Heid-Stübli in Vaz/Obervaz

Very rustic, a great selection on the menu 😋 The fondue with dried tomatoes and shallots is recommended. The service was very pressing, starters and wine came too late. Still super friendly. I would like to come here again.

The restaurant is located in the cellar of a hotel and clad in timber to create a faux “stübli” vibe. The food was below average and while the service was somewhat friendly, it felt like our presence was an inconvenience.

There was no change. Extra in my opinion. Before he was attentive, after that he didn't look at us. When we asked where our change was, it came back in the box in a flash. He then rushed to his superior and told him something. As we walked past he said to him, "these two"... Whatever he told him about us, funny thing.

a nice tourist trap where they announce a Gerber cheese fondue! a Grisonnaise dried meat which is sausage from the supermarket, a wine list, where the cheapest is 60fr, the average at dl is above 8fr! without relation to the food (pizza etc...), a shame to the local gastronomy. May the director be kind enough to recommend a specific wine from his menu to accompany a pizza for 22fr.

The food was really good, but I would like to highlight the authentic ambience and the service from Miroslav, which was really excellent.

We were there as a group on Saturday in the 8 p.m. shift. The raclette was good. It's a bit of a shame that there weren't different types of cheese to choose from. The main course/raclette didn't come until 9:30 p.m., a bit late in my opinion. The time beforehand was bridged with salad and aperitif, which were served in bowls for the group. We also lacked enthusiasm there. An iceberg lettuce with a few nut lettuce leaves, drowned in a French dressing sauce. It's a shame they've moved away from fresh garden salad with a mixed grains. Service was friendly and accommodating. Price performance is right.

Service quick and very friendly. Fillet from the hot stone very good. Älplermagronen very fine. Capuns rather disappoint. Dough very bland, soft and boring. Only one star for Capuns.

Great if you want that cabin feeling. The food and pizzas are also very good. However, you should make a reservation. Occasionally you get lucky too. The restaurant is attached to the Lenzerhof, which is why there are a lot of hotel guests (which is why a reservation is recommended). The prices are very fair for the quality and also compared to other restaurants.

The Chinoise meat was very bad, smelled bad and was partly brown. Even after complaining, it wasn't really any better. Not good quality and very expensive. The staff was very friendly.

Given the circumstances, I was hoping for very good food. It was also delicious, but I would have liked the hash browns to be fried a little more. Since the food felt like it arrived after 5 minutes, there wasn't enough time to prepare it properly. But the service and ambience were great.

As always, a great evening in the Heidstübli - very fine, high-quality Swiss cuisine, great ambience. The service was absolutely good, but unfortunately there are practically only foreign service staff; I would like to see a little more “home” among the staff - especially in a rustic Swiss restaurant.

Very tasty food and great ambience, which was unfortunately overshadowed by poor service. Long wait until the menu even came, had to order drinks several times, fondue was served instead of for 2 people. Only delivered for 1 person, we had to pour the wine and water ourselves. We hope this works better on the next visit.

Food was great at city prices. Service leaves a lot to be desired. Yesterday and today a crowd of guests formed in front of the restaurant entrance. Shift change probably... Order only partially served, artificial hectic, confusing service. “Coming immediately” is the standard response. We ordered a few dishes, all of them perfect, it's a shame that the pizza knife was missing for the pizza, and the homemade herb butter for the beef fillet didn't find its way from the kitchen to the table. Reordering didn't help either. The service specialist disappeared and was no longer seen. That was probably our last visit...

Actually there would be a 5 if it weren't for the stupid in-house rule that ALL guests occupy/change their tables at the same time. The result is chaos and a long waiting time! So at 8:15 p.m. there are dozens of people waiting and everyone starts ordering at the same time, which of course does NOT work well if the service doesn't have enough numbers for such rushes. Result: service poor, food not coming to the table at the same time, etc.

We had our team dinner here. The food was very good, good beer and the accompaniments to the fondue were very good. Actually, we would have liked to wait a few minutes after the fondue and then order dessert. However, the waiter said at 7:50 p.m. that he had needed the table since 7:45 p.m. Mind you: we had reserved for 7 p.m., we were simply there earlier and therefore finished. He noticed from our looks, went briefly to the counter and came back saying we could stay seated. Unfortunately, this statement ruined the mood within a few seconds. Previously we were satisfied with the service. There were no people queuing and there were still enough tables available.

Yesterday we were your guests quite spontaneously at 5.30 p.m. We were lucky enough to get a table for two people without a reservation. At first everything went smoothly, we ordered and received drinks quickly. The fondue we ordered for two also arrived quickly and was more than sufficient in terms of quantity and quality! But now what didn't go particularly well: When we were almost finished, a waiter came every 2 minutes on average and asked if we would like to order anything else. We said we were still thinking, but we quickly realized that they wanted the table free again. That was more than unpleasant and also very inappropriate! It's a shame that you're being kicked out like this! The second negative point is that we didn't receive a proper receipt but only an interim invoice. This is extremely unprofessional. We will avoid the Resti in the future. Addendum: Thank you for your reply. How do you explain this with the interim receipt instead of a compliant entertainment receipt?

What a great restaurant. Were there for the second time today. Super friendly staff. Urchog-beautifully decorated and the food is incredible. If I had to recommend the best Rösti in Switzerland to a tourist, I would send him to Heidstübli

This restaurant has a nice decor and atmosphere. You can eat authentic Swiss dishes or Italian dishes. We ate a delicious fondue there and the children were able to eat a delicious pizza. During high season, however, be sure to book in advance if you definitely want a picture. Although it is a large restaurant, it will be completely full.

Terrible service, only interested of having full tables. We were never offer any water or drink for the food. Service were unpleasant. Try to find other restaurants in Lenzerheide.

Dear Lenzerhorn, Heidestübli team, Today we were so looking forward to eating with you….Yes and then everything turned out differently… Ambience very nice! Staff, well hmmm… Food phew…caprese salad; Tomatoes were almost a bit unripe, so we asked for balsamic vinegar and received some kind of red wine vinegar... Graubünden barley soup was really more of a bouillon than a delicious soup… Three different pizzas; Mammamia was totally oily and, to be honest, not good! The other two were ok but not anymore! (So ​​pizza doesn't work at all!) We then ordered 3 glasses (7dl of quality) of red wine, which had certainly been open for a very long time because it was no longer available and this at 9.-/dl!!! We communicated our deficiencies with feedback to two different service employees; ah, thank you for saying something, we will record it straight away…. Well, nothing happened and no feedback either... So with a heavy heart we had to leave the restaurant without dessert! At a price of 190.- for 4 people that is and was completely insufficient! Up to now we only knew the Chuchichäschtli and were always thrilled...and now this...hmm, what else can you say/write?

We were in Lenzerheide in the week of December 20th, 2021. When we were at Heid Stübli for dinner, the service staff was a bit stressed/busy - which also had to do with the current occupancy in the restaurant. Under these circumstances, the service staff was a bit sparse to meet and speak, but very nice and helpful. Unfortunately we had a table downstairs near the entrance, which wasn't very appealing - especially since there was a strong breeze at this location and it was therefore very fresh. When we asked to close the door in front of the bar - this was denied, so it was a bit uncomfortably fresh. The food (pizza and Älpler macarons) were excellent. Price/performance ratio is right! I would like to recommend setting up a thick windproof curtain at the entrance to the bar to block the draft from the main entrance.

Today we had a birthday dinner in the Heidstübli with 8 people, unfortunately it was very stressful from the first moment. This is probably because of the two service times. Some things didn't really go according to plan, empty salt shakers on the table, sliced ​​pizza ordered, went to waste. First beer came warm and uncarbonated, was replaced, but not really with a better one, one person got the main course much later, no open rose wine available even though it was recommended shortly before, etc.... Food was pretty good, but nothing more. When requesting the bill, they asked whether it was cash or card, and was answered with cash, then when paying, the remark was, ah, cash now. All in all, a not really relaxing evening, a shame.

Go to the hotel to order pizza. Not a single person greeted us, but no one at all. Nobody seems to need it.... When after a while someone took care of us; Ordered pizza for delivery that evening - was rudely told that delivery was only possible in winter. But pizza was okay.

Pizza war lecker, Service leider enttäuschend. Wir schienen nicht dem gewünschten Klientel des Sternehotels zu entsprechen, zu dem das Heid Stübli gehört. Dass unsere Bestellung vergessen wurde, okay. Dass dann aber andere Leute bevorzugt behandelt wurden und wir erst mehr als einer halben Stunde später als zugesagt nach mehrmaligem Vertrösten unsere zwei Pizzen bekamen war unpassend. Dass eine der beiden am Ende kalt war, weil sie wohl doch schon länger da lag, entspricht nicht dem angestrebten Niveau und Speisen zu diesen Preisen.

Aufgrund des Lockdowns haben wir beschlossen, im Heid-Stübli Pizza zu bestellen. Zunächst einmal war der Lieferservice strikt nur für Pizza möglich. Da wir zusätzlich zur Pizza noch zwei kleine Salate wollten, wurde uns gesagt, wir müssten alles selbst abholen. Sind ja auch ein ziemliches Zusatzgewicht, zwei kleine Salate, die kann man nicht einfach so dazu liefern? Mangels Alternativen sind wir dann zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt ins Hotel, um das Essen abzuholen. Die Pizza war bereits kalt, völlig versalzen und ungeniessbar. Einfach nur schlecht und lieblos.

Es überkommt mich regelmäßig die Lust auf wirklich gute Pizza. In weitem Umkreis ist das Heid-Stübli meine liebste Wahl dafür, denn sowohl geschmacklich als auch vom Umfang ist es absolut perfekt!Ich finde es sehr schade, dass der Keller aktuell zu hat. Aber die tolle Pizza gibt es weiterhin- nur eben im ersten Stock.Achso! Es gibt natürlich nicht nur Pizza. Auch andere Gerichte sind spitze, dennoch nehme ich meistens die Pizza, denn die sticht für mich besonders raus.Vielen Dank für die gute Gastfreundschaft

Tolle und abwechslungsreiche Karte mit bündner Gerichten. Entspannte Atmosphäre in einem chicen Restaurant. Sitzmöglichkeiten drinnen und draussen. Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Kellner, M.B., war bei unserem Tisch. Das Essen kam sehr schnell und schmeckte köstlich. Wir haten Rösti, Filet und Fleisch vom heissen Stein. Für Kinder sind Hochstühle vorhanden. Hunde sind erlaubt. Die Preise angemessen. Einzig nach dem Hauptgang ging es sehr lange bis die Teller abgeräumt und nach Dessert und Kaffee gefragt wurde. Wir kommen wieder.

War nun schon sicher das 5. Mal dort und ich hatte noch nie ein negatives Erlebnis. Service top, das Essen sehr fein und die Protionen sind super. Was speziell gut ist, dass man das Fondue auch für eine Person nehmen kann. Würde das Restaurant jedem empfehlen.

Wir waren das erste Mal dort,ursprünglich war das Heidstübli gebucht,aber wir sassen in einem Anbau,der nicht so gemütlich war,das Essen hatten wir aufgrund eines Viersternehotels besser erwartet im Verglich mit anderen Restaurants.Die Aelplermagronen waren fad,kleine Portion,Röstzwiebeln aus der Dose,nach Käse hat es nicht annährend geschmeckt,es sah auch nicht apoetitlich und ansprechend aus.Die Pizza mit Thunfisch sah auch nicht apoetitlich aus,der Thunfisch schmeckte sehr streng und sah nicht gut aus.Alkes im Allen wir waren nicht zufrieden und für ein Viersternehotel erwarten wir qualtativ mehr und Besseres

Wir haben einen perfekten Abend im Heid Stübli verbracht. Rindsfilet mit allen Beilagen waren superlecker, zwei Kollegen haben Fondue Chinoise genossen. Fleisch, Saucen, alles perfekt. Zudem die sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Bedienung. Vielen Dank, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Super schönes Ambiente. Ein Mix aus Kuhstall- Chalet- und Burestube Ambiente eingerichtet, es ist sehr heimelig. Der Service ist top, sehr aufmerksam, schnell super freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen ist schon angerichtet , sehr lecker und gute Portionen, somit ist das Restaurant sehr zu empfehlen, ich denke aber man müsste sicher reservieren 👍👍👏👏

Went here for dinner recently (end of Feb 2020).Pizzas (especially Diavola) were very good, calzone was good, standard fondue (for one) was extremely disappointing (very creamy but very little actual taste - was a bit sickly). Kids had ice creams for dessert - the lemon sorbet was epically good and I had a very smooth kirsch. Staff were very friendly as always. Usually have a good time here, and really only the fondue was a let-down.

Service uns Essen o.k. Ambiente wäre auch sehr schön wenn bei vollem Lokal der Lärm nicht so gross wäre. Ich konnte mit meinem Gegenüber nicht plaudern. Als wir das Lokal verliessen war ich heiser. Gemütlichkeit ist anders. Tipp unbedingt die Tische in der Mitte des Lokals vermeiden.an den Seiten dürfte es angenehmer sein. Es ist mir klar die Betreiber können nichts dafür wenn eine grosse Gruppe richtig laut ist. Das durfte in der Saison fast jeden Tag der Fall sein. Das Lokal ist immer ausgebucht.

Immer wieder gehört ein Besuch des Heidstübli bei uns zur routine.Service immer durchaus freundlich und aufmerksam, es wird immer bestens um einen gesorgt.Die Pizzen sind immer top Qualität, bestellt man sich etwas anderes wird man auch nicht enttäuscht, alle Speisen auf einem hohem niveau und sehr schmackhaft.Bewundernswert das alles so stimmig ist bei der immer hohen auslastung dieses Restaurants.Ist nicht selbstverständlich trotz "Stress" immer so freundlich bedient zu werden und solch leckere Speisen serviert zu bekommen.
