A boat trip on Lake Lucerne is always very nice ✌️✌️ We were on the DS Uri, 1st CLASS on the upper deck. The service was great, friendly and quick... Spesien, the Lucerne platter is top, the price is also ok. Dessert, 2 scoops of ice cream with cream as well, you can't go wrong. The minced meatballs with mashed potatoes were also good in principle, but the carrots with them were too hard. Also, considering the portion size, it's rather too expensive. But otherwise OK

The atmosphere in the salon of the steamships is amazing. Just wonderful. Tip: Enjoy 1st class on the main deck in the saloon and enjoy the sun on the upper deck.

You can always rely on the Lake Lucerne gastronomy. With my guests I always take a tour on Lake Lucerne to Beckenried or Brunnen, in the heart of great Switzerland, enjoyable thanks to the Lake Lucerne gastronomy. My hot recommendation for connoisseurs: the Zug cherry gateau and a glass of Prosecco - alternatively espresso! It's also a great way to start a romantic evening - at sunset. The Zug cherry cake with alcohol is the finest! The prices are perfectly fine!

The food and drinks on board are a bit more expensive but the quality is good. And enjoying a piece of the Zug cherry cake is almost a must. The employees are mostly very friendly. There are two people who are a bit rough, but that's how people are - we're different. A lady is simply wonderful. She does a great job and is very hospitable. A short conversation and a little later you will receive a tip for planning your vacation. We often enjoy traveling on Lake Lucerne and can recommend the service and offerings of the Lake Lucerne gastronomy.

It's a shame, the service staff is so unfriendly, The food is great, but the music is a real disaster. Unfortunately it was never clear where we were, it would be nice to know where we were passing.

The prices are totally exorbitant, e.g. 3.3dl Rivella CHF 5.70, SBB charges 5.0 dl Rivella CHF 4.90. Minced meatballs with carrots and fries 30.50. Business menu costs 49.- with the top restaurant Hotel Montana, here 59.-, no comparison in service and quality. No service here, lower middle class food. Never again, unfortunately I will fill the backpack next time. Better for your mood and your wallet.

The ride was very comfortable and beautiful. But the brunch buffet was just bad. The food was not fresh and not homemade, simply inedible. The staff was overwhelmed and had no time to clear up or serve coffee or egg dishes. I think it's a shame because it has its price and you could expect a lot more. There were too many people in a small space. It wasn't served well at all. It's just a shame... we won't be coming anymore.

On September 13th, 2022 on the city of Lucerne (Luzern from 11:12). Reservation went well. Friendly welcome. Very nice service. Good wines. The food (menu) was very good! We were completely satisfied and will definitely come again. Thanks.

I was on the Diamant today. I ordered Egli. Unfortunately the wrong supplement arrived. The perch consisted more of fried dough than fish. What bothered me was that they actually had Bulgarian wine on the menu. With such a small selection of open wines, it wouldn't be a problem to offer another Swiss wine.

Unfortunately very poor service on the sunset cruise on Diamant. The staff can hardly speak German, have nothing to write, just leave when they take 2 orders from 5 people and wait a long time for a cold dish. I've read that she's constantly talking herself up. You may have to send an office to the operator and SGV may have to think about hiring another operator because something like that can be very damaging to your reputation.

Good day. Yesterday, July 10th, me and my husband reserved a table on the ship Diamont. Sunset cruise included I paid 148 chf for a 3-course menu for 2 people. Since I work in the catering industry, I was very disappointed. There is no longer a 3-course menu, you can choose what you want. But the menu doesn't offer anything really good or delicious to eat. And on Sunday the ship was almost empty, no people and no tourists. The beef tartare was a complete disaster. And with fries?How to make tartare with fries? We were there last time. Never again. Staff were never there for us either. We'd rather choose Lake Zug next time. If they continue like this, it will mean an end for the company. I still wish you much success and happiness. You definitely need to change something

Yesterday evening we were on the MS Diamant (sunset cruise). It was our annual staff outing, unfortunately it didn't go as our bosses had imagined. Beautiful ship, beautiful view, nice trip, food overall poor. We waited 3/4 hours until someone from the service even made the effort to come to our table. No chance of getting an aperitif, hardly any time to eat afterwards because we are now back in Lucerne. FOOD: Out of 8 meals, only the vegan plate was good. Cold food, wrong order. No love and/or no desire to cook. For me it wasn't the first time I ate on the MS Diamant. It was always good, but yesterday was a total disappointment.

Today I was able to experience a lovely day on the lunch boat, excellent and friendly service, but unfortunately instead of Nidwaldner Hacktätschli I was served pre-bought, pressed mini hamburgers. The mashed potatoes, the vegetables and the sauce were great. The so-called minced meatballs were dry and I think they were a frozen finished product. I would be happy to send you the original recipe for Nidwaldner minced meatballs.

We have stayed many times and each time reinforces our love for this hotel. The position is superb with amazing views over the lake and mountains , and Pilatus opposite. It's wonderful to sit out on the balcony and relax watching the boats go by and the timeless landscape. The service is fantastic from the reception staff for whom no request is too difficult to restaurant staff who are always very helpful and the cleaners who do a brilliant job. Just a short bus ride into town and you are in the middle of the transport hub , with very easy access to the boats, and bus and rail station as well as the beautiful city . Cant wait to go again
