We stayed in this gem during our vacation in Albinen. The food is excellent and lives up to every good previous review! My girlfriend ordered a beef steak a point. It was just perfectly done. It was slightly crispy on the outside and wonderfully pink on the inside. A dream. I had a fondue. You can hardly go wrong in Valais. It was nice and creamy, just the way it should be. In addition, the employees are very hospitable and sociable. In any case, we felt welcome and are looking forward to visiting the restaurant again on our next stay in Valais.
