I've been waiting for my food for 1.5 hours!!!! The phone number provided is not in use either!!!! Under no circumstances will I order again

I ordered a Balik with 3 mini burgers and fries. it is portion for one person.... The taste is great but the price seems high to me anyway thank you for the great taste...

Winterthur Töss The order was not completed after the delivery was far too late. Despite the exact address and a good telephone description. The food was cold and inedible. The delivery person was unfriendly and didn't even make it to the front door. I had the nerve to call again and ask me to come to the car. Delivery is still open and not completed. Strange right? There is a telephone number, unfortunately no one has the decency to use the telephone.

Price performance ratio is not even remotely justified. The delivery came after 1.5 hours instead of the specified hour and that for a takeaway that was just 10 minutes away. Now for food: The meat was just dry, almost inedible and the fries were just soggy. Once and never again.

Worst burger I've ever eaten. Extremely dry, no taste, wrong delivery, I had to throw away the salad too. DO NOT ORDER HERE

Apart from the price-to-size ratio, the burgers were otherwise really honest and tasty. The last two times the meat was very salty. So it feels like one tablespoon per 30 grams of mince. And unfortunately the burgers and bread were black inside. The burger already had real burnt craters on the surface. Otherwise I could ignore it because of the price because the taste was simply good. But it's gone now and I won't be ordering from now on.

Order from Thursday December 14, 2023: -Delivery way too late. -Sliders taste and quality at McDonald's level, if at all. - Ready-made fries from Coop or somewhere else that weren't even remotely crispy. -The coleslaw was inedible. -With the price being outrageous for the quality, this is probably the worst option for burgers in Frauenfeld. Never again.

Delicious burgers, meat nice and juicy Plentiful, perfectly fried and well seasoned fries. Very rich. Unfortunately happy fries with sauce, I ordered without for the kiddies. But the sauces on it are very tasty!! Delivery service very friendly, 15 minutes after the order was placed - still within limits.

Very tasty slider selection! The mini burgers not only looked very appealing, but also tasted 10000/10😋 You can tell that the patty's are fresh and made by hand I'm really very satisfied, I ordered for the first time but I'll happily do it again 😁 The price is very justified as 3 sliders are definitely very filling.

The fries where over-stalted to the point where they were not even salvageable, so we had to throw them away. The sliders all tasted exactly the same, even though we ordered 6 different ones, and they were just "ok". The coleslaw was just bad and they forgot to send us our two beverages that we ordered.

Ordered in Bözen: The burgers taste far behind MCD and BK. Guacamole was not edible at all, nor were the onion rings or the mozzarella sticks. Part of our order was forgotten. The most positive thing about our order was the friendly driver 😂. Never again...

The burgers were disappointing and way too expensive for the price. The quality is almost the same as MC or BK. The only difference, however, is that you have to pay a lot more for it. Even the fries are saved and you get a small box that is half full. Coleslaw was also miserable. We will never order again.
