Harder Kulm Shop / Salam Travel in Interlaken

The opening times say it's open until 10 p.m., I was there at 8:30 p.m. but it was closed. That's stupid 😕

It's overprice and the store owner is so arrogant and rude , i don't recommend it, there lot of stores butter and cleaner and good service

The cashier man is very rude and not polite at all !!! He said go out just because ask about the price!! I don’t recommend this shop at all.

The casher is rude and behaves badly with us, most of the items are without tagged prices, I think based on the nationality he price the item. This is the same as when I visit his country. They treat us like that. I advise Arabs in general and Gulf Arabs in particular not to deal with the store and preserve your dignity

They had free canned kimchi and the sweetest orange cat hangs out there. Best place ever (mostly because cat).

I stopped by to buy Korean food. They also sell Shin Ramyun at Gup, but it was more expensive than there. So I just bought Jjapa and left. As a promotion, they gave us a piece of stir-fried kimchi! Kimchi! Actually, this is why I give it 5 stars haha.

I came back to review again! because of the owner's bad behavior AGAIN , he really sassy and shameless with no honor! and he lies only for money and profit, talking about slavery! come on playing the role of the victim and blaming the buyer! how low level behavior!!! Why would you lie and say that i wanted to replace the goods after a day when only a few minutes had passed?! and this roles that you're making up!! It's not my first time here , i always pay with Visa whenever i want, with the amount i want, it's a global system!! This is not Türkiye!! however i avoided going to Turkey because of people like you, but it seems your actions are catching up with us even in Europe, the problem is that you act as if you are actually from this country! Bad experience because of the bad treatment, the price is too much and they won't charge you by visa intel you pay at least 5 Franc and if you buy something you can't replace it as long as you left the store, stupid policy even though you're in an europe country!! لا انصح به أسعار مبالغ فيها وجشع وتعامل سيء

Even though it is a Turkish supermarket, it has a wide variety of ramen, kimchi, etc., so I like it!! I recommend it👍🏻

We have kimchi, ramen, and cup tteokbokki (this is the most important!)! I think you can come here if you miss Korean food after eating bread! (If you ask me, I'll give you kimchi.)

Day 8 of my trip to Western Europe ㅠ I miss the foods so much! This place is full of delicious food! We met at the Interlaken Turkish Market! I almost cried! The owner was very friendly, and even though I went around 10 o'clock, the store was open and there were a lot of customers! I highly recommend it if you come to Interlaken, Switzerland. I will definitely come again on my next trekking visit! ☆☆☆☆☆

We tried kimchi for the 1st time it's really different yet yummy ..you can try it with different combos. The spicy and sour taste just explodes in your mouth.. do try it !

clean and useful shop. here you will find halal food, asian noodles, scooter & e-bikes for rent, sim card, delicious ice cream, coffee, unique souvenirs and helpful people working there. 100% will come back when I'm in Interlaken

The Turkish owner was so kind and had decent Korean food, so I was able to soothe my aching stomach during my trip to Europe!! He is away from the store sometimes, so if you call or send a WhatsApp message to the manager's number +41791798692, he will reply, so be sure to use it!!!

I was depressed because I couldn't find Hetbahn at a Korean supermarket in Paris, but they sell different types of Hetbahn here! They sell them individually and a bundle of 3 costs about 15 francs. Because the food prices in Switzerland are so high, I plan to survive on Hetbahn for the remainder of my trip. It was nice that it was close to Interlaken Station :)

You can purchase various types of Korean food such as ramen and hetbahn. I was surprised that they had tteokbokki and bibim naengmyeon. I purchased Chungjungwon Tteokbokki for 6.90 francs. If you need a Korean mart in Interlaken, go there. It's not big!

Terrible service! They took over $180 from me when I rented bikes at this location. It started raining and we never were able to ride the bikes. He left the timer running. Unfair business!

This is the only place in Interlaken that sells Hetbahn + kimchi ㅠㅠ It may not be open during Yeongyeop hours, so check via messenger to see if the store is open (I missed it 3 times.. haha)

They also sell Haetban and rent bicycles. kindness

I wanted to eat Hetbahn in Interlaken, so I stopped by Asia Mart and several other places, but I couldn't find it, so I found this place on the last day!!! There was a pile of Hetbahn and it was 2 francs each. There were quite a few Korean snacks and simple foods (like kimchi)!! If you need Hetbahn, please visit!!!

On the way back to the accommodation, I really wanted to eat Haetban, so I went in and bought it. The young male employee was very kind. Really touching..ㅠ I don't think I'll ever forget this store.

The staff was very friendly and it was 20 francs for a 2 hour rental! When we all rode back, they gave us ramen as a promotion. Haha. Ride a bike and go around Lake Brienz. It's good.

Very rude staff and low quality bikes. Tried to rent a bike from them for my 8 year old. First the seat wouldn't adjust height and the staff acted as if they were doing me a huge favor adjusting it for me. Then we paid and started walking out. We had barely crossed the road when it became pretty clear that the bike was too heavy for her to handle and they didn't have the right one for her. When I went to give it back, the staff literally yelled at me saying that I keep coming back with problems and ended up charging me for a full hour. Go here only if you want to spoil your vacation experience.

The magnetic one costs 6 francs, and the snowball do costs 24 francs, but here it costs 19 francs... It's the cheapest here. I bought it somewhere else, but I'm leaving here in heartache.
