Fusion Uramaki (Eaux vives) in Genève

Having ordered 170 francs worth of sushi from uber eat, I am very disappointed!!! Indeed, the sushi was not fresh. The rice was extremely dry and they didn't break when I tried to pick one up. Additionally my order was incomplete. When I called them, they were disrespectful and hung up on me twice without wanting to give me a solution. I am very very disappointed I will not go back and I will not recommend this restaurant either!

Not great cuisine, on the site the quality side is highlighted, seasonal vegetables I only had peppers in the middle of January well it's not really the season and in terms of diversity if you don't like it well it that's all there is. And big downside on the chicken, not good at 23.50 per dish I was expecting something to cook but not at all. I won't order again that's for sure.

Catastrophic experience, to be absolutely avoided! The chicken in my bowl, paid at full price, was poorly cooked, some pieces almost raw. Unfortunately I noticed this after eating a few. Result: poisoning. I tried to contact them several times that evening by phone to report the matter, but no response. I wrote an email the next morning. Also without any response. Simply unacceptable to make fun of customers' health in this way!

Ordered Uber eats, the rice is hardly seasoned, the Philadelphia (cheese) tastes like butter and the sushi is not compact. The ebi fry ones are not bad but by far not the best in Geneva. I wouldn't recommend it.

Regular since this restaurant opened. The map is colossal, it's easy to get lost; However, it is definitely worth looking into: very original sushi compositions but unfortunately the amberjack and sea bream have disappeared because you have to pay for quality. We still find tuna and eel, fortunately! But the stinginess of customers caused the proliferation of salmon sushi. The fish is of good quality but the abandoned ones that I mentioned were excellent. Among sushi, temakis, gunkan and tatamis are rare or even unheard of in Geneva. And the futomaki are clearly the best in town. Among the other specialties, kimchi and other salads are appreciated. The sauces are interesting: to my knowledge the only sushi bar to make Wasabi mayo and spicy mayo, as well as ponzu. The only thing missing is the sake sauces. And the hot dishes are succulent: the remarkable Udon, especially the Yasai, vegetarian but very tasty; a bit in the same genre, they released beef noodles this season; They remain to be tasted for me but I suspect that it will be a good dish. This restaurant is evolving a lot in order to satisfy customers. However, I went there on 29.11 and hung around for ¼ hours for nothing at all: haute couture at the counter being served and a new employee was cutting food while the other took photos of sushi ... Result: I left empty-handed. Once, not twice. Get back together quickly Uramaki Fusion.

I haven't tried all the sushi in Geneva but for the moment this one is the best by far. The sushi is very good but they also make very original sushi which are incredible (Bestseller category). For once, original sushi is really good, it should be noted 😅. I unreservedly recommend this establishment.

This is indeed the best Sushi restaurant in Geneva, it’s different than normal, super fusion style. Stylish environment, good location, top service and of course the combinations of sushi are made surprisingly tasty.

Order to take away, Honestly, I've never had such bad sushi... Hard rice like when you took it out of the fridge for 2 days, nothing held together. completely soft fried onions! Bad slimy chicken skewers…. We are convinced that sushi is not from today but at least from yesterday. Never again for us.

Horrible service, especially on delivery. Made a little mistake by not sending a plate at all and when I asked on the phone the reply was: “mmmhh not much we can do, but next time we offer you nems”.. what a joke of a restaurant, what about just doing and serving what the client paid for?

Top. Nothing negative to say. Impeccable service, the two waiters were very friendly. Freshly prepared dishes. Delicious! Quantity and quality! A very nice discovery.

Honest cuisine, consistent prices, a chimerical identity. The use of the term “merger” is, in my opinion, grossly inaccurate, even insidious. Demonstrating sagacity is essential today!

Great place, udon tastes better than in Japan

The sushi is delicious, nothing to complain about at that level. It’s a shame that the service doesn’t follow through, however, and that the establishment is saving pennies on the accompaniments. On an order of 40 sushi, receiving only one small sachet of wasabi and two tiny bottles of soy sauce (barely enough to cover a tenth of the order, if we're not too greedy), I find it a real shame. We called to complain, we were told "next time you order, also write us a reminder about this in the comments". A sushi restaurant that needs to be reminded that wasabi and soy sauce are an essential component of the experience, I find that distressing. We have been good customers so far but I think the story ends there.

Waiting time was excessive! And sushi’s not as tasty and fresh as I would have thought so Sad……

From outside it doesn’t really Invite me to eat there, we took something for take away. The sushi was very good!

the best sushi in Geneva, even better than Kakinuma, a larger choice of sushi other different and unique specialties, the sashimi and tataki are to die for, and the salads delicious, friendly and available staff, I highly recommend.

Very good sushi, but one dish was missing

Some of the best rolls I’ve ever had!

I stopped by to try this new restaurant reserved at 8 p.m. a wait of 10-15 minutes for us to get up to get the card (even though it wasn't even crowded with customers), which was at the entrance (which could be a takeaway card). So that we are given the real card 10 minutes later. The service was almost non-existent. (makes you wonder where the waitresses are) Value for money sushi: Correct

Honestly probably the best sushi in Geneva for a good price! Prepared before our eyes, super fresh. And the staff is really super nice! I rarely ate sushi, now it’s every week at Uramaki!! Thank you team!!

I really recommend this restaurant if you live in Geneva or if you are just passing by. Their specialties are just delicious. If you like sushi you know where to go. Not even to mention the incredibly friendly waiter! In short, very good results
