Everything is perfect here except for the mini rooms. The price-performance ratio is great and the ski area is usually nice and empty and great! The panorama from the breakfast room is unbeatable!

Horribly depressing menu with not even a bratwurst. Every option is highly unhealthy, most of it is usually sold out and you need to order on a screen.

Food is delivered super quickly

Personally, I don't like the atmosphere there. I was only in there once and it was too loud and uncomfortable for me. It had a dubious cafeteria charm, but tastes differ

The food is way too expensive for what you get. The food arrived quickly, but the quality was very disappointing for the price paid. Everything was cold and inedible. I wouldn't recommend it.

Fries for 17.- and burger with fries for 29.- Cold and not fine. Snow and ice everywhere on the benches and chairs.

Mass production at high prices. Noisy and crowded. Restaurant prices with takeaway service. It's a miracle if you get to a table at 1:30 p.m. Food comes quickly. Burger with drink at 40-50.

A very good place for a snack, meal, coffee, drink. It can get busy, but its got good logistics and things we tried were good. It used to be really run down and basic, but recently got a bit of a face lift and it's pretty hypstery now.

Very cool restaurant. Great system with ordering at the table. The food came super quickly and the staff was very friendly. I think the price/performance is absolutely okay (the food has to come up the mountain first). What I would think would be great (hence 4 out of 5 stars for food) would be one or two salad bowls to have an alternative to burgers and fries.

I would turn the music a little louder during lunchtime so that you can no longer have a conversation. Food and service is OK.

Beautiful view. We like the mobile ordering (we're used to it from the restaurants on Vorab and Nagens). The music and ambience didn't suit our taste.

So it's always nice on the crap. Good selection of food/drinks. The price/performance level is ok for the kids. Where I personally (subjectively feel) have no understanding is almost 8.- for a 4 dl beer... Despite a very high number of guests, the order was brought to the table very quickly!

Reasonably cheap food for the ski area, but not a large selection and not very lovingly made either. But it's perfect to satisfy your hunger over lunch. Order food directly at the table via the app.

Atmosphere is very cool and worth visiting even if you don't each there. The price is high compared to the value. The French fries were just ok. Glad they have a vegan burger! Also: many people were not eating their bread rolls and they are just thrown away. Maybe they should ask each person whether they want bread before giving it out (so not to waste so much). Just an idea!

Huge ski resort reachable via cable cars from Laax or a long hike from Falera. The structure is two stories, with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. You can order hot drinks such as tea and coffee and some hot dishes. The view of the valley from the terrace leaves you speechless.

I ordered an Erdinger Weissbier for 8.50. You can also get a cold beer in the last restaurant. It was warm here. The food is of low quality. The Galaxy coffee is just terribly bad, it tastes like dishwashing liquid. An embarrassing institution. That's why it's a top location.

Quick service at the table but very expensive food

Pros: great location, good views and availability. Cons: basically only low quality, greasy, unhealthy food available. For a fast food it's not even particularly tasty. Very expensive for what you are getting.

Prices from another planet. The view is great, the prices for food and drinks are always a little higher on the mountain, the prices here I definitely think it's exaggerated. 12.- for a portion of fries is a good idea, then another extra 0.80.- for mayo etc. 22.50 Currywurst fries 9.- for a mulled wine, 8.50 for Möhl.. In combination with the exorbitant prices for ski tickets, it's not a particularly attractive offer in my opinion.

Just don't let Papaplatte in anymore!

We have been there for lunch the past few days as the layout is good with toilets inside, water fountain, lots of seating and quick service.

Food (spare/ribs) good, but expensive. Price/performance doesn't fit (portion too small). Service staff/cashier of the Sun Deck in a very good mood….

Before 1 p.m. more than half of the menus were no longer available. There were practically only fries and burgers.

Brilliant snackfood formula near the slopes in Laax. The ordering runs super smoothly with the food basic but more than decent. Loved it as we wanted to spend maximal time skiing on our last day and still have a warm lunch. Top view on top and vintage setting that sticks.

We've been coming to Laax for years and we also like staying at the Galaxy. But the increase in food prices since last year is just outrageous. 8.50 CHF for a small apple pie is too much!! I will now prefer to go to another mountain restaurant.

Never had such bad french fries. Tasteless, over fried and no salt. A shame for 12.-

Unfortunately the fries were hollow, overcooked and unfortunately unsalted. The portion wouldn't have satisfied even a child. Unfortunately, we were also horrified by the hygiene regulations. We saw that employees served the food with unwashed hands and without gloves. You also have to pay for the ketchup with the fries. At a unit price of 0.80.- that makes a proud price of 40.-/L. If you consider that the same brand costs 3.65/500mL in the local Coop, this price is also extremely excessive for Laax. The only thing I can recommend you about this prt is to leave this place.

View is incredible. Table service is the fastest you will get anywhere on the planet by using their app. Literally was putting my phone down and it was placed on the table.

Verry nice place on top of the mountain with great view and even a true ninja servival path with free fall, a small pumptrack and a mini ramp with free miniscooters, skateboards and extras. Food was fine with nice helpfull service.

Good view. Food was also positive, a good starting point for walks, hikes, bike trails.

The atmosphere alone was worth it 😁 Very eclectic decor with upside down plants & everything. Cool music & vibes. Plus, seeing a 360-degree view of the Alps is always nice. Food was good, not great, and of course it's pricey, but that's to be expected when you're on top of a mountain no matter where you are. I'd definitely go again, given the chance 😊 Ordering was a little bit of a hassle because the ordering kiosks weren't working, but there was no sign to explain that. Eventually, we were able to order, which was easy, & the food was ready pretty quickly. P.S. We weren't able to go to the top of the building because there was a private party, so that was a bummer but understandable.

The food is grossly overpriced. 80 centimes for what feels like 5 g of Maio. Every restaurant serves the same food. The food came cold. Service is not polite, feels like the service is being served for the first time. Restaurant cannot be missed. I'll never eat here again, the food before corona was much better. Shame on the otherwise great ski area. Real scame from the white arena Please change immediately

Before scooping, the fries are touched by hand even though he did a completely different job beforehand and then exactly these fries are sold to the guest, then I don't want to know the hygiene guidelines. You lose your appetite.

Food is easy to order and delivered very quickly. The food was very good but it was just thrown on our table without any comment from the staff. In another restaurant you can order the same thing twice for the same price.

There is a draft at the window and it is uncomfortably cold. Service was quick, but prices are far too high, even for a mountain restaurant. The portions are also very small and you will barely get full, if at all. Coffee is great for that!

Location and view everything is ok. But if the grated cheese has mold on it when you eat it... I don't have to write anymore...

The best part was that the drinks were cold. Burger soaked from start to finish, the meat itself was prepared much earlier, which unfortunately you can taste. The fries, limp and not salted. The nut snail was probably from yesterday and was extremely hard and anything but tasty. Way too expensive anyway, but where else would you go?

Ordered our food this afternoon at 2 p.m. After asking 3 times and 55 minutes later, we received our lukewarm 20.- burger. Wow

Totally overpriced, you can hardly afford it as a family! 200 CHF spent on train and food in 6 hours. And we're still hungry but don't feel like spending more.

Suprisingly good for a restaurant on the skiing slopes. Very fast service, good food (pulled pork is great, also on the galaaxy burger). Views from the inside are stunning, ans great arrangement of smaller and larger tables. You do feel like you're arriving in a building from a Bond villain, and that's meant as a compliment. They have a system through which you can order from your table on your cell phone, but without free wifi that is useless for non-swiss people given the crazy Swiss roaming prices. That's also the one thing lacking to get 5 stars: there's no free wifi

Cool restaurant with delicious food! Large selection of vegan and vegetarian dishes! Ordering via the app, which works great and is really easy! There are cool co-working spaces on the upper floor for 15 francs a day!

I had way higher expectations. Among the pros is the booking system: you can do everything at the totems or with an app. However the quality of food was pretty bad, and it was very expensive also considering we were in the middle slopes. Super fast delivery: we probably waited for less than 5 minutes before receiving food. Good! The hamburger bread was violet. I guess it was intended to be like this, but I would have strongly preferred a normal one, as this one had a sugary taste. There is an amazing view from there.

Unfortunately very rude service. We ordered as a larger group. 2 minutes after the first part of our people ordered, we were yelled at that we can no longer order because the kitchen is already closed. So most of us had to drive back down to the valley with empty stomachs after a long day of skiing - a shame.

Amazing building with amazing views good was ok but pricy.

You just need to sit down order from the app and you’ll get served. Forget queuing. Food is good, reasonable prices for the area and the place offers nice views over the mountains.

Unfortunately not so satisfied. My food was unsalted (sausage with fries and onion sauce). I think the price is overpriced (maybe due to mountain hotspot prices). Maybe I should try the Galaxy Burger next time.

Of course, in high season, when it's busy and at over 2000 meters above sea level, you can't expect haute cuisine. And yes, the food is probably delivered as pre-cooked “convenience food” and then prepared in the kitchen. All things that others criticize here. But given the difficult circumstances that such a restaurant has to deal with and in general, we were very satisfied with our lunch. We found the selection good, the quality was good (meat and cheese burgers and the fries were even very good). And: The ordering system that was probably introduced due to Corona is simply brilliant. Hopefully this will be maintained! It's rare to get warm food delivered to your place so quickly in high season. Thanks to this system, you don't have to queue anywhere and have other family members look for a seat at the same time. This means that the staff carries the food through the restaurant instead of the customer balancing on platforms between the tables with slippery ski boots... And price/performance ratio: I would say that opinions can be divided. But here too: If you look at the overall “White Arena” package, you can't expect prices here like in Portugal in the countryside... In that sense: Happy skiing days to everyone in the Weisse Arena (where I'm going on a skiing holiday for the first time, but certainly not for the last)!

Unfortunately the food was disappointing, Graubünden barley soup doesn't deserve its name. Thin Kafi Lutz in a plastic cup. For me the price-performance ratio is not right.

One of the nicer places to eat in Laax! The food was great, the service was also almost instant and they had allergens and every ingredient mentioned in the menu. The menu is also scanned with an app so ordering is super straightforward! Lots of space as well, compared to other places so it was reliable for lunch when skiing.

You eat and drink well, not to mention the tip top location. I really like.

Unfortunately very disappointing today. Almost 60 francs and of the dishes only the Bürli were fine/edible. Barley soup terrible, tomato coconut soup too. From the factory 🏭 as cheaply as possible. Inedible, not enough in the bowl and both soups almost cold. R-Fries oversalted (is the chef 👩‍🍳 in love 😻?). The salad is just leaf lettuce 🥬. No carrots, no 🌽 no love. Onion 🧅 sauce from the large gastro container, unfortunately very salty. Cutlery came 3 times and a soup spoon. I would rather lift the salad to my mouth with a fork. Not a great experience today. Things definitely used to be better. The prices are not worthy of the quality of the food. Sorry ☹️ you have to make improvements here… Unfortunately the Vegi 🍔 was sold out... who forgot to order in advance for such a dream Sunday...? A pity…

We attended a workshop at Galaaxy for two days. The room upstairs was for us alone. That was great because it meant we could focus on our topics. The facility is a bit old, but the very friendly staff made up for it. The biggest disadvantage is the access by gondola. Which is also the eye of the needle. Otherwise a good space to work.

I ordered a beacon & cheese burger. On the photo it looked OK, but when they gave it, I got a pink burger with pulled chicken or something. It was not a good burger almost without the cheese and beacon… AND it was very expensive. Service was fast.

The concept and the furnishings of the Galaaxy are really cool and definitely worth a visit. I understand that it is difficult to bring the products (drinks, food, etc.) into the mountains, but the prices still shocked me. Unfortunately there is no service and the app didn't work either. Burgers took a good half hour to arrive. Everything was mass-produced and unfortunately this also shows in the quality of the food.

Better than expected, get the fries with pulled beef 😋👍🏻 and great if you are a lazy person, you can order from your table with the laax inside app 😎 (just don’t forget to clear the table before you leave 😅)

Galaxy restaurant - 40 min waiting time for chicken nuggets and fries, seriously?

None of Switzerland's national languages ​​are spoken at the checkout. You can't expect cola and penne either 😂 To order you need a table number, which some of the tables don't have. Waiting time is very long. The food, however, was good.

We and especially the children really enjoyed it. TOP!

Parents relax with drinks and the kids grab skateboards and off they go on the halfpipe in wonderful sunshine and fantastic panoramic views. This is how I imagine a vacation! 🎯
