Finally we were back in Genovas. There is a new great map. We love Genovas on Idaplatz. It invites you to sit and linger. Wonderful pinsas, pulpo and pasta. In addition, very nice wines from our own production. You can also buy many products made in-house. If you haven't been there yet, you should definitely do so.

The restaurant ‚Genova’ offered a friendly and good service. The restaurant was quite busy with a large outside terrace. Inside they only have a view tables, so reserve well in advance during colder months. We chose the Bruschetta pomodoro as a starter and had two different types of pizza. The food was tasty and the plates were nicely presented! They also have lots of vegetarian options and some vegan. Some of the ingredients used - like olive oil and passata - are made by the owner.

The wine recommendations were anything but disappointing. I even took a lasagne and Parmigiana di Melanzane with me, which immediately went into the freezer at home and we enjoyed it very much two weeks later (it went into the oven and the feast was ready).
