I've been eating here for years, it's always fresh, tasty, clean and the guys are very organized and friendly ;-)

I would not recommend the burgers.

So it was good going at the start but the last time I went I got threatened and he tried to fight me as a joke. My kebab looked more like a chunk of a big sausage compared to my friends. The people working here are the best though just my food wasn’t that great. Free drink too very good. I’m gonna go again and see how it goes.

Glattgrill the name says it all and entitles you to be part of the Glatt shopping center! I didn't discover the shop until late spring 2023 and have been there once a week at lunchtime ever since and look forward to this treat in the form of a pocket or flatbread. The shop itself is extremely large with a lovingly described window front regarding the origin of the burger/kebab etc. The restaurant itself is very clean and the counter with the ingredients invites you to eat with pleasure. The midday rush is sometimes extreme, so it is not recommended to show up here after 12:00 p.m., but rather from 12:30 p.m. when the first big wave has passed through, which is very noticeable, especially in summer. Inside the store there is also plenty of seating downstairs and upstairs, and in summer there is additional seating outside. I recommend a classic kebab with everything, the bread doesn't matter, you can basically leave out the sauce and if you have an intolerance, all the better. A kebab must be edible without sauce and yet so juicy that your mouth will water. For my part, I've been looking for this taste for a long time and Glattgrill is by far one of the best restaurants in all of Zurich. I once had a similar treat in a small kebab shop in the village of Siebnen in Kt. SZ, but after countless staff changes it was no longer the same. This comment is definitely not bought and is based on my personal experiences. As a meat connoisseur of Turkish origin, I am extremely critical in this regard when it comes to this magical dish, because there are also really bad kebab kebabs here in the country that are very poorly prepared and hardly taste good. I guarantee you that you will have a very good meal here and I hope you enjoy your meal! In my opinion, the previous recessions are incomprehensible, as the same staff is always on site and nothing changes in terms of preparation. Due to my request, some of the skewers were replaced to check whether the taste was just as good or even better. You can argue about the size/filling quantity, but I've never left this store hungry in the last few months and sometimes I still wanted a second round because it tasted so incredibly good, but not because I was still hungry! With a kebab it's not about the quantity or mass that is packed into it and the pocket bread / flatbread is bursting at the seams, there are plenty of other examples that live out this philosophy but they also have to get rid of the meat by the evening. Quality instead of quantity and here the quality is 100% right! I have one additional point to add: the topic of meat straight from the spit versus meat from these metal boxes. For many people, meat from these boxes is out of the question and that is completely understandable for me. Meat straight from the spit remains untouched in taste in every respect and is almost impossible to find in this form in Turkey / Germany. In the case of the Glatt Grill, however, in my opinion it has no influence at all and if you eat there for lunch/dinner anyway, you won't get anything from the skewer, but you will still get very freshly cut meat, you can just feel it. It would be interesting to visit during the course of an afternoon to test whether the quality decreases at "off-peak times" or whether you get what feels like the same thing at any time of the day. I wanted a bratwurst. What was served to us after a short time was visually similar to a bratwurst, but more like a Wienerli in diameter. The grill is not visible to the guest. Therefore, I assume that the bratwurst has been on the grill all day. It doesn't work at all. Shame on you!

I walked in at the end of the day and still got a kebab. Something like that deserves praise. The food was very good and the service was super friendly. I can recommend it with a clear conscience.

Super good kebab 🥙🥳 definitely recommended! Without lying, it's been a long time since I've eaten a 🔝 kebab like this; the meat is delicious (not minced meat), the fries are crunchy and the salad is fresh and crunchy; I had a kebab on a plate! The portion is large and worth a thousand times more. Come and see for yourself, you won't regret it, we promise!

Extremely bland kebab, do not recommend, only eat if there aren't any alternatives

Unfortunately, the kepap didn't convince me here. We took the version with cheese and egg. Then you end up with 15.- and the expectations were high for that. The waiting time was rather long - which suggests that it was freshly prepared. The kepap was really hot. However, the flatbread was rather rubbery and chewy and unfortunately not crispy. The size was on the lower end and the amount of content was also rather small. Meat was available, but overall the kepap was rather bland. It's a shame and my expectations weren't met and the price-performance ratio wasn't right. There are better kebabs nearby for fairer prices.

Everything is very good, the employees are very attentive, they are very close and attentive to the customers, a space to get fresh air when you get bored inside Glatt is very well thought out, and you can smoke cigarettes in the open area. The operators are Turkish, so it was a pleasure to find a Turkish taste in Switzerland. I would definitely recommend it highly.

The kebab box was not properly filled and the fries were old fries - extremely unpleasant to eat. Employee seemed unmotivated. A pity...

The inside of the restaurant is dark, but the outside is beautiful in the summer. I recommend changing the interior design. The interior design could be more heartwarming with more vibrant colors.

Tried the Kebab-Teller, which was very tasty and nicely arranged, the Burger – yummy! –, and the Fitness-Teller for the kids, which they devoured as it was super-quality chicken breast. Very nice chef who offered advice and on-the-fly modifications (more fries instead of cole slaw for dad? Yes, please). Child-friendly, too: our 2- and 4-year-olds were showered with smiles despite them running around the restaurant like they had been stung by bees. Will go again for sure.

Food very good, kebab top. However, employees should adhere to the mask requirement (wearing a mask under their nose does no good) and wear gloves when preparing the food. The second not only during Corona.

The presentation is definitely good and the staff are very friendly. The quality of at least the burgers is rather average for the price. The bread is not fresh and crumbly and the paddy looked like Tiedkuhl standard to me. Taste ok.

Nice grill. We had one Raclette Bürger, a bit dry and over overloaded with thousand Island sauce. On the other hand the ordered kebab plate with salad & French fries was absolutely good. Nice place, friendly service and reasonable priced

Efficient, clean and fine. e.g. the kebab box is made with very fine meat. The burgers are also great.

Friendly, long-standing staff. I think CHF 11.- for the kebab is a bit too much, considering that the kebab is not particularly large. The amount of meat could be a little more. If you want spicy, you can get that too, because unlike other providers, they have really hot sauce and not just chili flakes.

Prices are rather high here and the food is okay but not great. Frozen burgers are too salty and the kebab meat not too tasty. Good for a quick bite though.

I have never eaten a worse Dürüm kebab in my entire life - dry on the inside like white bread and when I pick it up the entire plate is still full of cooking oil... sauce with no taste... Just disgusting!
