It should probably be renovated and is now only used temporarily. The sink was leaking, the TV was small, the refrigerator was heating because it didn't close properly. Employees try everything to respond to requests. Employees save the store, but I was still very disappointed and dissatisfied. After I described everything at reception, I was given a discount (approx. 10%). That was nice, but it didn't save my days either.

It is evident that they are passionate about providing exceptional service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable stay. Kudos to the entire team for their hard work and dedication to excellence. In conclusion, my stay at Glärnischhof by Trinity was nothing short of perfect. Nous avons réservé avec la demi pension pour un prix plus que correct. Un accueil très chaleureux avec un personnel disponible et très sympathique. Des idées pour une découverte de la ville et quelques adresses intéressantes nous ont été proposés par le réceptionniste. Le soir pour le repas tout le personnel souriant et disponible. Une entrée, Un cordons bleu XXL délicieux et un superbe hamburger, un dessert le tout choisi dans la carte et sans supplément, juste les boissons à payer. Et après on dit que la Suisse est chère! Nos hôtels en France peut en prendre de la graine. Un superbe moment pour de nouveaux profitez des restaurants. Hôtel très bien situé pour flâner dans la ville.
