From the fresh flowers jars on each table and the great spanish wines and the nice and kind service of the staff particularly Augusto and Giacomo, a nice pleasure for lunch or for dinner food is always good and much more if its paired with so great Spanish wines ….. pity it was winter as i heard great commments about its terrace

We are Mexicans and we came with you. The paella is very very delicious, the best I have ever eaten, super filling for 100 francs for two people, we couldn't finish it. The atmosphere is very pleasant, just beautiful people, the service is very good, but if you are going to order paella, be patient because it takes about an hour to be ready, but it is worth it, Greetings

Gonzalez is one of the best Spanish restaurant in Zurich. The food is always delicious, especially the paella, which is the best in the city of Zurich. As always, the service is top and friendly. The restaurant can only be recommended. Giacomo and the whole team are very great 👍🏻

With a small portion of gambas al ajio you get 6 gambas and with a large portion of 8 francs there is only a difference of 7 gambas. This is a huge scam!! Only come here if you want to get ripped off.

The quality and taste of the food is excellent. In summer only the sheltered garden is open, so the ambience inside cannot be assessed. Since a dish was no longer available, an alternative was recommended, which we happily accepted. However, the larger portion was then served without asking, which was only noticed on the bill.

Everything is just right here! Very tasty food - we had a tapas plate for 2 people as a starter, a Spanish cordon bleu and racks of lamb as a main course. Everything absolutely recommended. The service can't be beat... friendly, attentive, happy faces. We felt welcome and cared for from the first moment. We came as guests and left as friends. We will be back.

Super fine restaurant with top service and a great ambience. Whether in the summer in the cozy garden outside or when it's colder inside, a visit to Gonzalez is always worth a visit. There is a large selection of dishes and there is something for everyone. The desserts in particular are highly recommended. What should also be mentioned is that there are some parking spaces available, which is not a given in the city.

Paella was cold and barely recognizable as paella. The beer and wine were great. The coffee was cold. Suddenly we were sitting alone in the garden. The staff disappeared, doors locked. No thank you or goodbye. They were simply gone.

The food was sensational in my opinion. The beef fillet with pepper sauce is highly recommended. The tapas were also excellent. Nice wine list. The service staff is polite, friendly and attentive.

Best Spaniard in Zurich! The Spanish Cordoun Bleu is one of the best I've ever tasted.

An evening at Gonzalez is a special kind of joy. The lamb is served with the finest sauce and the cordon bleu is freshly baked. The selection of side dishes is phenomenal. Giacomo and Paulina expertly recommended wine and rosé. Yerbas is always good as a digestive.

Definitely a 5 star plus location!!!! Perfect service, high quality food and the humor between the guest and the staff are not neglected either. And last but not least, praise to the chef, who personally checks with the guests what is going on. In short. Always my pleasure !!!

If you are looking for a place with good service and delicious food... this is the restaurant!!! The food and service are excellent! The Tapas, the Paella and the Catalan cream are 100% recommended. It is also a good restaurant to go to in a group, it is better to book in advance and if you want Paella, it is better to notify beforehand, because they prepare it on the spot and it takes time to cook, although while they are preparing it you can enjoy the delicious tapas :D . We were there yesterday with friends who didn't know the Gonzales restaurant. They were absolutely thrilled. Everything was right once again! The waiter Augusto was always present and fulfilled our wishes perfectly. The zarzuela was once again delicious!

Top advice and service. The dishes were well explained to us and made tasty. The pimentones were good as a starter, but the paella was amazing. Full of seafood and chicken. I was able to use it twice. Finally, I treated myself to a Crema Catalana. Great evening, would love to come back.

I came here spontaneously because I had a business meeting nearby. I received a very friendly welcome and felt welcome. The atmosphere is classic but charmingly lightened by the many beautiful flowers on the tables. Since I eat vegetarian, I ordered a tapa plate, which was excellent. The waiter was very attentive and I felt completely comfortable. I can recommend the restaurant with a clear conscience and will certainly be happy to come back myself.

A beautiful restaurant with a competent, friendly team. As soon as you sit at the table, you are greeted and served with delicious Spanish-style olives and almonds. The garden is an oasis of peace with a unique ambience. High-quality, fine food and a great team that puts their heart and soul into what they do. The floral display throughout the restaurant is a feast for the eyes. Gladly again and again.
