Fine cuisine, maybe a bit stereotypical, but the hospitality suffers to my mind. You shouldn’t step in to the dining hall if you are not smiling to your guests🤷‍♂️

We spontaneously decided to celebrate our birthday in Valais. We came across the Gommerstuba more or less by chance. Our expectations were far exceeded. The food is simply top. The service was very attentive but not intrusive. Price performance excellent. We haven't felt like guests like this in a long time. Thank you for the fine hospitality.

Very refined cuisine with well expressed flavours in all of its food. The restaurant offers menus ranging from 3 tot 7 courses. Very friendly people who truely care about high quality and an nice atmosphere. Next to that, the restaurant is located close to quite a few hiking trails. Worth a detour!

For vegetarians there is always a menu with a choice of three or four courses (for vegans it will be difficult without prior arrangement). For the others there is a menu or à la carte.
