Cozy, fine food and coffee, great people ❤️

The Röstis are very good, but unfortunately only on Tuesday. There are many delicious dishes, such as: scaloppine al limone, lasagne. The scaloppine al limone is rarely available. The restaurant is very good but the selection is limited. There are often concerts in the evening which makes it even better.

The hostesses at Gleis 1 cook simply excellently. A wide variety of different dishes are offered throughout the week, as well as always a vegetarian option. I am always amazed at how tasty the food is cooked here. Simply top and delicious! Super fair prices and very friendly service.

Tasty and healthy cuisine, delicious homemade iced tea and excellent coffee. The regionally produced ice cream was also impressive. Plus a friendly, family service: we felt welcome straight away and would love to come back! PS: The culinary souvenirs from the region that are offered on Platform 1 (e.g. elderberry syrup, jam, chutneys) are also recommended.

At our friend's party we were treated to a fine Tavolata - very good and very appealing 😋

Very good food and the atmosphere couldn't be more pleasant. No noise and jazz music in the background. Small but very nice. Prices for a lunch menu are mediocre.

Platform 1 - very attentive staff and good, regional cuisine. Was invited to a brunch at a private event. Normally this is rather unpleasant for me as a lactose intolerant person. Not here! When I mentioned this, I was offered several additional delicious dishes. I am very pleased when I can experience such attentive service. Thank you and see you next time.

When I'm in Nänikon ZH, I always go to this cozy café/restaurant. The service is attentive and friendly. The food is exactly the way my mother cooked: with attention to detail! Today I had Älpler Magronen with applesauce. I've never had a dish this good since I was a child: pasta and potatoes with a bite, onions and cheese, just the way it should be. Plus applesauce with a special touch! I was amazed at how a relatively simple menu can be prepared excellently, and this is a reality at the Gleis 1 Café in Nänikon ZH.

Surprise: much more than a café/bar! A small, particularly fine kitchen where cooking is done with skill and love. Uncomplicated and delicious!

It is a very good place where you can find many things such as cultural food places, it is not a population service center with equipment to repair a bicycle workshop

Here you can hang out comfortably, drink good beer and eat wonderfully. There is also a strong cultural program. Top neighborhood restaurant. Also outside in summer.

Directly in the Nänikon/Greifensee train station, after-work beer right after getting off the S-Bahn, small, fine cocktail menu. Depending on the time of day, also snacks, lunch and snacks.
