Lots of aspects made the stay exceptional in this authentic establishment : The helpful staff, tasty food and relaxing spa (with view on the goats =P)

A small mini ski slope for beginners. But it is actually too low. There was more snow than mud and you can't find a more difficult level nearby

We went there in late Feb, snow was a bit scarce.the artificial snow was available for sled & skiing

The BODMI gave me a wonderful holiday for the second time with lots of special amenities. In the middle of the fantastically beautiful mountain backdrop of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau as well as other snow-covered peaks, the rustic *** sports hotel with its neighboring ski school is in a top location not only for skiers, who can start the first run directly in front of the house, but also for sledgers, Hikers and walkers. We saw single athletes, couples and even large families having fun together in the healthy air and enjoying the appropriate gastronomy for different tastes. Das bodmi is a little ways out of the downtown area, which is what we wanted it was in a quite area, but still easily accessible as there is a bus that takes you right infront of it. And let me tell you this is the hotel to book!! First they welcome you with a free drink (wine, beer, champagne). Then they offer the BEST food at dinner. We only intended to eat the 3 course meal the first night and then explore other restaurants but it truly was the best food my wife & I had ever eaten. We ate there all 4 nights and each meal was 10/10. Also the staff there is so friendly & accommodating. They made us feel like family. The hotel room itself was pretty nice with a very comfy bed & beautiful views. I legitimately would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone I know going to Grindelwald. If you have unfortunately already booked somewhere else to stay, you should still come check out the 3 course dinners they have! Or at least grab a beer on the patio to enjoy the views. Ah, I miss it so much already 😭

An excellent place to stay. Small but an absolute charming hotel. The staff are fabulous and super attentive! We had a family room and a half board, worth the money! The food is delicious! Not to mention that the hotel is situated with a beautiful scenery around it! We will definitely come back and we highly recommend this place! 👍

Nice Hosts. Good restaurant. We've had our wedding dinner there and would gladly do it again this way. If you fancy some wellness you have the option to use the sauna which is located in a seperate building shared with a goat stall. Within the actual saune you'll have a 1 way window where you can watch the goats while enjoying the heat.
