Garden decor, well-spaced tables, attentive staff. The 8-course meal was an absolute delight. And with an extraordinary feature: absolutely ALL ingredients, fish, poultry, honey, fruit, vegetables, meat, come from the garden, the lake or orchards or farms located less than 50 km from the Victoria Jungfrau Hotel. A local, creative and absolutely delicious dinner! And the chef, Stefan Beer, comes in person to bring one of the dishes and explains each ingredient and cooking technique. A real plus!

Amazing restaurant with a unique concept: Almost everything is sourced from within a 50 km radius around the hotel. All the sources are listed on a map with a description and pictures in the restaurant's magazine starring Chef Stefan Beer. When we asked, the staff did let us know of some ingredients that came from outside the 50 km radius (such as the salt from Bex or some wines from the Lake Biel that were closer to 60 km from Interlaken). We had "z'Menü vo hie" with the wine pairing, which we can highly recommend: Sommelier Torsten Noack didn't just select good wines, but really special ones you might not encounter every day. And the pairing with the plates was really excellent! The pairing also contributed to our highlight of the evening: the Wagyu Beef Raviolo paired with the Pinots vom Chapf. As explained by the sommelier team, the Pinots vom Chapf is a nature wine by Anne-Clair Schott made from a mix of Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris, lending the wine a fermented taste that went simply excellent with the taste of the Wagyu! Thank you very much for this experience! And as a nice touch in the end, you get a small card with the menue, including plates that were exchanged due to dietary restrictions, and of course including the vines. Highly recommended and we'll pass by again!

Amazing dinner here last week. We did 3 Michelin restaurants on our trip and this was by far our favorite. The dishes were delicious but not over-whelming in size and proportions. All local ingredients. Healthy. Staff was incredible. Quite an experience. Thank you!

Fine dining restaurant with a somewhat exotic design in a 5 star luxury hotel. Generous space between neighbors, comfortable furniture, appropriate background music, pleasant audience. Wine accompaniment 5 stars, service too: the ladies and gentlemen were extremely friendly and demonstrated a high level of politeness and style. I found the special food creations on the plate no less surprising. I found the chef's visits to tell us stories about the origins and farm of the ingredients at the table wonderful. This gave the restaurant real authentic originality, which was combined with professionalism, creativity and subtlety. We will be back and would be happy to recommend Radius by Stefan Beer.

A taste experience at its finest! We were able to spend a wonderful evening at Radius by Stefan Beer. The ambience was great, the service excellent (not too stuffy but upscale) and the food was excellent. I particularly like the concept of only using regional ingredients. And the result not only looks beautiful, but also tastes very good. We chose the wine accompaniment to the menu and these also come from the area around Interlaken and are perfectly matched to the dishes.

We waited a very long time for the Radius to open because we already knew Stefan Beer from the La Terrasse restaurant and were very fascinated by his cooking skills. Now we were lucky enough to spend an evening in the newly opened restaurant this year. The restaurant itself is only open in the evenings and only offers one menu, here you are spoiled from course to course. The restaurant is beautifully and naturally furnished, the tables are large and the seats are manageable, so that you have a very calm and dignified feeling even when the restaurant is full, the service is first class and we cater to your every wish, he is very attentive and usually knows before you know when you need to refill. The chef personally comes to the table for each course and explains what it includes, we are a very big fan because great emphasis is placed on regional products here, as the name suggests, we source everything here within a 25km radius, such as: also a very rare and selected saffron that grows in the area. We'll be back soon and are already looking forward to it, thanks to the whole team

We were able to spend an unforgettable evening in Radisson. From the ambience to the perfect service to the wonderful creations that Stefan Beer and his team created here, everything was perfect. We were treated to the "Menu vo hie" with 9 excellently coordinated courses and were able to enjoy the perfect wine accompaniment. A vegan 7-course menu is also offered within the radius. This is fine dining of the highest quality.

Die Kuchen und andere Backwaren, die wir probierten, waren köstlich, begleitet von einem hervorragenden Kaffee. Ich fand die Atmosphäre insgesamt zu ähnlich wie in einem Café bei einer Tankstelle. Das Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit.
