The store doesn't even deserve one star. Terrible, arrogant staff who don't even greet you when you come in. I have never felt more uncomfortable in a store than I did here. They look at you arrogantly and prefer to gossip about their private problems with each other. When you try it on you get insulted and annoyed looks. I literally lose the desire to leave several thousand CHF lying around. If you don't change something about the staff soon, there will be no more customers in Basel. In Zurich I received friendlier service.

Difficult, untrained staff. Young saleswoman looks me up and down, seems unmotivated and bored. I don't feel like shopping there :(

Online shopping is a disgrace, the accounting has been outsourced, you pay the shipping costs for returns yourself and then you are charged 10 Chf as a processing fee or subtracted from the refund amount. Zalando has a range of designer fashion, I'd rather stick with it, it's at least worth it.

The staff has no idea and cannot find suitable solutions for the customers! No wonder the store hardly has any customers anymore. You feel totally uncomfortable.

Unprofessional bunch! The branch manager shouts throughout the entire store if there are any problems with the checkout. Door is stuck, goods from last year etc etc

Product range not comparable to the branches in Zurich and Geneva, unfortunately!

Very good selection of high quality clothes: trousers, shirts etc. Competent and friendly service from experienced fashion consultants. One reason, in addition to the service quality, to prefer 'Bricks & Mortar' (purchasing in a physical store) to buying online is the wide range on site, the central location and the convenience of trying on ordered clothes without obligation.

HORRIBLE experience in here today . Wanted to bay a Canada goose and Henro on sale and sales woman ( very thin in her 30s- 40 s shoulder brown hai) started to shout at me saying that I’m going to every floor and putting on hold and not baying anything and she is hungry. Lol. And they talking behind customer back badly !!!! It was my first time in the shop after 3 years and the last time I was here I bought things for 3000 francs . And this is what I had for thank you and appreciation! Shocking ! Who has employed her ?! What kinda training they received?! These people MUST never worked in customer services!!!! I will NEVER go to this shop again in my life !

I wanted to post a nice bag from Stella Mc Cartny. The seller is not interested in selling. Rather stand around chatting. It's a shame that Grieder used to have competent advice. Today, employees only perform at the minimum level. I found what I was looking for across the globe from a SUUper employee. I bought 2 great bags straight away.

Grieder is my favorite shop!!!Now unfortunately I notice that 80% of the saleswomen there have no interest in the customers, so they don't even WELCOME the customers!!! Yesterday, December 17th, 2018, I was on the 1st floor with my daughter, there were the 2 saleswomen, they look at us and with a natural arogance they continue to discuss the private problems without losing a greeting... The following is what I no longer wanted to do To look at the new collection, I bought a beautiful dress from a very lovely saleswoman next door!!! What a pity, It's a shame... Yesterday I wanted to get a lot of presents from you, but unfortunately it's no fun... Ps. Thanks to the dear saleswoman... Top welcome and great service!!!

Deniz ARABACI is a very good leader. Very helpful and very competent. The main reason for my many visits to Bongenie Grieder is DENIZ ARABACI. I feel very comfortable when he serves me.

A good selection of various brands... the sales service leaves a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, poor/inactive service in sales is increasing, which is why people switch to the online shop and then run the risk of finding something else in another store.

At first when I came into the store, I was given skeptical looks because I'm a little younger. But soon the saleswomen were very nice and helpful. Even when I asked for a different size of the product, they took it out of stock for me without any hassle. The product is very great (Kenzo T-shirt).
