The food & presentation was a disaster! The staff is very unfriendly and hardly understands a word. The small restaurant or take away is totally overrated. No more!

Please change the plastic packaging. The whole food smells plastic at night and is not suitable for microwave use. One dish could no longer be eaten because it smelled so badly of plastic Incredibly fast delivery. Food authentic and good. Unfortunately, I've had chicken instead of prawns twice. Satai sauce has nothing to do with satai, it is liquid like water.

Catastrophe! Have vegan food delivered - it came with an egg even though it said so on EAT.CH. Then I wanted to describe the matter on the phone - but the TEL hung up on me!

The red and green curry was well seasoned, the chicken was inedible. We think the meat was heated too long or too hot (or not fresh) and had a very bad aftertaste. It's better to wait a little longer for the food, but it's edible! There was also no apology or price reduction. Never again!

I can prepare the dish much better myself. It was dry, bland and not authentic. Well, what the chef does for a living. The furniture was trashed. And the prices are also disproportionate.

Small restaurant located in a supermarket. We both enjoyed it, but it wasn't a taste explosion either. I think it's a shame that the dishes labeled as spicy are not spicy at all. Spiciness adapted to the taste buds of Mr. and Mrs. Schweizer 🤷

The food was very tasty. Only soy sprouts were very hard and unpleasant to eat. Otherwise we were satisfied.

Delivery was confirmed and we waited more than 1.5h. I called and was told there was no order even though I had already paid. After a long time back and forth the order was found and delivered after 40 minutes. As an apology there were 2 Coke bottles… Satay and Szechuan sauce was very watery and generally the food was not of good quality.

The restaurant wouldn't let me pay with American Express, even though it was possible. The reason was “fees are too high”. Never experienced anything so ridiculous. Food wasn't good either.

👍 good Asian cuisine. You can eat in the restaurant, but you can also order by phone, use Liveversevise or pick it up yourself. Everything happens very quickly.

I've always been a fan of fried noodles with shrimps. Unfortunately, the quality decreased more and more until it reached its lowest point today. The food smelled as soon as I opened the box - I tried it anyway. The noodles were floppy and floury. The shrimps are quite strange. I left it behind and now the apartment smells (after a few minutes) as if the food had been there for 2 weeks. I'm giving up, never again, unless the chef has changed and you bring the old chef back.

I ordered 3 dishes from Hang cheng restaurant through eat.ch. delivery was on time, but all three dishes were exact same base and taste with no difference of spice, sour and salt. It was just mentioned as Szechuan(scharf) ,it was neither spicy nor taste had any taste of Szechuan. The food is great and there is a waitress who speaks Spanish perfectly and I really like that apart from the fact that the girl is super attentive and friendly and everyone is very professional.

The food is delicious and inexpensive. If you're not afraid of eating in a shopping center (no outside seating), you're in good hands here.

I'm waiting 2 hours for mine Eat!!! How can that be!!?? Terrible!!! I have rarely experienced such bad service. Especially when it says an average delivery time of 35 minutes.

Affordable, fast and convenient

A PURE disaster. This place doesn't even deserve one star. We waited 1.5 hours for the food to come and the employee was very unfriendly on the phone! This was the worst service I have ever received! When I said that we should find a solution to the wait, all we received was a "sorry" and the supplier ran away from us. Not only was the waiting a disaster, but also the food. The sauce didn't even taste like satay. It really gives you cramps when you have to pay the full price for this debacle. I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy. Never again !

Ordered from EAT.CH without carrots because of my allergy and first brought me one with carrots. 3 minutes later the restaurant called me and apologized and gave me a new one without carrots for free. Unfortunately disappointing. The Duck Szechuan was totally dry (never had such a dry and leathery duck) and tasteless. The autumn rolls were ok. The Sweet&sour was in the middle.

Price-performance is very good. Personally, I think the food is very good. Enough large portions. What's great is that the changing ones can also be adjusted. Whether larger portion, or instead of normal, fried rice, etc. Unfortunately at lunchtime, after 12:00 p.m. it gets pretty full and you can't find a seat. Recommendation to be there before 12:00 p.m. Certainly but recommended.

You shouldn't go out to eat after 1 p.m. I really enjoyed the food 7/10 times, but if you go late the food is sometimes burnt or very very oily. Service is quick!

(Delivery) Portions are above average, taste is very good.

Cantonese style duck or Chicken Sweet and Sour. Portions are larger than average. Always on time delivery. We have been ordering here for several years and continue to enjoy doing so.

After 4 attempts there now, I give up. The quality of the food is below average and the biggest shame is that the tap water is charged despite consumption. There are significantly better alternatives, including in Regensdorf

Won Ton & fried rice good. Duck satay & chicken satay very bad. Doesn't smell like peanuts at all, very watery.
