Friendly staff but Prices have increased horribly and quantities have decreased (the slices of pies are getting smaller and smaller!!!. I imagine it's because of Covid and the increase in energy costs, etc etc… for your information; I too have decided to significantly reduce my purchases at your points of sale!!!

Terrible experience with the lady on the balcony (with glasses and red hair). I have been a customer for 2 years and the lady has never been cordial to me, although I have seen her be professional, friendly and cordial to other customers. Today she was extra, very rude and unprofessional with me. I will never go back. There is no need for this disrespect. I will go to Pouly (same products) near Rue Centrale because the servers there are more respectful, even if it is a little more expensive and further from my home and my work.🫤

I am a regular customer, Pouly makes good products. Unfortunately today a saleswoman with red hair was extremely rude: no hello, no goodbye and responded in a disrespectful and vulgar manner. I would not come back to this bakery again…

I went to this bakery on Tuesday, March 16 around 7:00 a.m. to buy a double espresso (not great) and a pain au chocolat to take away, for which I was charged a little more than 16 CHF. At the time and as I am not yet completely familiar with the cost of living in Switzerland, I just pointed out to the saleswoman that it was very expensive, she did not react. The next day I had an excellent breakfast at a competitor's chocolatier (3 tasty raisin breads and a real double espresso) for 13 CHF. Realizing that I had been cheated at Aimé, I went there to check the prices. I should have actually paid 8.90 CHF. I got double the price. Faced with my complaint, the saleswoman boldly told me that it wasn't possible, that she didn't recognize me (yes, it was her colleague...), in short that I was a liar. But what is this bakery that doesn’t train its salespeople in customer service? What arrogance! …. A thumbs up for the staff but above all shame for the employer who apparently does not even realize the mediocrity of his services.... And which has demonstrated know-how since 1974…

Run away ! If you want the same products but cheaper, there is the Coop de la gare

I don't set foot there anymore. A customer for years, the employee responded very badly to me and made a discriminatory remark. This is just unacceptable. In addition the prices are expensive and at 8:00 a.m. there is not often a paillochoc, etc. Still, if a bakery isn't busy in the morning then I don't see the point. The problem no longer arises, I don't go there anymore. I wanted to clarify that my remark does not concern the manager currently in place. The story is older than that. I learned that the person had left 6 months ago.

Its incredible how high the prices are for the stale pastries. I regretted every single time.
