Gourmandine in Ollon

We were there at coffee time and had cake. All in all we were satisfied. The service was friendly and the cake was good, although the rich cream and thin base made it more reminiscent of a dessert.

This is the place to go when you’re passing through for a crepe or quiche of the day! The staff is very competent and friendly. I'm going back as soon as possible.

Short experience because it was impossible to get served. After a long wait we still did not have the cards even if only to decide while waiting, the waitress who was supposed to take care of us preferred to chat with her colleagues in front of us while the room was full, while another Waitress told us it would arrive. Which was the moment that pushed us to leave. Too bad, from the outside we were really looking forward to trying this place.

Do NOT come here!! The staff saw us walk in, did nothing not even a smile and then I had to get up after 5 minutes to ask for menus (there were only 2 other customers inside). My partner wanted the crêpe with fresh fruits so I asked the waitress what kind of fruits they had and she rudely answered ‘you want me to go all the way down and check all of our fruits??’ I think it’s perfectly normal to ask what kind of fruits there are and she should already know. If I’m paying to eat something then I want to know what exactly it is that I’m going to eat. She stormed off after rolling her eyes to go and ‘check the fruits’ so me and my partner decided to leave because we won’t spend money on an establishment that hires such lazy people and doesn’t train them on basic kindness and hospitality. Like how embarrassing to make customers feel guilty for wanting to know what they’re about to eat and pay for. Ridiculous

I drank a hot chocolate and ate a chocolate banana pancake, it was delicious.

My family and I love buckwheat pancakes. We very much appreciate the special attention given to our illness. Being celiacs, the cook pays special attention to us by cleaning the plate well to avoid contamination. We are always very well received there with a very friendly waitress!

I went here with my grandparents every day to eat a pancake. It's been a long time now but every time I go back to gourmandine it gives me good memories :)

The atmosphere and decoration are so good, but 90% of the main dishes are only crepes. The crepe base is well made, firm and elastic, and the price is relatively affordable. Overall, it scores 4.1 points

Perfect place for a lunch break. Everything was good: pancakes, quiche, ham croissant, coffee éclair and teas. And the staff very welcoming and friendly, also with children. We will happily come back!

A very nice place. The service, although a little slow, is very pleasant. The terrace is very comfortable: armchairs that invite you to stay. An excellent coffee and, which doesn't spoil anything, at a price that you hardly find in a tourist place. The baked goods are excellent

Tea room/small restaurant with a nice appearance but really nothing more. Service ok, menu not bad, food not bad without being good either. There wasn't much salad with the crepe we had.

Very very disappointed. We had two donuts in this bakery, when we ate them that evening we thought they were fresh. We were very wrong because the donuts were very dry and the filling was not very generous. For the price it is unacceptable.

Good food. Fairly high price. the terrace is not bad in the shade it gets cold quickly even though it says it will be hot. Bring a fleece jacket.

Good little restaurant/creperie in Villars but lacks options for people with allergies or medical food intolerances.

Best crepes. Only problem is they stop serving creps like 45 minutes before their posted closing time which is annoying especially when you walk in and are happy to find the place open and looking forward to having a crepe and then the lady says she isnt serving them now. I suppose we Americans are a bit spoiled when it comes to closing times

Had a savory crepe, cheese and ham, with some chips which were lovely. We were a party of 7 and the place only had a couple of other people in it, but our food came out person but person, it didn't take ages and we certainly weren't annoyed about it, but it did seem like there is one person making all the crepes so the last person on our table waited longer. Overall though, it is a really nice restaurant with friendly staff and good service.

Excellent buckwheat crepe, the service is good, though we did wait for over 20 minutes for our food when the place wasn’t packed, that’s my only complaint. They made juice fresh, definitely recommend that. Very homey, cozy setting
