Since my earliest childhood and even many years before my birth, my family has celebrated Escalade in December and it is the delicacies from this fabulous confectionery that delight us every year! From petit fours to famous apple tarts and chocolate pots! A true place of tradition and excellence is there every year and for a very long time!

One of the oldest and best bakeries in Geneva. However, the takeover by the boss's son is very disappointing and the new dynamic is more than deplorable. Indeed, the latter imposes a new style which does not correspond at all to Hautle. From now on, you will bring back a very good cake in the ugliest possible fluorescent yellow box. At Leclerc they are more beautiful...Not at all the standard for an establishment of this quality and reputation. Not to mention opening the store on Christmas Day (7 p.m. on the 24th and until 12 p.m. on the 25th, starting at dawn). So that employees cannot celebrate it. So small and ungrateful. His dad respected the employees. Which, for some, have been there for almost 20 years. I would like to point out that you also come for these people. Hautle is a bakery where people come from generation to generation. It's more than pleasant to be able to come between different generations and to see the same employees with whom a relationship is obviously established and loyalty developed. Hautle was a family bakery, in the neighborhood but not only because we, for example, drive 30 minutes to come to their house. It’s a shame that the takeover is taking place with so little respect for such an institution and its employees. Because they are also the pride of this place. If no change is noted we will go to Christophe Berger from now on and hope that you will do the same.

Very old and good confectionery in Bourg de Four (old Geneva) we used to go there 60 years ago with my grandparents!!!

Tradition and excellence, clearly passionate about their profession and the products they craft with love. It's crispy, it's crunchy, it's generous, and they have managed to remain simple and humble. Special mention on nougatine chocolates, an immediate return to childhood.

Very good pastries, not forgetting the frosted mandarins.
