Ordered sushi with lying down. It was said from the start that the delivery time was confirmed by email. That happened too. The time was adhered to and even delivered earlier. Sushi was delicious, everything was freshly prepared and beautifully packaged. We are already looking forward to the next time!

It's a small homely restaurant. The employees are very polite and personable. Ramen and udon are simply top notch. I usually call and pick up my food locally, so far my food has always been ready at the perfect time. Best lunch ever, will continue to try new things.

Really great food, excellent quality ingredients and fresh sushi, tried the Pho as well which was massive and full of meat, very delicious. Restaurant is a few minutes walk from train station, but well worth the detour! Young staff was super friendly too.

Always very fresh and prepared with heart. The poke bowls are also excellent as a little tip :) and the staff are always friendly and very helpful.

Nothing is wrong! First, the wait goes from 30 to 1 hour 15 minutes once the payment has been recorded. Then the photos do not correspond to what is delivered: in the photos everything looks good and artisanal, upon delivery we realize that it is prefabricated industrial food. Paying and waiting so much for such sloppy food, I call it a scam. Huge disappointment.

To the haters - the food was great - fantastic sushi, very good rice and very good quality of fish. Order was bang on time (don’t be lazy and pick up and save 10%) and staff super friendly. Of course everyone has an axe to grind about this that and everything, but overall - faultless. Not being a local (we needed pickup and boat) it’s on par with our local Rapperswil sushi team (Ninja Noodle). Only downside - they should make their own ginger and offer GF Soja sauce.

Found Happy Roll by chance via internet search, needed sushi for a birthday at short notice (platter of 5), very tasty. Thank you! (I can't judge the ambience because it's take-away)

Sushi are ok, delivery took way too long, soy sauce wasn't included. I don't recommend it.

We order sushi for the second time and are very happy with the experience, delicious sushi, quick delivery (less than 30mins after ordering, I assume the delivery process has been fixed since previous negative reviews). We will surely order again and can highly recommend!

If I could I would give 0 stars... Ordered at 7:10 p.m., wanted to ask where the food was at 8:15 p.m. but the phone was always “busy” At 8:50 p.m. the call back from Happy Roll took about 15-20 minutes... No thanks never again!! In the confirmation email the delivery time was confirmed as 7:45 p.m

I have never seen a restaurant with such service. I ordered at 5:22 p.m. I still haven't received my order even though it's 7:15 p.m. Honestly, it's not normal.

First of all, a very bad customer experience when i called back the restaurant for incomplete delivery. They hangout the phone on me, 2 times! I had to call the delivery service "justeat" to finally receive the refund for the missing dish! Then, the culinary experience isn't pleasing at all. It's quite dry and the flavours aren't there. I won't order again. It is only a disappointment guarantee for your papilles and a waste of money.

Top quality at a fair price. Everything really fresh and wonderfully prepared. Perfect delivery timing and a very friendly delivery service! It's definitely not the last time we've ordered sushi here!

Food was very good, delivery was about time and the delivery man was very friendly. Order was for the lunch menu (duck curry), so the price was very fair. Duck was crispy, vegetables crunchy and the rice was also very warm. Curry sauce is delivered in a separate container, so nothing was soggy. I would describe the curry as mild, but it had some spice. If you like spicier dishes, you might be well advised to leave a comment in your order or give us a call. I would rate the portion size for the lunch menu as rather large. Plus points also for the note on the website that food allergies are taken into account, but a call is required when ordering.

Delivery was fast and food delicious!

We had placed a decent order of sushi for our wedding anniversary at 6:30 p.m. The order confirmation was received immediately and stated a delivery time of 8:00 p.m. When we still hadn't received anything at 8:30 p.m., we wanted to call Happy Roll. Without success. No connection at this number. I then got in the car and drove straight there. Unfortunately nothing was ready! We were not contacted, nothing! What horror and frustration! It's a shame and never again - Unhappy Roll..... :-((

Solid sushi, tastes really good! please reconsider your pricing. In contrast to the equivalent competition (Gigi Sushi), your sushi plates are quite excessive. For example, the Nara and Kyoto plates are certainly not worth the price in terms of content. there are franchise chains like negishi and co. even cheaper.

Fantastic service with a smile and a “can do” spirit - on top of that freshly prepared sushi. Some teething issues with the online ordering tool, but I am sure that they will sort that out very soon. Can just recommend them and we will be back for more.

Sushi was very tasty, but delivery took forever. 30 minutes were shown online, after 45 minutes we called and then they said it would take another 25 minutes for the delivery to reach us. After another 45 minutes the food was there... But the sushi was fresh and delicious and there was also enough ginger, wasabi and soy sauce.

After a failed order, got a reply and offered even a voucher, thank you very much!
