Funky Chocolate Club Switzerland in Interlaken

The desserts are very nice, the chocolate cake looks a bit like a mosaic cake, but the chocolate adds a very different atmosphere and it is delicious when eaten with cream. It was preferred by two people, but we finished it as one person. The taste of strawberry chocolate in the glass was delicious. I suggest we come and try it.

My group did the chocolate-making workshop, and it was a blast! I learned interesting facts about the chocolate making process and got to make three delicious bars of my own (with add-ins available). The customer service was truly excellent and multi-lingual. (We spoke German, English, and Spanish with the staff.) My friend and I ordered flat whites that were delicious and sipped on them during the class.

We visited the place while we were in Interlaken. We ate strawberries with chocolate, very delicious. And cappuccino and their special drink is hot chocolate. The staff is very nice and the service is fast and excellent. Their treatment of tourists is excellent. I will definitely visit again.

Do not miss this place if you’re visiting Interlaken. An absolute Swiss treat. Staff were very friendly and the drinks were amazing. I hope to come back to Interlaken for this reason alone!!

Pathetic staff, somewhat RACIST. Excellent chocolates though. The lady who seems to be leading the counter in evening is quite rude and unwelcoming. I loved the waffles and chocolates but the staff behaviour was awful. We visited this place twice, would have loved to visit again but the because of the lady’s racist behaviour, would avoid it. Reply: Since the staff member has replied and I am not able to reply, I am editing this one. The talk you mentioned that we had at the end, it’s exactly about that. The way you talk also makes a huge difference. Throughout the conversation I could feel it. Looking away while having conversation, no courtesy for acknowledging praises, no thank you or nothing at the end etc. Your conversations with others was very different than the way you spoke to us. And that to me was really hurtful, I feel it’s because of the skin and hence racist. My wife left with a big smile because she loved the chocolates, she was even considering taking the workshop you offer during our next visit. She didnt have any conversation with any of you so her experience is still pristine and she loves the place. What hurts is the way you interact with a genuinely impressed customers who is praising you.

Excellent place, very delicious hot chocolate

The best chocolate I’ve ever had! I did the chocolate making class which is super fun, you try a cocoa bean which is super bitter and then you try different kinds of chocolate, you can have as much as chocolate pieces as you want. The instructor teaches you about the origin of chocolate and walks you through smelling and hearing the chocolate break. Then you put a semi-sweet or milk chocolate and the instructor will put hot chocolate and you have to stir it really fast. Then you get to decorate it with white chocolate or other candies and nuts. I also ordered their strawberries with chocolate which was delicious!

I'm sure they get this all the time. Just popped in for a fondue and a coffee, and it was the best. Like, literally, the best fondue we had. Lovely atmosphere and staff too.

This was one of the best highlights of our holiday especially for our kids. If you’re in Interlaken this is a must, especially for your kids. They will love it!

Excellent luttle cafe. Amazong food and drinks all round. Highly recommend. Staff all spoke fluent English and were very nice. Warning for those who go here though, food is extremely rich and decadent. I could not finish the chocolate cake but well worth every Franc.

I did the chocolate making workshop with my daughter. She was classified as a child when booking which was up to 14 years old. When we arrived, they said the booking might be wrong as she looked too old. They asked her age, which she said was 13. I advised when we booked she was in the correct age category, they then said they would need to talk to the manager. I didn't mind them clarifying she was the correct age. But it was a bad start to the experience. We felt they didn't believe us and were insinuating we were not paying the correct amount. The actual workshop was very interesting and they clearly are knowledgeable in the art, science, history and economics of chocolate making. We met a nice dad and daughter from Canada, also on the workshop, and chatted with them. The experience was a bit on the serious side. More class like than fun workshop. We've done workshops on holidays before and found them to be more light, and fun. That said, we enjoyed it. It filled an evening in Interlaken and we enjoyed collecting the chocolate we made the next day and of course, enjoying the delicious flavour.

One of the coolest and most interesting places in Interlaken. Coffee shop, chocolate shop and accessories store for chocolate lovers. Great quality sweets, pies and artisanal chocolate. Super cozy and modern decor and atmosphere. It's really worth a visit

Definitely a must place to eat in Interlaken! 🥹 As someone who loves chocolate, this place is a heaven. As it was November, I already could feel the Christmas ambience. The chocolate fondue was so so good. I love how it matched with fruits and pretzel yummm

Just look at the chocolate cake. It was so good it melted in my mouth. It's heavy; two people can easily share. The chocolate covered strawberries were also very tasty. Location is not on the main road - but they have a small board on the road letting people know where they are. It is a nice place to sit and rest for a bit while enjoying chocolate. Classy place and delicious food

They are affectionate and their shapes are imaginative. We went back to taking their shapes. They turned out to be intoxicating. The only bad thing is that they are more intoxicating than they open.

We didn't order from the menu, but we did shop their amazing selection of Swiss chocolate brands. Milkboy's Crunchy Caramel with Sea Salt was a favorite for us. We were also able to bring a fun, naughty little chocolate home for a friend, ha!

Coffee, if you are in Interlak, there is nothing stopping you from getting coffee and a dessert from it. I see a lot of people go for it, but I find it very normal.

We tried the flat white, Americano, and cappuccino, and they were excellent, in addition to the famous strawberries with chocolate. The strawberries were fresh and the chocolate was melting and delicious 😍 Twice we went to Interlaken specially for it 👌🏼 The service was fast and the staff were pleasant. We did not try the indoor seating because our orders were take-away.

We came here for dessert on out last night in Interlarken. They have a detailed menu and a couple of cakes plus strawberries in the cabinet. Our son had waffles which he enjoyed, hubby had a torte and I had the strawberries with melted chocolate. Plus we had hot chocolate with extra marshmallows. I personally think I had the best one as the strawberries were devine. Overall we enjoyed our dessert.

I am sorry to say but that was the worst cheesecake I have ever had in my life and I have cheesecake all the time. There was a little hair on my strawberry also which I let go because the strawberry was on the side of the cheesecake so I just threw it away but then I had the cheesecake and it was bad.
