The cafe is medium-sized with a Frenchy ambiance/vibe. It has great sections of savoury and sweet crepes - I had a Swiss chocolate crepe with a scoop of cheesecake ice cream. It was 12.20fr and I don’t normally pay that much for a crepe, but this one was worth it. I enjoyed the flavour of the crepe along with ice cream. It’s the cafe you should check out if you are a fan of crepes and sweet!

I wanted something tasty in a quiet place, I saw the covers on the chairs and the heater. in the end I opted for a savory crepes "la muscade" Correct price for the generosity of vegetables inside the crepe. I will return to try a sweet one

We got there and it was crowded, but we hung out outside despite the cold weather waiting to get inside this beautiful atelier. We ordered waffle and the taste was literally amazing. The atmosphere and the waffle taste were really worth the wait. There is no doubt that we will return to this beautiful place whenever we visit Geneva.

My partner and I enjoyed this warm place and what we ate. On the other hand, the service is very limited. While my companion did not immediately understand a subtlety of the menu, a waitress responded to her in an extremely condescending manner, taking her for the lowest idiot. It was very unpleasant. In short, if you go there, focus on what you have on your plate and try to ignore what's behind the counter!

Worst Chocolate crêpe ever, i got nausea from it 🤢 The atmosphere is good, but if you don’t speak french you can’t get the service easily as no waiters, they are not wearing gloves either. I hope they try to make the place a better one because the location is great and staff are friendly + Its very expensive.

I recently visited Tea Room Muller's Factory in Plainpalais, Geneva, and my experience was rather mixed. The venue itself was charming and cozy, which created a lovely atmosphere. However, there were a few aspects that caught my attention in a negative way. First of all, I was surprised to see an open drinks fridge and a clearing cart, like in a self-service place. After waiting at my table for a while, I realized that the service had actually become self-service. It would have been nice to know that when I arrived. Luckily, placing my order at the bar was quick, easy and efficient. I was given a device to notify me when my order was ready, which was handy. The presentation of the waffle was nice, and I appreciated that the chocolate used was of good quality, rather than Nutella. That was a good point. However, I was disappointed by the whipped cream, which seemed to be an industrial version. Also, the waffle itself was almost cold and limp, which was a shame. Despite this, I still had a pleasant time. Overall, although Tea Room Muller's Factory is not my first choice for enjoying a waffle in Geneva, I would be willing to give it another chance in the future. Despite the small flaws that I observed, the atmosphere of the place and the ease of ordering at the bar were appreciable. I hope that on my next visit the quality of the waffle will be improved.

I would love to give as many stars as I can. We ordered sweet and salty crêpe, both were really good. The owner was really nice and friendly! Very good experience, I will visit again.

Good hot chocolates. Good pancakes 🥞 service at the bar. Lots of people when we went there on a Sunday afternoon around 4 p.m. Very popular hot ginger lemon drink!

Came one afternoon to meet a colleague, we were very well received by the employees. The service was very pleasant, fast and professional. I would come back more regularly to discover other savory and sweet crepes. Thanks again to them for their kindness and welcome.

We went to Muller’s Factory and we had Delicious Crèpes, the Margarita and the Apple Puré Cinnamon. The staff is very friendly and the place is very bright with relaxing atmosphere. Recommend for brunch or afternoon tea:) The next time, we had wonderful brunch with crêpe caramel beurre salé and crêpe mythique, matcha ice cream, matcha latte and sencha.

Was here on a Thursday evening. Not very crowded - had a good ambiance, great decor and service was generally on point. Had the crepes with some alcoholic addition to it. Didn't feel like it packed as much of a punch as it should have for the price. Rather small. Perhaps I'll have another go at a different one next time around.

With my friend we had 2 coffees with milk that were not very hot and a chocolate crepe which was good but nothing more. For my part I took a waffle which was lukewarm as if it had been reheated with chocolate, the chocolate was good, the waffle no more than that for the price I do not recommend

Self service too expensive I think they would like us to do the dishes perhaps, and supposedly a job maker🤣, and the cold chocolate they give you 10 kg of ice cubes.. There are classes

Muller's Factory I take my loved ones there with my eyes closed for a snack or even lunch. The crepes and gouffres are delicious but what I like most are the availability and kindness of the employees. A place where I go with great pleasure!

Good place to have a coffee or a dessert but it's a shame that they cleaned the coffee maker and it was very noisy for the customers. I prefer to go to a quieter tea room.

A cozy and welcoming crepe/Gelato cafe in the heart of Geneva old town area. It's easy to find, has plenty of comfy seats inside and outside. They serve sweet and savory crepes, and they are all good, and reasonable priced for Geneva standards, and serves good quality products. The servers speak English and French, of course, and they are very kind, friendly and customer oriented. The lad with the glasses was very kind and chill, and he had a nice sense of humor. Keep up the great attitude!! Their hospitality makes the dining experience 2x better. I ordered La Muller classic and it was simple and delicious😋. The mama mia was great too. I didn't try their desserts, but they look delicious and their servings are generous 🎉 Alor, I recommend this cafe, and it's a lovely dining experience for friends, family, and also, perhaps for a date too. Keep up the great work and service dear staff members!!

Excellent place for a good price in Geneva, with offers of both sweet and salty crepes. The glacês (ice creams) are amazing and a an amazing price, with a variety of flavors. Coffee is good, and the service and atmosphere are great, at a great location in Planpalais. Recommended for a weekend afternoon and/or a chill evening.

Lovely crepes and delicious coffee, with pleasant view of parts of the city. Tried the traditional marron chestnut crepes and latte (mild coffee 3/5), interesting taste!

Food, pancakes and teas are good. But we waited 45 minutes before receiving A chocolate PANCAKE, so for a basic order. I will not come back.

The food, the staff, the ambience- everything was perfect. With the smell of freshly made crépes and gaufres wafting around and the friendly staff behind the counter all of it was top grade stuff. I recommend the caramel au beurre sale to try!

Don’t get me wrong, the crepes here are delicious. However, the employees highly dislike Americans, if you are American, I would recommend not going unless you want to put up with attitude, rudeness, and disregard. I understand that you may have your doubts, but from what I’m aware my family and I did nothing wrong.

If you enjoy crepes or waffles, do visit this dessert/cafe shop. The chocolate in crepes is rich and creamy and mixed with a gelato just adds to the creamy texture.

Quality products but poor service. Indeed, the ice creams are served in hot cups. We had to ask for ice cream again when it was served because it was completely melted, the waitress justified herself by saying that we should have had it earlier even though it was placed on the kitchen side. We also asked for a glass of water and the waitress told us that we can refill the glass in the toilet. In short, it is extremely unfortunate to have such a well presented brand with sub-standard service.

Recommended by Gault et Millau (1st place in the article), we went there without apprehension and we were not disappointed. The ice creams were authentic and the sugar was not omnipresent (chocolate and pistachio flavor), the sweet pancakes were also good (sugar and salted butter caramel). The place is pleasant and reminiscent of a tea room. The staff members are friendly. We want to come back to try the savory crepes as well.

We love the decor and the crepes. The young employee is super efficient and really very professional. Too bad that with the loyalty card you are promised a free crepe and in reality only the cheapest crepe at 5 francs is offered. A feeling of having been had... It's It's petty and unpleasant!

Probably the best place for crêpes in Geneva. I’ve been a regular since I arrived in Geneva in 2017. Now that my family has joined me, it’s become their favorite place for crêpes. The kids love the hot chocolate and every time we are in Plainpalais, they want to stop for one. They especially love dropping the meringue in the hot chocolate. One can also find a gelato stand run by Muller’s Factory next to the Mont-Blanc ferry terminal. It’s a great place to stop and relax on our walks around the lake.

Unforgivable brunch in Geneva. Sooo recommending it to any person going to Geneva. Sooo tasty food and awesome hot beverages (home-made with swiss chocolate).

Best crêperie in town!!!! Best part is that it's a family owned restaurant chain and you can feel the love in every bite. Our little family loves going to Muller's Factory for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We find it hard to choose between the delicious sweet crêpes or waffles (my favourite is the Swiss grated chocolate with banana slices inside the waffle) and the amazing and filling savoury Crêpes (Mamma Mia or La Muller's are to die for). We actually love crêpes so much that we often pass by the shop to just buy the crêpe batter to make lazy crêpes at home on a Sunday morning... Also, if you happen to be going during winter - make sure to try their home-made mulled wine when its available (best in Geneva) or other yummy hot beverages! Thank you Les Mullers for existing - Geneva would not be the same without you!!!!!!

I go there time to time with my kids, their crepes are delicious and the kids love the too. Savory or sweet both are excellent. The chocolate and whip cream is highly recommended.

I go there regularly at the end of the day for a little gourmet break, I love their caramel latte and the homemade lemon cream crepe. In addition, the welcome is efficient but warm. Plus the decor is TOP!

The hot chocolate is exceptional, creamy, tasty. The whipped cream is homemade. The pancakes are also very tasty. In short, 5 stars for the products and even 6 if I could! A little mixed feeling regarding the welcome on the other hand, not really very friendly. Too bad but we quickly forget in the cozy tea room atmosphere, or on the heated terrace!

For me the best crepes in Geneva. Light and delicious, the one with chocolate shavings is killer.
