Urchin cozy inn. There is top service, a cozy atmosphere and super fine food here. The cream schnitzel was perfectly tender, the sauce divine and then there was even a second helping! An incredibly friendly restaurant. If you particularly like something, you always get more of it. Maybe this doesn't apply to the Merlassen, because they are already huge and delicious. The fruit ice cream harmonized perfectly with it and they were nice with the “chätsche”.

Always an experience, great cuisine

There were four of us. Each person had a different dish. Special requests could also be made. The food was excellent and the meat was cooked to perfection. The service staff was very friendly and competent. Unfortunately there were guests in the next room with a dog that barked all evening, which was very annoying.

We wanted to pay for our meal this lunchtime with the Restaurant Choice card. The Gasthof Sternen in Murzelen is listed on the “Restaurant Choice” list. The service staff asked the boss, who didn't want to accept the card. Unfortunately he didn't want to tell us personally, he sent the service staff ahead. It was probably too complicated for him to accept the card as payment. The food was good, but the friendliness of the service staff left a lot to be desired, you didn't notice any motivation.

Full marks for the food and ambience, very tasty and cozy. The service is 5+ such an organized team that doesn't falter when the house is full. Every condition feels responsible for every guest, which creates an incredibly friendly atmosphere, the well-being of all guests was evident. Very positive experience, please keep it up.

The food was very good. I had the house menu. The service "slammed" the food onto the table a bit heartily. We had the impression that we were being processed. But generally the food was very good and the atmosphere was very nice.

A pub that has a lot to offer. The dishes are traditional and offer exactly what you would expect. The hot sauce could be hotter. Instead of Sambal Olek or Tabasco, you could offer your own creation here that spicy lovers could enjoy. Maybe something with habanero or similar chili. The dishes are super good in terms of price and performance.

Just outside Bern is the Sternen in Murzelen. A beautiful inn with hearty cuisine. The salad dressing is homemade, a dream... The different menus leave nothing to be desired, everything is delicious! The staff is very friendly, they do their job with heart. The ambience invites you to linger, it feels cozy. We have been coming here for years and will continue to do so.

If you like meat, this is the place for you. We enjoyed everything. Friendly and prompt service. The price is high, but in our opinion still ok for the quality you get here.

Still an insider tip. Great card chef better food! It's worth reserving your table by phone in advance. What particularly caught my attention during this visit was the reference to the water, which I really liked. Openly addressed and understandable.

The Sternen Murzelen impresses (again) across the board. The rustic country pub impresses with very good service quality and above-average food. The prices are a bit high for a country pub, but you're happy to pay that if you're served such delicious food. Side dishes are easily placed on the table and you can always order more.

Despite the house being fully booked, the service was never overwhelmed and the quality of the food was excellent. We will be back.

Wild food at its finest. Very classic without any inherent note. Nothing unusual but very well cooked. Innovative menus are not to be expected. Short waiting times. Spacious complex, winding and very nicely decorated. Lots of service staff, attentive, polite and quick. We will be back.

Today we ate the inexpensive lunch menu. It was good quality and served hot - just the way we love it. The “à la carte” menu also promises the highest culinary delights. Very traditional restaurant. Stroganoff outstanding with butter-tender, pink-cooked Swiss beef with fine grilled notes and a well-seasoned sauce. Side dishes, salad and dessert were all unspectacular but delicious. The ambience and food look like they're straight from the 90s, but they're executed very well. Friendly, very efficient service, personal welcome from the extremely attentive host. We would like to come again!

One of my new favorite restaurants. The entire team at Automobile Wohlensee and Carrosserie Wohlensee appreciate the exceptionally good food here. Every time we are surprised by new home-style culinary delicacies. The price-performance ratio is simply unbeatable. Large portions, very friendly and attentive staff.

Good tip for meat eaters! Large restaurant, plenty of parking, friendly service. The selection is limited to animals. The side dishes are at a standard level.

I was there with my colleague and we had a rump steak, various salads, fries and a Coup Romanoff for dessert. The food was very good and the service was very accommodating. The strawberries on the coupe were from Switzerland. I recommend this restaurant. Thank you for the nice hospitality.

We ate well here. The soup offered was very tasty! The meat (fillet and entrecôte) was very tender and the fries were good. The Wienerschnitzel was a little different than expected, but still good. Thank you for the hospitality
