Grotto Zotta in Bioggio

I came here as a solo traveller, just like many of you I relied on the Google reviews before coming. I get there, and the Chef has his family and friends hanging out inside. The restaurant is small and cosy, and the food was incredible. Ordered the entrecote with potatoes and a salad. The Chef is a great guy, highly recommend this place.

A small kitchen with a lot of heart and that is reflected in the food. We'll definitely go there again!

I am only now discovering this little oasis of relaxation and taste. I've known the owner (Fiore) for years, but I didn't know he had taken over the place. Quick and very good cooking: if you reserve it in time, you could make an appetizer with half a shank of beef and eat its delicious marrow. The tortelli with chestnuts and cheese are definitely worth it, but also the venison stew. Very good and delicious cold cuts. A little expensive for a grotto, but it's okay given the quality at the table.

We arrived at 2.21pm and we weren't even given coffee because they close at 2.30pm. If there's no flexibility for 9 minutes, we can avoid going there for... 90 years. Long life!!

Absolutely the best local food and service you can get 🇨🇭🌞even for lunch the outside settings are incredible and if cold you go inside for a 🔥 open fire and cozy lunch or dinner but reminder to book a table! It’s small and cozy and the local wine is the best and delicious for all dices! I can highly recommend this place!
