Just to learn a couple of hours later that Hannelore already gave to someone else in the meantime. I strongly advise to stay away from such an unprofessional and dishonest behaviour! The only menu that was on offer (tomato soup made from our own pickled tomatoes, green salad from our own garden, sirloin of beef and, for dessert, homemade vanilla ice cream with pickled cherries from last year) tasted excellent. The Merlot from Visp that we ordered was a bit too cold when it was served to us. This only shortcoming was made up for by the warmth of the host couple, who were very close to their customers and took a lot of time for them. The whole all-round package deserves five stars and is an excellent insider tip.
