Very nice casino! Compared to the other large casinos, it is very pleasant to play. The staff are very friendly. Table games have a standard minimum stake of 5CHF, BlackJack 10CHF. I recommend going in the evening during the week if you want to have some peace and quiet, as there can be a lot going on at the weekend.

We were able to enjoy our annual staff dinner with over 100 employees in the restaurant of the Grand Casino Baden. The room had direct access to a huge terrace. The tables were beautifully set. Without exception, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. They had set up a small table especially for us for roulette, where we played without using real money, and a second table for black jack. The meal included Angus beef, salad and a dessert buffet. It tasted wonderful and you even got a second plate if you were still hungry. Many thanks to the entire team at the restaurant for this wonderful evening with you.

Yesterday we spent a bachelorette party at Casino Baden. I don't really like going to the casino and we didn't really know much about the games, but an employee (long, dark and curly hair) at the roulette table explained everything and was very attentive without neglecting the other guests. Thanks for that, it was a lot of fun!

Had a great evening yesterday! The location of this casino is great and the employees are friendly and attentive. I had little experience with roulette, but was kindly instructed by Younes at the roulette table. The food wasn't bad either. The panini sandwiches were a good treat for in between meals. I definitely recommend a visit!

Great casino, I gave 4 stars because of the staff as some of them are rude and often ask for tip and get nervous if you don't leave it but there is also some very friendly and always smiling staff with very entertaining personalities

Overall a very nice casino- The poker room had good action for a week night. I believe there was two 5/5 tables running and 3-4 tables reserved for a tournament series that was also running. As an American, I was shocked at how high the rake was at the poker tables. I believe the rake structure at this casino is 10% of the pot up to $30. This is much higher than the US standard $6+$1 rake structure. Besides that, this was a nice Casino with all of the standard casino amenity's.

It was a very nice evening (December 31st). Food good, entertainment good and the staff very accommodating. Gladly again and again. P.s. The Sunday brunch is highly recommended.

A good relief valve, when you want to unplug from the daily routine. I had a lot of fun at the slots. Obviously you have to play with moderation. It is and should be just fun.

Quite a large casino with different areas including at least 2 smoking areas. It has many slot machines, most of them in the basement (escalator). In the main area it has several roulette tables as well as Black Jack and Texas Hold Em. It also has a poker area. We were there Saturday night and it was pretty busy. It was noticeable that there are a lot of young people in the 20-40 range. Of course, there is also a bar and there are always activities. For example, entry is part of the City Ticket Baden.

The online casino works. Registration is much faster and better with others and the machines only take money in and hardly pay out but better than at Casino Lucerne. You can manage to use the bonus with a lot of luck. Why are the machines so bad? Gamble alone Really you only make money from gambling addicts. As soon as Christmas is over the machine only draws. Your boss needs a new car again

Why you can't make the casino smoke-free? Permanently open door to the smoking area and whoever was in the smoking area then smells in the non-smoking area. A fumoir or nothing at all would be appropriate in 2024

The food in the restaurant was very good. If you then go to the casino you get free entry plus 10Fr. in game chips. I just think it's a shame that the dress code is no longer valued.

Great food! Enjoyed my smoked salmon and schnitzel very much.

We had a business dinner there in September, 2023 and it was great. We are thankful for the pre arrangements and for the onsite professionalism. Rasa and her team took a good care of us and were attentive to the allergies, changes and adjusted their services as we wanted. Beautiful view during the welcoming on the terrace!

The croupier has no respect from the player, the ball spins just 3 times, they give you back the stakes and no good behavior from guests who prefer to take the money out of their pockets, who need training, how casinos are, who have to win, and who have to live off it Croupier always be nice no matter whether player wins or loses RESPECT have a word!!!!

Another perfect evening! We started the evening with an excellent 4-course menu which was simply amazing (Plü simply has the best kitchen and staff) Regardless of whether the boss or the waitress (Valaisian, sorry forgot her name) were, as usual, nice, friendly and accommodating, great service!!! We continued to the casino where the staff was just as friendly and gave us a great evening. In the casino we met Manfred (floor manager) again, who is always so well positioned that it is simply a pleasure to meet him. We just want to say THANK YOU!!!! We love coming to you!!! It's a shame that there is no disabled toilet, everything can only be reached by stairs.

Short visit... Very friendly welcome from the ladies at check in. Even free entry as a new customer. 😉👍🏼 Good atmosphere inside. The “smoking area” was far too big in my opinion. Apparently there are more smokers than non-smokers in the casino. Gladly again!

Nice, cozy evening out and about with colleagues. Dealers are super friendly and are willing to give you tips (as a beginner). Since I was primarily interested in BlackJack, I found it a shame that there were only two tables open (one for 10.00 and the other for 20.00 bets). We also had to wait until a seat was free.

Excellent arrangement. Variety of food and drinks. Seating arrangements are wonderful. This is one of the rare occasions in Switzerland to see so many people in one place and celebrating. Had fun

Greatest casino ever! The young dealers are all friendly, even the older ones are in a good mood. Except for a dealer, you can really tell that when he wins, he almost loses one. Luckily he is no longer at the BJ tables or rarely... The service staff is always friendly and super motivated. If you come often, there's even a free drink included. The tables are awesome, now “gambling” is really fun! Attention: If you don't have one, don't even start, it can be annoying.

Other than the smoking, it's a great size casino compared to most Swiss casinos. Stylish. Could use more table games. Great restautant and bar area. And, you can win here...on a good day. ;-)

Casino is okay. Entry costs 10.00 but with a coupon (usually with McDonald's receipt) you get in for free plus a drink. I like the game Big Shot. The food is okay. Employees sometimes make a lot of mistakes.

I really like the ambience and interior. The map is rather small but nice. We were just celebrating with 10 people. We find the price performance to be appropriate for the service. I've never experienced anything like this before. So much ID control worse than in the airport. They needed 3 IDs from me, driver's license ID and my bank card to check. The receptionist has no idea about her job. Then you have to get your boss to check it again. The catastrophe happened immediately. Reason: Many people have the same first name. Bullshit

Amazing restaurant, best service

We were in the restaurant, had booked it at short notice and were warmly welcomed. The staff was courteous and in the mood to have fun. The food was delicious, just as you would expect at this level.

We thought we were in a casino and we could have given ourselves a visit. At the reception we had to wait until the two ladies had finished chatting and then briskly greeted us with... ID... without good evening or hello. Guests inside in the sometimes borderline dress code. Cap on your head and dressed as if you were coming from work or sport?? At the 2 roulette tables there were 2 totally bored groupiers who didn't feel like working. If the 3rd table hadn't been occupied by at least one friendly employee, we wouldn't have played at all. The whole atmosphere is absolutely not comparable to our casinos in Austria and that was more than enough.

Completely disappointed, even the welcome was very modest. No good evening or greetings, just a short "ID" was enough. In general, the employees are quite listless and unmotivated. Disappointing design of the rooms and the bar. I expected much more.

The casino is OK +\- I can only advise against everyone using the online casino jackpots, the winning odds are very low, I estimate 70:30 rather less recently. There are better alternatives.
