Häagen-Dazs in Genève

I was very well received by Rosa who just started two weeks ago. She is very nice and she recommended me a waffle with caramel ice cream with pieces of nuts. I loved eating there! There was also a very good atmosphere with good music.

I visited the store on the 6th of March around 5 .The portions have gotten smaller. I don’t not know if this is a company decision or the employees Because the amount of ice cream they are serving is not of value for the money

Since the change of waitress, the current one is very unfriendly, serves in glasses not suited to the order (smaller cup....), dozes on the counter. Forgotten order.... and my family and I are regulars. The people who provided the services a few months ago were super friendly, smiling and attentive. Really service to be seen again. The person on site should be retrained.

Supermarket quality, extremely sugary tasteless icecream but for some reason more expensive than handmade good ones. I’ll pass next time.

Great desserts and fantastic service. I have a peanut allergy and so they understood and catered for my needs very well. Caramel waffle is a must.

We were looking for a dessert spot after dinner. There weren't many places open. Luckily we found a Haagen-Daz!! They have a nice seating area inside and lots of ice cream options. The ice cream was delicious and very filling for the price. Very happy were found this place, it definitely hit the spot before we had to go back to our hotel.

It’s ice cream and it’s German.. what’s not to love.. tasty and nice.. this is a shop in Geneva city near the train station. Since it’s summer had a great margarita drink. The chocolate shakes are to die for.. 😂

Saleswoman who worked on Wednesday June 21, 2023 at 6 p.m. is very professional, attentive and super kind, the mojitos are magnificent, the ice creams are top notch.

The staff is very friendly and the strawberry ice cream was good.

We arrived at 19:00, and it was closed, although according to the schedule it should be open until 22:00! no sign indicating that it was closed, no staff, it was in vain to go there.

Thank you for the very good service with a cup of water in addition to my order. It is always a pleasure to have this glass of water which accompanies very good ice cream.

Terrible service - went there to get 2 pints of ice cream, pretty sure the lady couldnt be bothered and told me they are “out of cups”. One of the flavors i asked for was already available in the fridge behind her and she was reluctant to even bring that out. I hope the store manager reads this, happy to provide more details if needed. The staff needs some basic training before serving clients.

Best ice-cream in the city with no doubts.

I was just there 22 May 2021 at about 16h30. I ordered a strawberry milk shake to go. It was about 12 francs. The strawberry milk shake was without ice cream. It was only milk and strawberry syrup with cream on top, (cream which I asked for).

The ice cream was good, i tried the chocolate and hazelnut flavor and cookie and cream flavor and both were good. It is bit expensive for an icecream but that's genève!

Love the great ice-cream. Super nice service too. (first visit) BUT !!! I returned recently and my wife and I had the worst (yes, the very very worst) hot fudge sundae of our lives. It was terrible, in fact, inedible. Because of Covid we couldn't eat it there and had walked away before we started eating it and realized how awful it was. The vanilla ice cream seemed fine, so it must have been the hot "chocolate" syrup, which tasted like wood shavings.

Nice shame about the general ambiance decor for a new place.

Had already a previous negative experience with Häagen-Dazs in another country so i was a bit biaised. However, decided to go as I wanted sth different than just plain ice cream. The service was as awful as I remembered. There were 4 clients in the shop and two staff, all the other tables had piles of dirty dishes and cups, just disgusting. I go to the counter to order and the person was just standing there ignoring me (but not busy doing something, was literally doing nothing). I left without eating anything. For that price you can get much better,cheaper and artisanal ice cream in Geneva.

If you like Häagen-Dazs ice cream (which I do), this is the place to go :-) There is a choice, the welcome is pleasant and the interior is clean (there is also a terrace). It's rather expensive, but terribly good. I recommend :-)

Fast and good service, very friendly

Very disappointed by the unprofessional and unfriendly attitude of the saleswoman who obviously did not want to work. Obviously more preoccupied talking with a friend who was in the store. In front of the store there is a sign that states “no more than one person at a time”. As the saleswoman's "friend" remained in the store, to respect the rule of max 1 person in the store, I waited outside for at least 5-6 minutes. At no time did the saleswoman signal to me to tell me that it was okay that I could come home. This nonchalantism is unacceptable in an establishment that offers traditional sales.

Had a very nice dessert, location is good close to trainstation and near the hotel i was staying at. The waffle was really nice warm and chewy icream is always great. A well put together combination.

Great place to get a taste of belgians finest ice cream. I can recommend the ice cream with the belgian waffle - which is freshly made and was (at least in our case) still warm when served.

Häagen-Dazs est enfin sur Genève et on est ravi!Les glaces sont délicieuses ainsi que les gaufres.J'ai également testé la boisson "Virgin Mojito" que je valide à 100%On peut également commander les glaces sur Uber Eat.

A proximité de la gare de Cornavin, la terrasse est très agréable. Ils servent à table ou à l’emporter, le personnel est accueillant et rapide. Les glaces sont à tombées, les gaufres et les smoothies également! Ils servent très généreusement. Idéal pour un dessert ou un 4heure entre amis.
