Green Up Salad bar in Lausanne

Good and fresh products but as often it is a scam because 3/4 of the mixed salad is stuffed with green salad (arugula in my order), the food is just added as a garnish (rice or quinoa), extra for the salmon , so to eat a salad like that, I can make it myself at home... I don't see the added value and especially at that price!

It's not Cooking, it's Scam! Infamous, everything seems to have come out of the bag and assembled for a Detestable Result Tasteless seasoning, vinegary taste like Italian vinaigrette without salt! Too expensive for the actual cost price, a Scam! Aggressive and not at all friendly manager on the phone!!

We loved making our own salad and burrito here! The food is all very fresh and the sauce choices are delicious. The fresh juices are a must-try too. Great spot in Lausanne for healthy food!
