Unfortunately, we can't judge the food because we waited over an hour for our burritos and after asking several times (after about 1 hour and 15 minutes) we didn't receive any food. We then paid for our drinks and went home hungry. Since the restaurant was almost empty (6 other people), I have no understanding. In addition, as we were leaving, the service employee asked us in astonishment why we were leaving since we had had a nice chat with the table next door (who came later, received and ate their food in that time). No apology, nothing. For me an absolute disgrace and disappointing experience.

The best Gordonbleu far and wide!! Freshly prepared, with very fine fillings, not just standard, are correspondingly large and the breading is not too hard and tastes like butter, just great!!

The food was fine, you just had to take it off the hot stone immediately because it was already cooked through. The vegetables and hash browns were cold. The service made us wait forever and we preferred smoking with other guests. When we asked her about our displeasure, she only made excuses. At least she apologized afterwards and offered us drinks.

Food was mostly good. There were always four of us and a dog. Today the two of us wanted to go to the restaurant with our dog, the TV was very loud, then we wanted to go to the Stübli. We were always in the Stübli with our dog. Today the boss said that it has always been the case that no dogs are allowed in the Stübli! Totally unfriendly

That was the first and last time. The service was very bad, there were too long waiting times for every order, and the restaurant was empty. The drinks we ordered only came after we had almost finished eating. We had a child with us who was very hungry and had an extra 30 minutes. Ordered beforehand and unfortunately the food didn't arrive until everyone else did. Not child friendly! We also ordered a portion of fries and they came later than everyone else was already eating. Not even ketchup was offered for meat dishes. Unfortunately, my daughter wasn't finished eating yet and was the last one to have the wooden plate. After she was finished, the plate was on the table for a long time, so she went to the waitress with the wooden plate and she said she should add the plate herself put in the kitchen. What kind of service is that supposed to be!!! Later, when we got up to order coffee, the waitress was sitting at a table smoking with the chef.

The food was very good, but I give it one star for the inattentive service. We had to get up to get the dessert menu and wait an hour to pay.

We stopped for dinner asking if we could pay by card and the girl's answer was yes, we sat on the terrace with four other tables occupied and it took them half an hour to serve us. When we finished the dishes we waited another half hour for them to give us the dessert menu since the waitresses were sitting with people smoking and drinking. Finally, when we went to pay, they made us wait another long time for the third time because it seemed that the dataphone was not loaded (knowing that we were going to pay by card). They kept us from eight thirty until a quarter to eleven because they were in their environment, the organization on the part of the waitresses was a disaster. The dinner was quite delicious except for the dessert (panna cotta) which they had as a house specialty.

In empty restaurant - waited 8min after being placed at a table. When we got up to ask for a menu, the waitress was sitting at a table having a smoke with other customers, and never even came to take our drinks order. We eventually left...hungry 🫣

There were two of us on the beautiful terrace. Had chicken nachos, beef quesadilla with beer and wine. The portions are generous, the quality is great and the prices are really moderate. The staff is very attentive and friendly. I'd love to come back!

Nice place to sit outside. Had 2 Condonbleu, 1 with risotto one with fries... And salad for starters. The cordonbleu and the risotto had a very strong curry / aromatic taste... I have no idea how you can ruin such a beautiful meal with this pungent taste... But the service was very nice

The terrace outside is very nice. The service is nice. But the food really isn't that great. It tastes bland and as if everything has the same mixture of spices or aromatics in it. I wouldn't come to eat again.

Between "Hot Stone" and Cordon Bleu, 3-4*, vegetables with a clear garlic note. Not crazy, not awesome, but price-performance fits in my opinion.

Small restaurant with a large garden restaurant. Large portions of meat. Prices are rather high, service is not entirely satisfactory for the price. Cream of veal schnitzel with noodles were very tasty. Very large selection of main courses, too large for my taste.

Unfortunately it wasn't an experience. The service was very bad, long waiting times for every order and course, and the restaurant was almost empty. We had Cordon Bleu, it was more fast food, and we expected more from all the other dishes. There wasn't even ketchup offered.

The restaurant is pretty small, however the food was really delicious. Mainly focusing on traditional cordon blue and hot stone beef (dont rely on the name). The portions was normal for a decent price at this area. So highly recommended to try. Service was fine.

Cozy restaurant, ordered Schnipo, waited a VERY long time, Schni was very nice, but unfortunately Po were cold. But I didn't complain because then I would have had hot bottoms and cold tails, that's my consideration... Strangely enough, the waitress took the knives that were already on the tables from the place setting and then brought them back... maybe not the same ones, but the same ones.

Lunch menu ok price management good.

I was never there, but I made several phone calls regarding a planned event. They were always very unfriendly, sometimes just made me wait for over 10 minutes to clarify something, my cancellation was almost not accepted (admittedly it was at very short notice, but I couldn't change it) and then they simply hung up in the middle of the conversation. Very unfriendly staff on the phone. I can not say more about that.

Delicious food and great service! At first the menu is a bit confusing as you expect "Havana" Cuban food, but they offer home-style Swiss cuisine and Mexican food. As a trained hotel manager you get a bit of a headache. Because the more there is on offer, the worse the quality. BUT I have to say it was a great experience. We have never ordered a hot stone before and this hot stone with the entrecote was simply great and delicious! The service was also very nice and courteous - simply professional. We will be back! We recently celebrated a birthday party in Havana and were well catered for. Plenty of home-style food, excellently prepared. All guests felt completely comfortable and the location invites you to linger. Simply great!

They cook very well, but it's the third time I've received the wrong delivery and the other day I had a fingernail in my cordon bleu. Really bad

That's really a pity. Ordered food at 8 p.m., nothing was there at 8:40 p.m., I called and was told it would arrive in a few minutes. Called again at 9:10 p.m., somehow nobody knew, said it was a misunderstanding and the phone was simply hung up.

Nicht schlecht. Leider verstehe ich unter Nachos was anderes. 10 stück Nachos, 250 gr Rindfleisch und 250gr Gemüse ist nicht das was ich mir Vorstelle. Wünsche mir Nachos und nicht ein Fitnessteller. Ansonsten gutes Essen

Burito besteht zu 90% aus Reis und der Rest ist Dosengemüse. Burito klebt an verpackung fest. Essen ungeniesbar.

Haben heute um 18.40 online eine Bestellung getätigt. Nach 2 Stunden warten haben wir angerufen. Es hiesse, der Kurier habe das Essen abgeholt und sei in 5 Min. bei uns. Nach nochmals 30 Minuten warten ist die Lieferung noch immer nicht gekommen. Also nochmals angerufen. Und wieder hiess es, es sei unterwegs...und wenn sie nicht gestorben sind, warten sie heute noch...Danke für Nichts..bestellt, bezahlt, nicht erhalten...

Super schön renoviert mit den Sitzplätzen draussen und der Lounge. Dennoch läufts wohl nicht ganz so gut. Zumindest trumpft die Küche nicht mehr in der gleichen Qualität und Kreativität auf und das löbliche Konzept, das bei der Renovation gestartet wurde, ist wohl bei der Leitung des Lokals nicht ganz durdacht und umgesetzt worden.Dies scheint einem grossen Teil guter und neuer Kundschaft zuzusetzen.

Das Havanna war nach der Renovation eine wahre Perle in Wetzikon. Doch seit dem Besitzer? Gérantwechsel ist das Restaurant wieder eine Spelunke wie vor der Renovierung. Wir waren als Familie (6 Personen) am Samstag um 17:45, nach Vorreservierung zum Essen da. Leider war der Service sehr langsam (nach 15 Min. kamen die Getränke), die Salatsauce war zu sauer und schlecht abgeschmeckt, nur ein Teil frisch (Karotten waren aus dem Beutel), und auf den Hauptgang warteten wir eine geschlagene Stunde. Vier Cordon Bleu (teils schwarz), ein Thaigericht das sehr fade war waren den Preis nicht wert. Dieses Restaurant kann ich leider nicht mehr empfehlen. Schade, auch wie auf die Beanstandung reagiert wurde war sehr unprofessionell und lädt nicht zum Wiederkommen ein.

Im Restaurant Havanna gibt es jetzt neu eine Glace Karte. Man hat eine Auswahl zwischen jeglichen Coupés und Glace Sorten. Das Restaurant Havanna ist super 😊🤗

Das Restaurant Havanna ist unter neuer Führung. Die Messlatte ist sehr hoch, da die Vorgänger eigentlich untopbar sind, aber dennoch hätte ich mir einen ebenso tollen Nachfolger gewünscht. Fazit: Essen war OK, nichts spezielles, so 0815 und Menüs sind ohne Fantasie. Eine Speisekarte wie man sie fast überall findet. Leider nicht mehr mein Lieblingsrestaurant im Züri Oberland. Schade für mich, schade für Wetzikon.

Tolles Servis, tolles Essen. Immer wieder. Frisches Essen mit sehr feinem Wein. Sehr gemütlicher Umfeld.

Abends ist eine Reservierung zu empfehlen. Kleine aber excellente Auswahl auf der Karte, inkl. Weinkarte.

Nach relativ langer "Havanna-Abstinenz war das gestrige Nachtessen wieder extrem fein, come sempre. Danke für einen feinen und schönen Abend, Anita und Mätteli machen das g r a n d i o s. Wir kommen wiiiiiiiiiieder.

Wir waren nun schon so oft in der Havanna.Wir wurden noch nie enttäuscht und waren immer sehr zufrieden. Mein Filet Rossini war super gebraten und schön mit frischem Gemüse und dicken Fries angerichtet. Die Weinauswahl ist super. Die Bedienung ist freundlich und wir werden immer herzlich empfangen. Wir kommen noch ganz oft wieder.

Sehr gemütliche, angenehme Atmosphäre im Gärtli. Das Personal ist super freundlich. So muss es sein. Das Essen ist lecker und bodenständig. Wenns Essen noch etwas mehr Pfiff gehabt hätte, wären es 5 Sterne.

Dieses Restaurant ist eines meiner Favoriten. Nette Bedienung, nicht so ein grosses Restaurant (heimelig) & eine kleine Karte (ist einfacher zum auswählen). Das Essen war wie immer hervorragend. Aus meiner Sicht kann ich nichts bemängeln.

Empfang war schon mal mangelhaft. Die Speisekarte war nicht gerade extrem informativ die Bedienung liess zu wünschen übrig, die Qualität der Speisen nicht überzeugend. Wir wurden wie arme Schlucker behandelt nur weil sie nicht wussten, dass ich für eine der weltweit grössten Firmen arbeite. Nie wieder nein Danke

Unserer Meinung nach ist das Havanna verdient auf dem ersten Platz der Restaurants in Wetzikon. Hier ist der Gast/Kunde wirklich König. Das Personal ist sehr nett und aufmerksam und stets bemüht jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Die Speisekarte ist klein, aber dennoch ist für jeden Geschmack was dabei. Wir werden zu 100% das Havanna wieder besuchen.

Wir waren als Gruppe im Havanna. Der Empfang war mega symphatisch und wir hatten direkt das Gefühl von "willkommen sein".Der Service ist aufmersam, erkennt was fehlt oder was noch gewünscht sein könnte.Das Essen war sehr lecker, jede Garstufe wurde getroffen, jeder konnte für sich etwas finden was passt und alle Speisen wurden gleichzeitig gebracht.Kann ich echt empfehlen.

Tolles, ständig wechselndes Mittagsmenu. Bisher habe ich im Havanna noch nie schlecht gegessen. Die Preise sind Angesichts der Qualität sehr fair. Schnelle und freundliche Bedienung die ihresgleichen sucht. Für jedermann zu empfehlen.

Sehr feines und qualitativ hochwertiges Mittagsmenu. Für Mittagesmenus gibt’s kaum was vergleichbares in Wetzikon.

Herzlicher Empfang, Menu Auswahl auf einer Schiefertafel an der Wand, leicht Asiatisch angehaucht, Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt, Bedienung etwas zu laut und fast überfreundlich aber gerne wieder.

Das Havanna wurde uns empfohlen, zu recht.Die kleine aber frische Speisekarte (2 Menus an Kreidetafel, wenige weitere auf der einseitigen Menukarte) ist super und das Essen war sehr lecker.Auch sind alle Desserts mit nur 2 Sorten Glace aufgebaut, sehr sympathisch.Sehr freundliche Bedienung und gut Platz.Es ging auch alles sehr zügig oder besser gesagt, in gutem Tempo, weder Stress noch lange Wartezeit.Terrasse kann ich nicht beurteilen, es hat geregnet.Das Ambiente das einzige was so mässig gemütlich ist.Ansonsten aber sehr zu empfehlen.

Schon das eine oder andere mal hier gegessen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Hier fühlt man sich wohl!

Kleines Restaurant mit ausgezeichnetem Service und Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Nach meinem ersten Besuch hätte ich locker fünf Sterne vergeben, alles war Perfekt. Bei meinem zweiten Besuch war unser Abendessen nach unserem Geschmack eher langweilig. Dennoch lieben wäre diesen Platz und werden sehr gerne wiederkommen.
