We rented ski’s for three days. The shoes were terrible! Our socks were completely wet after skiing. 1 male employee was very rude. We will not rent anything here again.

Small selection of skis and boots in Main Street Grindelwald store. Rented from here and skis felt like they had glue under them. Returned after one day-most staff pleasant but sadly one who waited on me bordered on rude.

Great service, unfortunately not accessible by car to pick up the skis.

We did our ski rental from this place while visiting Grindelwald First. Everyone from people taking order, to folks doing the fitting, to lady at the coffee place, are all helpful and friendly. Rental process was very smooth. Thanks for making our ski trip a success.

Had an amazing experience with them. First had a ski lesson which was really well done. Staff were really friendly and always willing to help in any way possible. I was even greeted by name when returning my ski equipment at the end of the day after one short conversation in the morning. Prices are very reasonable, and they have something for everyone of all levels

I have often bought a few small items here over the years, but I was in earlier this week and saw the most awesome pair of Oakley MTB sunglasses. According to the sticker on the lenses, they were suitable for prescription lenses. A couple of days after I had bought them, I took them to the local optician who told me it was unlikely that I would be able to put in prescription lenses. I went back and they kindly agreed for me to take another model to the optician to double check. Afterwards, I was able to exchange them and now I am a very happy bunny! It is small acts of customer focus like this that brings people back time and again. Thanks so much!!

My two teenage daughters and I recently did the via ferrata in Murren, with a guide that we booked through the Outdoor Shop in Grindelwald. What a fantastic experience! The guide was extremely professional, kind, patient, and made sure that the outing was all about us and tailored to our liking. He also took photos of us during the adventure and shared them all with us after. (I'm attaching one of the many amazing photos he took.) Additionally, I repeatedly bugged the shop with email questions both before and after our outting. Every single one of my questions was answered clearly, thoroughly, and very promtply. I would HIGHLY recommend booking any sort of excursion or guide through this shop, and I'll only go through them next time I'm back in the Interlaken/Grindelwald/Lauterbrunnen area. They'll be sure that you get the most out of your special experience!

Excellent winter sports shop including rental and lessons

We were able to get ski school and equipment again. Everything worked out great and was a joy.

We have used them a few times in 2020 for private ski lessons and have enjoyed all so far. I have had poor experiences of instructors elsewhere and had hesitations however I explained over email and they gave us an instructor who made the lessons fun and enjoyable and crucially at our level/capability! I resumed using them this year (2022) and the staff involved went out of their way to see if the same instructor could be provided, unfortunately they couldn't however the alternative they selected has helped us pick up skiing again and continue to learn at our pace/capability.

I took part in a ski taster course at Outdoor Grindelwald. The course was very well run and I learned a lot. The material provided was in top order.

The British guy managing the shop is really good! Nice shop layout and good prices. Highly recommended.
