Fusio in Olten

A culinary experience in Olten I had the pleasure of visiting the Fusio restaurant in Olten and was pleasantly surprised from start to finish. The ambience is inviting and modern, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The menu offers a wide range of Italian dishes, the selection is varied and there is something for every taste. What particularly impressed me was the quality of the ingredients and the presentation of the dishes. Each dish was prepared with care and lovingly presented, which was a delight not only for the palate but also for the eyes. The service at Fusio was also excellent. The staff was attentive, friendly and competent. All in all, my visit to Restaurant Fusio was a culinary experience that I would like to repeat. I would recommend it to anyone looking for quality food in a pleasant atmosphere.

Unique disappointment. Attracted by the photos on social media of a second "deluxe lamb" that they don't even make anymore. High prices for simple dishes, with mediocre ingredients. There is better out there and you also spend less.

Perfect pizza like in Napoli😍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very nice staff and nice restaurant. Really everything is great! I'd love to go there again!

Interior/ambience are very nice!! The service is also super attentive and friendly. Unfortunately, everything we really wanted to eat was no longer available... I was very disappointed... I don't understand either... It was also very expensive overall... Since one of the waiters was also new (I think) he often had no idea and had to ask for everything (which isn't a bad thing but still... 😄) Overall it was great, but I won't come back again.

Brunch SA and SUN 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. with reservation advantageous. A selection of salty and sweet dishes for brunch is available. Price performance is ok rather expensive but products are fresh and well prepared so ok. Bread could be served more. Service could be a bit more attentive - you wait a long time until you can pay the bill. But they are very friendly. We would come again. :) In the evening, serve ee and enjoy pizza. The tiramisu is bomb :D

The food was terrible. Soup without an idea. Just sauce and oil. The second meal also had no idea. Carbonara style pasta. The sauce is like something from a canteen and the taste is appalling. The whole taste was spoiled by the burnt bacon, and its fat spoiled the taste of the whole meal. For the price they charge, it's a misery 👎🏻 my girlfriend ate about 10% of the portion and he preferred the inedible ones so that she wouldn't fall asleep. Of course, everything was paid for and when we mentioned to the waiter that we didn't like the food, they didn't apologize. First and last time

Very bad food has nothing to do with Italian cuisine and does not deserve the name. Pizza Fungi and Tonno with some kind of disgusting white sauce made me gag and left both pizzas lying around. It was nice in the restaurant but it was cold and probably didn't have any heating. So I threw 89 CHF out the window and even had to wait 15 minutes for the bill.

I always enjoy going to Fusio and thought I had to get rid of my impression. Whether it's for brunch, lunch or dinner, it's always a great experience and you feel welcome and valued. Of course it's a bit turbulent on Friday and Saturday evenings when the restaurant is full, but in my opinion you're never left out. Only the music leaves a lot to be desired at times, but that's a matter of taste. Keep it up, I will remain loyal to you

The prices are too high for what you get. Freshly squeezed orange juice less than 100ml overflowing with ice cubes - 7.50 Fr.!?! The website says brunch on Sundays, but it's just a pretty expensive breakfast. Added to this is the constant pressure from the service staff to clear everything away after about an hour and to free the table in a nice way for the next guest.

Unfriendly branch manager who is not even able to bill separately. Far too expensive dishes that are prepared in a minimalist way. Never again!

Very nice restaurant. The food was very tasty and the portions were large. There is a large selection. In terms of price, it's in the higher segment. The service was great too, especially Daniel. We'd love to come back.

Very loud music, not very chill. No physical menus, just QR code even upon request. Food not very inspiring.

The food was good but unfortunately a bit cold throughout. We had mentioned this too and they weren't really surprised, but there was no apology either. The espresso only came after dessert and wasn't hot either. Unfortunately that doesn't match the price/performance ratio. Service was okay, but later on it wasn't as attentive.

Unfortunately I cannot rate the restaurant. I made a request for a table, unfortunately it was canceled for the same evening and I only received the information 1 hour later. I called a few times to find out what was going on because I should have known, called 3/4 times and nobody answered. Why do we still offer inquiry appointments when there is more space? I think I won't go there because of this experience.

Since Pedro left, there has been a lack of quality and atmosphere. Unfortunately, it is often the case that a new boss comes and wants to change the world, even though the Fusio restaurant could not be improved.

We booked online and after a few minutes I received the confirmation. It was the first time for us, I have nothing to laugh about, very good pizzas and they arrived within 10 minutes of ordering, excellent cocktails, ditto for the desserts. As far as prices are concerned, it seemed like a good compromise. The place is really well looked after with an industrial and modern style. The only thing I would recommend are slightly larger tables (those for two) otherwise everything was excellent, very friendly and helpful staff.

Our visit was great from A-Z! We were mainly served by Mr. Bode and the cafeteria, which I find very nice when the owner/managing director is in the middle of the action. Both extremely friendly and attentive, which is unfortunately rare in most other restaurants. The order, from drinks to pizza and dessert, came very quickly even though it was full. Price is on the upper limit, but absolutely ok for quality, great ambience and service. Pizza was fine, the only negative point in my opinion, I find the tomato on the pizza to be fruitier and more intense. There are certainly "better" products and I was missing a little olive oil (before baking), but that's my personal taste. Otherwise everything is definitely great! The dessert, tiramisù and lemon cream, both delicious! It was so good that it could have been bigger ;-) Another plus point, we even received the exit ticket for the parking garage. Thank you!

With a very appealing atmosphere and great service from Lara, the two of us ordered pizza as a starter and pasta as a second course. The pizza is extremely tasty in terms of ingredients, only the thin base becomes a little soft over time as you eat it. Still, recommended. The pasta (Carbonara) was very tasty, perhaps too salty for people who don't like salt. The pesto pasta dish was also very tasty, but the sauce wasn't skimped on, so it might be too intense for some. Food was ok. The menu is very confusing. The gentleman in service missed many opportunities when we wanted to order something to drink. The location is very nice.

Incredibly unfriendly staff! Never again! I spontaneously wanted to have a quick pizza with my wife on Tuesday evening because, as seen from the outside, the restaurant was almost completely empty (only two tables were occupied). We came in and were almost chased away when we said that we didn't have a reservation. No greetings - no goodbyes, just - "do you have a reservation? No. Everything is full.... And he's gone... I've never experienced that anywhere in the world! 😱👎🏻

The food was delicious, but the service was a disaster. Too bad it ruined the meal.

We were always infused in Zurich and for the first time in Olten. It's fantastic, we love going to brunch. It's a bit expensive but it's worth it

Had a resevation in the evening for 4 people. Seating was very tight, so much that we could not move our chairs back enough to let someone pass behind. Chef de rang was nice but seemed stressed and waiting times were a little long throughout the evening. Nevertheless, ambience was nice and cozy, nice lighting and welcoming decoration. As an entree my wife and i had a Cono and Truffle Arrancini... The Cono was pretty good, enjoyable and novel, while the truffle arrancini looked nice but were tasteless and had no salt... Main course was by far the biggest dissappointment, Truffle Pasta and Alp-Pizza. Again there was no sign of proper truffle on the pasta and ordering this pizza was probably just my mistake. Chef de Rang was nice enough strike the pasta from the bill when confronted with the tasteless pasta. I really wanted to like this experience but sadly it was a dissappointment through and through. Also the prices are too high for the quality of food they offer.

The only positive thing about the store is the ambience. We had to wait at least 15 minutes until we could order something to drink. We were also not told that we had to scan the Qr code to view the map. A note from the waiter would have been welcome. We will advise our friends not to visit.

It was a fantastic dinner, excellent food, good service in a very welcoming environment, the only sore point at the time of payment... we had read that we could pay with Lunch-check cards and at the time of payment it was not accepted. I found it unprofessional. It's a shame because we would definitely have returned...

Spacious restaurant, great service and also enough space and nice ambience and finally fine food. Restriction for those who do not want to be disturbed by a music carpet. The blaring music disrupts conversations at dinner. There is no place that is protected from noise and you have to put up with it willy-nilly.

We went to Fusio with somewhat mixed feelings because of the very different reviews. Luckily we dared! It was an absolutely perfect evening and we had nothing to complain about. The ambience was nice, the entire staff was very nice, courteous, competent and professional - and the food was fantastic all around. Large portions and super tasty! For such exceptional dishes, the slightly higher prices are absolutely justified! We'll definitely be back! PS: We parked in the Sälipark car park. For everyone who, like us, can't get to their car because the shopping center is already closed: go to the Hotel Arte. They can let you into the underground car park and from there you can get back to your car through connecting doors and drive beyond the hotel entrance.

I spontaneously visited the Fusio restaurant and was impressed by the diverse menu. The truffle pizza is an absolute highlight for lovers of this flavor. The ambience and service was good.

Fantastic food. Large portions, so no multiple courses were possible. Lighting with the many lights on the window against Hotel Arte was too bright and unpleasant.

Very fine food in a cozy restaurant.

I'm disappointed. This pizza cost around 40 francs. The waiter acted like everything was fine. It also smelled burnt. I ate the toppings but remained hungry. We have not received a solution to our problem

The two of us went to Fusio for the first time last night. The service was impeccable, quick and warm. The food was also great and the menu speaks for itself. From starter to dessert, full conviction.

Only the music was a bit too rough for a restaurant, the rest was TOP :-)

We were there for the first time and our expectations were more than fulfilled!!!!

The start was very mixed. We made reservations early in the evening. We waited at the checkout for what felt like 10 minutes without being spoken to. Since there was no table marked, we sat down independently at a table for two by the window. There we were asked in a relatively unfriendly manner to change the table because it wasn't for us. We were only asked if we wanted to order something to drink minutes later! Afterwards we luckily received another very friendly and competent service! All the tables by the window were still free when we left the restaurant an hour and a half later. But the food was very good and so it was still a successful evening for us and we will come back, which was rather unlikely after the start.

Unfortunately cannot be recommended. The food is average at best, the service is a complete disaster.

We made reservations for brunch at 11:00 am. On site we were very rudely informed that there was no brunch available. Why can you reserve this online like this if it is not available? Instead of offering us an alternative, the gentleman in charge made us feel really "stupid". It might be an advantage to have the homepage or the staff adjusted.

Price performance is not right at all. If you pay by card, you have to tip at least 5%... why? Service impatient. Food too expensive... it's a shame... the only thing I liked is the restaurant... insulation is bad...

Good food, nice atmosphere! Pricey, but not overpriced.

As an Italian, I can easily recommend this restaurant. The atmosphere is beautiful, the food is delicious, the pizza dough is like Vincenzo Capuano's in Napoli and the ingredients are incredibly delicious. The waiter (although he runs around almost alone the whole time) is very personable, professional and you can see that he loves his job. Bravi ragazzi 👏

The ambience is very nice, a bit dark but ok. The boss was a bit stressed and ran through the restaurant screaming (also went outside). to scream) and when he recommended it, he said that the only piece of meat on the menu was expensive but if you pay for it, you won't regret it 🤔 When we ordered the red wine (the bottle was over 100.00 chf) he looked for a long time 🙃 and he didn't come to refill it. Too bad for the stressed boss. He didn't want a tip and typed in the amount straight away. the food is quite ok.

We recommend. Be it the service or the very good pizza.
