Great place! Great food! Great!

Should leave the drive-in open in the evening...

Every time you order something there, something is done wrong. You order a burger without bacon, but bacon is still added, every time!! Or, for example, you order extra cheese and pay for it and it's still not there. You'd better read the orders before giving it out! That's just such a shame because they have to throw away the food every time, just do it right from the start and then no food/company money is wasted.

After the renovation I smoothly done (some stuff left Todo outside in Jan 24) it looks much nicer now. Also the service seems to have improved... Let's verify next visit 😉 Indoor playground has gone - just a small video game projecting on the ground in a corner. Food is kind of ok (it is still fastfood), but they don't prepare the food with love. On the weekends they tend to be unable to cope with everything - looks like there were a lot of newbees that day. Christmas 2022 they closed the children play area (probably until 2023) - a better management would have renovated this before the holiday season. Constantly understaffed it seems. The only hand dryer in the men's bathroom is broken - no alternatives whatsoever...

Unfortunately it's a food chain that kids love, but it has a very small playground for kids

ALWAYS eat cold when customers are being looked after at the drive-in. Either you wait (even though there is NO VEHICLE in front of you) for up to 10 minutes and there is NOTHING inside!!!! go on, but the employees just hang around... or then you come at lunchtime, like today, at peak times and the drive-in is closed! But if you actually get something to eat after a long wait at the drive-in, it's cold and it's slapped unfriendly out the window. Really people... your food isn't cheap. Make an effort or go work somewhere else. Incomprehensible.. For me, BK Regensdorf has died since today after the last big mistakes. But apparently you can afford it. Because I see the recessions aren't exactly for you...

If I have to go to a fast food restaurant, in the entire Furttal (region). It would be this place. After the remodeling, it looks more beautiful and modern, the food feels fresh, the 🥗, the fried products are not with excess fat, the Burgers 🍔 are quite large, even so the small and normal ones (without additions) are fine of size. The attention is quite good and fast. I recommend.

Good fast food. Communicating in the DriveIn via microphone is a bit difficult.

Longer waiting times than McDonalds, things were already forgotten at the drive thru. When calling from home you could give your number and the next time we were offered it. Communication is not always easy at the drive thru.

Burgers, nuggets and chicken burgers were cold, onion rings were wobbly. The only thing that was good was the fries! I would have liked to have seen for myself that no gloves were worn when putting it together, but unfortunately this information was too late! This was the third time we were disappointed! In addition, the heating in the interior wasn't running, which suits the new store perfectly. Functional and cold I can't say more. Crowning conclusion, when the complaint was made, lax answers were sought to justify the grievances! For me the last time Burgerking Regensdorf. Then you'd better have some soup at home!

Hello dear BurgerKing team I don't understand why the DriveIn closes at lunchtime. You could work so efficiently, now I have to get out and order inside every time. I've been a customer for many years and I'm starting to stop doing this. Greetings Arben

Burger King offers a wide selection of delicious fast food specialties. The juicy burgers are particularly noteworthy, as are the variety of side dishes and refreshing drinks. The fast service and modern atmosphere contribute to a pleasant visit. However, an increased focus on healthier options could improve the overall picture. Overall, a solid choice for a quick and tasty snack.

Wrap and Big King Burger were ice cold. Cheese didn't even melt. I have never received my order as quickly as today. It doesn't surprise me anymore.

Apparently the inside was being renovated (the outside is currently being renovated). It's quite pleasant. Unfortunately, the wheelchair toilet needs improvement. The toilet seat must be attached correctly in the middle and a horizontal handle must be attached to the wall.

Service leaves a lot to be desired. Are the employees even trained about the range? Instead of Big King XXL, received XL. Instead of just the Chessburger, get a Chessburger menu. I was charged for the XXL menu and also the cheeseburger menu. Citizens and fries were cold. For the money, the food should at least be warm. Simply birre-soft

The ambient is very pleasant, the gaming area isn't great, but at least there's something there. The restaurant is mostly clean. The service seems a bit overwhelming to me; you wait forever at lunchtime or in the afternoon. There are usually three to four people working, three of them watching as one prepares the burgers. And then the burgers are mostly dry, with little sauce. I have never been able to see a responsible person anywhere. I hope the McDonald's opens again soon.

veggie double facon king ordered. get double bacon king. Update: a week later, second chance. The patty is now vegetarian, but the 'facon' is still real bacon. So it was the last chance in Regensdorf

Not a long wait, fresh, friendly

Has been newly renovated. Now it looks like a hospital. I find it very uncomfortable and cold. The burgers were ok and the fries were fresh and hot.

The fries were disgustingly soggy and the burger was cold after 20 minutes of driving. I also had the feeling that the cheese had barely melted. Thumbs down for this order. Will probably be my last

We had chaos.. we had to repeat the order twice because we didn't understand German.. the cola tasted like soap..

We have been to this Burger King several times and unfortunately we have been disappointed every time. The food is always cold and not fresh. Apart from the fact that the employees don't have gloves on, it takes them a long time to prepare it. I am disappointed and we would like a fresh menu for our next visit.

Ambience only 2 stars because the BK is currently a construction site and unfortunately there is no possibility of eating at a table outside.

Tables dirty, service zero, floor dirty. Burgers only mustard and ketchup, Whopper and Doppelwhopper the same. Far too expensive for the quality delivered.

It is too difficult for them to distinguish between bacon cheese fries and chilli cheese fries in the drive-thru.

Although there were hardly any guests, the staff caused a traffic jam. We ordered four desserts. One was without a spoon, the second was without ice cream. Maybe the staff should concentrate on the guests and not chatter among themselves. It's really really bad. Several guests were upset

I ordered a burger, normal like any other, but this burger had no mayonnaise or anything, just no "sauce" at all, totally dry, you couldn't eat it at all. + I have to say I took a crispy chicken burger. Actually the meat is a little harder so it's very crispy but this burger was more than crispy. You couldn't even bite into it. I was afraid that I would hurt myself with every bite. The store isn't particularly clean, so we always ordered takeaway. I've been there maybe 5 or 6 times so far to see whether it really always tastes like that or whether there are people there who just can't do it and I've noticed that it's not always like that. If you use a different burger, it's also very tasty. So maybe it really depends on who makes these burgers and how...

A Burger King branch that looks its guests directly in the face when they enter the restaurant and doesn't even greet them should go behind the books again. Maybe the staff were just too busy conversing in a foreign language.

Actually like any other Burger King. When we visited at 2:30 p.m., the restaurant was completely empty.

I rarely go out for a burger, but on Monday my husband and I felt like going to Burger King Regensdorf again. The renovation was really successful, it is spacious and very light-flooded. Unfortunately, both burgers we ordered were more or less cold😔but the fries were nice and hot and fresh... The service was very friendly and accommodating but again the burgers were unfortunately more cold than warm, which is a shame... Maybe it will work next time🤷‍♀️

The renovation destroyed the label “suitable for families”. All the charm was gone and now seems totally artificial. Our order came completely cold. In general, we will visit this restaurant a lot less.

Burgers are getting smaller or have become smaller. LongChickenBurger looks at least 2-3cm shorter and thinner. Employees eat behind the counter “without gloves”, fries from the hairdresser’s eye. Nobody says “Hello” or any other kind of kindness. Only the order number. is called into the room and then the discussion continues. The customer is treated like dirt. Now I know why it was so empty there at 7 p.m. At the Mac Donalds 50m away, they bring you food and are friendly! Was there last time. The burger wasn't good either 👎

Positively surprised, something has finally changed. The room looks modern and tidy, but somehow people sit too close together. I filled up, everyone watched me eat :( Despite few guests and enough staff, many tables were dirty. I tried a Swiss-Edition Burget and was not disappointed. BK fills me up :)

You can tell that these people can't work together in a rhythm. I was there a few times in the hope that something would change, but waiting 30 minutes for a whopper is a cheek, I was able to throw my break in the trash so I'd rather go to the Spar next door which have very fine hot dishes to offer, that was the last time I walked in there.

It's being remodeled at the moment, I'm excited. Employees are not always very helpful and something could still be improved.

Easy to get there. + Free parking space + Good food + Electric charging sockets + Good staff - very cold inside.. i'm not sure if they have heating. To be honest very possible that it was colder than outside (december)

During lunch the waiting time is too long (15-20 minutes) and orders are not carried out correctly.

Ordered food where fake citizens arrived, don't answer the phone. Very bad service! It's really sad that you buy and pay for expensive things and then you only get the slimmed down version...just sad that you can't manage to prepare and pack an order the way it was ordered

I didn't like the menu and had a strange feeling in my stomach for 3 hours. I think the prices for a menu are exorbitant. the cleanliness of the place leaves a lot to be desired!

Today at 11:10 p.m., the employee at the checkout with the black shirt and black cap was extremely unfriendly. The point was that mine and my girlfriend's burgers were both cold. My girlfriend ate it that way because we're always tired of asking to reheat the burgers. We are not inhumans who exaggerate situations. But it can't be the same theater every time. Then when you ask them to please put the burgers in the microwave, they distort their faces. There is probably nothing more natural than wanting to eat a warm burger. A flat 0 star for this service.

20min wait in the drive with only 2 cars in front of me. Half of the order wasn't there, the burger looked like it had already been eaten... cold and bad

Unfortunately, my burger was only lukewarm because it was already on the tray while waiting for the second burger. None of the flat screens were running, it was quiet, cold and "homely" like a train station underpass.

If you wanted to order something, you would be shouted at straight away and assigned to the screens so you could order yourself. And when you pick up your food, you will be insulted stupidly. The service is better in the worst restaurant in the world and with children where they remained shocked. They preferred it I'm going to McDonald's now. Great, keep it up

This Burger King doesn't look inviting, especially in the evening. Dirty tables, very dark atmosphere and the furnishings are damaged. There's not much to say about the food, it's just Burger King. The service was nice and friendly.

Ordered röstiburger without arugula and cheese. The rösti looked suspiciously like cheese (see picture). A sign indicates that there may be longer waiting times due to illness. It wasn't really noticeable. There wasn't much going on and the employees didn't show any stress. They had time to help customers order. The tables and floors were dirty. Screens were black (transmitter not installed).

Forgot ice in the drinks even though I ordered it... ordered wooper with bacon, bacon was still raw and not fried at all. It's a shame for the last time here

There are bad employees, good employees and funny employees. Order at McDrive: Me: 1x Steakhouse Burger. Switch: With extra cheese? (The question was ok, but unnecessary) Me: No, once a veggie burger. Switch: With extra cheese? (cheese on a veggi burger... yes, that makes perfect sense) I wouldn't have been surprised why he didn't ask for extra cheese at the subsequent onion rings 🤣. By the way, the food was great.
