, yodeling, instruments of all kinds, etc.The sliced veal with mushroom sauce and rosti was absolutely delicious. This was our favorite. We also had cheese and beef fondue, the salad, the meringue dessert was beautiful and delicious, and then chocolate fondue. With a few big beers and couple glasses of wine, the whole meal was less than $200. A steal for a long evening of fun and entertainment included. We left pretty buzzed for sure.

I will spend my first review on TripAdvisor on this restaurant. Altough we did not eat I have never got a worst service in my life. I went with my whole family (a group of 6) and the restaurant was empty, literally not one table was occupied; the server gave us a table on a corner and went to the kitchen, my family did not like the table so we switch to another one and when the server came out she told us in a very bad manner that we couldn't seat there because it is only for dinner and left back to the kitchen. We inmediatly left the restaurant as she saw us leaving without even apologizing

We with a tour and it was one of the highlights of our whole trip. The service and food were great. It is very busy but the staff get everyone served in a timely manner. Then the best part of the evening is the entertainment. The performers are professional and they get everyone engaged in the show. We were clapping , dancing and yodeling . There was a line dance all though the restaurant. I am usually a stick in the mud but I couldn’t sit there and not participate .

We were a little skeptical of this because as you can imagine it is filled with tour company guests (who get the best seats in the house). In the end, we are glad we did it because it was a fun and funny evening. The staff does a great job from food service to entertainment and engaging the diners. You can be as involved or uninvolved as you like. By the end of the evening it is the rare guest who hasn’t made a friend at the nearby table as you journey through Switzerland and her folklore. Initially, we were disappointed to be seated in the back of the room, in the end it was a great spot to view the show and still be able to enjoy our meal. Make sure to save room for the dessert fondue. We did the cheese fondue and then shared an entree and dessert fondue. Was plenty of food for two and more economical.

I typically don't like this type of show and dinner restaurant because they tend to be overpriced and have subpar food. HOWEVER I was pleasantly surprised with this establishment. Not only did they have a great show, but the food was very good as well. The service was also very good. I definitely recommend visiting if you want a show and some yummy food. I recommend the pork steak, it was delicious !!

We stumbled in here because of the sign out front advertising live folklore. The staff was sort of snooty at first as they were running around frantically trying to prepare everything for the wave of tourists set to come in, which can stress anyone out! However, once the show started and the restaurant was full of dancing, singing, and music, the waitstaff quickly came around, even offering us advice on where we could continue to drink and hangout after the show. By the end of the night, we all hugged and went our separate ways. The food was delicious! I strongly recommend the steak, which was perfectly seasoned and prepared. All in all, a very good experience. We ate, drank, sang, and danced all night. I even got called up on stage (twice!) and got to take photos with the performers. Our best night in Switzerland!

My wife and I were traveling Switzerland and while hiking around Luzern we got caught in the rain. It was dark and we were hungry. So we happened upon your restaurant so we ducked into your establishment by chance. Boy did we got lucky! We loved our evening of great food, beer and entertainment! Everyone was so friendly and happy. We loved our fondue both the cheese and chocolate. The music put you into the mood and very entertaining. We will always have fond memories of your place!

Schöne Location für einen Konzertbesuch oder ähnlichem. Ich war mit Freunden am Rosenmontag dort ab 19:00 Eintritt 12 Euro für einen reservierten Platz enge Bestuhlung aber das ist in der Fasnet okay sehr aufmerksame Bedienung das trinken und Essen kam schnell das Wiener Schnitzel für 38 Franken hätte einen Tick zarter sein können hier sollte man mal die Qualität kontrollieren ansonsten eine klare Empfehlung. Ich wir werden wieder hingehen

Das Essen war überraschend ok - erster Eindruck einer Massenabfertigung wurde nicht bestätigt. Es dürfen keine kulinarischen Höhepunkte erwartet werden. Die Vermutung liegt nahe, dass mit Fertigprodukten (beispielsweise Champions aus der Dose) gekocht wird. Das Fleisch im Pastettli war sehr faserig. Der Service war freundlich, speditiv und hatte jederzeit dem Überblick. Die Bestuhlung bei einem Konzert ist sehr eng und man ist mit seinem Nachbarn immer auf Tuchfühlung.

We went to a dinner show here. Reservations are a must! Swiss food and music made for a fun evening. Your packed in pretty tight, it's noisy but entertaining. Food was good but don't expect you waitress to wait on you hand and foot. By the end of the evening everybody was up dancing. Lots of fun!

Nous sommes tombés par hasard sur ce restaurant en cherchant un restaurant pour manger de la fondue et de la raclette. Et nous avons beaucoup aimé notre expérience car il y avait un spectacle avec des musiques typiquement folklorique et des animations très amusantes. Cela nous permettait d'oublier un peu le prix assez cher de notre repas. On recommande car la nourriture était très bonne et l'ambiance excellente.

Bon si vous passez à Lucerne et que vous y aller pas au Stadtkeller vous commettez un péché mortel vous brûlerez en enfer. Ce resto est un arrêt obligatoire en Suisse. Bon je suis québécois et vous alles reconnaître mon accent circonflexe. Bon pas de mots injurieux, bon nos sacres d'église québéquois bon , tabarouett de câlinne que c'est bon. La bouffe oui et la musique moi j'en avais les poils dressés les amis. Avec mes amis un groupe de voyageurs de 27 personnes québécoises, on a trippé accoté. Danse autour des tables oui c'est le vrai folklore suisse les amis. L'orchestre joue de la vraie musique là j'en revenais pas moi qui aime le monde et le folklore de chaque pays que je visite là. We had been to the Stadtkeller a number of years ago. This year we were visiting Lucerne with some friends and decided they should see the show. Overall it was much the same- Swiss music, yodeling, flag throwing, etc. Many of the performers seemed very engaged with the audience in spite of the fact that there was far less than a full crowd on this evening. The woman who was the MC, however, seemed like she could have cared less about getting the audience engaged in the show. Perhaps it was just a off-night for her. Or perhaps it is time for some younger blood. The food is OK Swiss/German fare.

For a real taste of Switzerland, just "GO"! Fun, fun, and more fun. Entertainers talented. You will love it all, especially guest participation. Food good.

We visited this restaurant with a tour group and had a fantastic night. The food and beer was plentiful. The entertainment was excellent and everyone had a great night out. Great place to see Swiss hospitality.

Besides excellent food and good atmosphere in the restaurant, I must also mention the professional solution to the problem that arose due to my mistake in paying the bill. Overpayment was kindly returned to my credit card.

Lucern is expensive. That's a fact, so don't expect anything there to be cheap. This dinner and show were a lot of fun. We had fondue, because, well, we were in Switzerland, so why not? It was good. The show was a lot of fun. It was interactive with a lot of variety. The only real negative is the seating. Everyone is seated at long tables and it's hard to see the stage from the side, especially when people decide to stand at the edge of the space, blocking everyone behind. But, still a lot of fun, and recommended.

The entertainment was great. The seating left a lot to be desired - extremely crowded and uncomfortable which unfortunately made the show less enjoyable. The meal was good with the exception that I don't really care to share fondue with people I don't know (not a fan of sharing germs). Probably would not go here again but we can say been there, done that.

Solid beer selection, local menu but average at best. Restaurant has 2lafge rooms and our room was set up military style with 3 long tables and each waiter served about 60 customers so you are in for a lengthy experience. Music was good but you can’t go for the music without being charged for the show so eat up.

It's not a good restaurant to eat fondue... Without taste, any flavoor, anything... I think it's industrial food.Really I am disappointed about this restaurant because it's expensive and the food isn't good.

This was a really fun experience, (and to the reviewers who said it is "too touristy," IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE THAT WAY!!! They put on a real show for the audience, and combine music and good food with plain entertainment to keep every busy and laughing the whole time. You will hear flugelhorns (and even get a chance to play one!), yodelers, and more. The only suggestion I have for people is to look at "unbundling" their package deals, because you can bring the price down a lot by not ordering everything that they offer. We paid only about half as much as the expected price, so anyone else can too. This was a lot of fun, and I highly recommend it.

This stop is really a must if you want to get a flavor of Swiss folklore. It would be difficult to go here and not smile. Although it is quite crowded inside, the servers do a great job of dealing with it. The food and the beer are very good and the entertainment is great. Flugelhorns, dances, you get the whole experience. The show and dinner last for about 2 hours and the night ended with many of the patrons doing the chicken dance around the hall. Great evening. If you choose this, you just won't go wrong.

We stopped in for a quick lunch and were lucky enough to be in time for the lunch show. We didn’t know what to expect but found it to be the highlight of Day with wonderful fondue lunch. (More than we could eat) and entertainment that drew us into the show and had us laughing and clapping our hands to the beat. I highly recommend for any age.

We were with a group/tour. Lovely venue with ornate builfing and decorations. Beers came out in 1lt steins! Entertainment was top class and a funny evening with some audience participation. Very busy so make sure you book.

Called for reservations a few hours before the 7:30 show. We were able to get a table the day of. Larger tour groups get to sit up front closer to the stage. Their beer was so good. Lots of options on the menu. The fondue was the best I had in Switzerland. Almost every table was ordering it. The show was lively and fun. Lasted about 1 1/2 hours. The entertainers are so talented and could play so many instruments. This is the place to eat if you want to really experience Swiss culture.

Food was good.If you have specific dietary needs then inform them in advance. They are good in preparing entrees just to cater to your needs. You won’t be stuck with just pasta (like i was for the rest of my tour).I requested vegetarian and my daughter had fish. Other members in our group just went with what the set menu. We were served drinks, salad, cheese fondue with bread. Then a yummy dessert with a choice of coffee or tea.They do invite everyone to join on the stage. And if you are celebrating something special then they do mention it during the performance.Performances like flag throwing, yodeling and playing instruments like broomstick and saw (the tool) were fascinating.Overall a great evening so worth every penny.

As an introduction to Swiss culture and customs, the show provided by the Stadtkeller was full of fun. These talented entertainers gave an insight in to different instruments, that can be used in a creative way such as, spoons and ceramic bowls, as well as Swiss horns, and cow bells. This was the whole package and is highly recommended.

5시였나 6시였나 가니까 테이블에 사람이 한명도 없더라구요. 영업 안 하는 줄 알고 들어가도 되냐고 물으니까 들어오라고 하시더라구요 ㅎㅎ 서버분이 은발의 신사분? 이셨는데 친절하셨음ㅎㅎ 퐁듀 2인이라고 써있어서 인원대로 시켜야 하냐니까 아니라고 한 명만 시켜도 된다고 해서 이것저것 시켰네요 ㅎㅎ 음식은 그냥저냥 평범한 정도.

We were there last weekend to experiment the Swiss traditions and to celebrate our friend's birthday. The show was very entertaining and the staff were very corteous. You can either choose from some 8 present fixed menus or choose from the regular menu. The food was good. Cheese fondue was common in 5 of the fixed menus as an appetizer, followed by salads and main entree, finished by an ice cream. I highly recommend dining there. You must make reservations ahead of time.

It is exactly what you are expecting, loud festive music, singing, clapping, fun entertainment. The food was fine. We were off on a side table, the front main seats are held for the large tour groups. The staff was friendly and encouraged participation in the festivities. Was a great choice to keep us up and moving on the first night of our trip.

We booked this with our tour group to get a feel for the Swiss way of life. The meal consisted of a cheese fondue, fresh salad, Geschnetzeltes Kalbfleisch (strips of veal in a mushroom cream sauce), Rosti, and Swiss Chalet dessert. I had a large glass of their own brewed beer. It was terrific! They played Swiss music and put on a show for the crowd. They called people up on stage and had them try their skills yodeling. They called more people up to try the Alp horn (that very long horn that the Ricola people use ). Our 10 year old grand daughter was among this group and she did a better job than some of the adults! I think you have to make reservations well in advance to get in but you should call to confirm this. We had a very good time here.
