Very nice hut restaurant with charm. Fine rösti and uniquely good cheese slices. Toilet very clean.

Guys, if there's too much, just reduce the number of seats! - Despite free tables, we were seated directly opposite the salad buffet, where guests and hectic employees were constantly sticking their worst parts in our faces. Well then, enjoy your meal. - The height of unfriendliness was the half-empty outdoor area, which was intended "only for groups" (no signs or instructions available). Guests who dared to sit there but didn't belong to an illustrious "group" were regularly chased from the place by an angry patrolling employee. We have spent many vacations in Switzerland, but we have never experienced such inhospitable chaos as this "restaurant". Thanks for a dirty day of vacation. Absolutely unworthy of a destination like Zermatt.

We had our brunch there before heading to the Furi suspension bridge. The food was delicious, the location has amazing views and our server Manuel engaging and entertaining. He was kind enough to help me customize my omelette the way I prefer and made recommendations. If you find yourself in Furi, be sure to visit them for good food, breathtaking views and good hosting.

We visited on a hot summers day, we sat inside because it was packed full outside. The staff was friendly and the spinach cannelloni delicious, the kids played outside and ate ice cream. It was very nice. Thank you!

Very very rude staff. Avoid at all cost if you can. Go to the restaurant a bit further called AEROLIO (they are much better). I was very badly treated at this restaurant. Just because my wife and I were two people only, although the restaurant was not full and had plenty spaces they pushed us to the worst table they had. I was very upset and they did not care. I ended up leaving the restaurant although they were giving better tables to other people. The wind was too strong therefore I left.

I had a walk to Hängebrücke, my parents don't want to go and decided to have a drink here. The staff are rude to them, and told my parents to leave and pay immediately once they finished their drinks. Same happened to another couple who took over my parents’ table, also get removed because they just ordered a drink.

This was the third time I used it during lunch time, following in summer 2018 and February 2020. It's always crowded, so this time I made a reservation in the morning before going. It was a cloudy day, so I didn't go skiing, but instead walked on a snowy road from Zermatt via Zmut, which took about 2 hours. It is just a 1-minute walk from Fuli Gondola Station. The staff are always cheerful and warmly welcoming. All three times I had the Grated Onion Soup (12CHF) here. Even during the coronavirus pandemic, the price remained unchanged from 2020. It was hot, but I enjoyed it while muttering. In Switzerland, rosti is a specialty dish, and the one at this restaurant is crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, making it exceptionally delicious. We recommend the dish with two fried eggs (19.5CHF). In addition, beer (2DL: 4CHF), white wine (4.9), mineral small (7), total 47.6CHF = about 7,000 yen is the cost of an average lunch for two in Zermatt.

Most of the staff very rude, wouldn't let people just have a drink they had to eat something. We were given two soups, asked for some bread and were given half a slice each - we asked for more and were told no, you already have two, one each. Wouldn't eat here again.
