Getting 2 single beds instead of a double bed was the only turn off. The location is serene. Easy availability of bus. Rooms are small but cosy.

Much too expensive for Swiss services Really a basic room with not even a bottle of water, no coffee machine and soap and shampoo a small sachet and all that for 160 chf. At this price we have other services in Switzerland! And we’re still looking for the mountain view!

1. The breakfast is rich and the coffee is delicious. I only stayed for 3 days and the dishes are the same every day, which is a pity. 2. Next to the door is the bus stop Heimat 3. It takes 12 minutes to walk to Wilderswil train station 4. My room is on the third floor, and the landlord helps me carry my luggage. 5. The first floor is a restaurant, so you don’t have to worry about running out of food.

Comfortable and well priced rooms in a spectacular location in Interlaken. The mountain view's can be enjoyed from the room balcony. Staff were also excellent and willing to help, and they spoke good English - when my German was not good enough :D

The place was lovely. We stayed here for 4 days and it was wonderful. The host was super nice. Breakfast was included in the price which was under our budget. We requested for a mountain view room and they gave the best corner room which had view from all sides. The bus stop was right outside and Bahnhof was 10 mins walk. You can also do small hikes around the place and see few viewing points.

We stayed here for 4nights. It was an amazing stay, the rooms were cozy and the view was super amazing with all the mountains around us, we asked for a mountain view when we booked and the people running the hotel were so sweet and friendly, so please ask for any specific requirement that you might have. They even helped us with directions on their own. The rooms are budget friendly so I will definitely recommend this place.

Hotel Heimat is old school hospitality at its best. We stayed at the accommodation and ate at the restaurant twice. Food was absolutely stunning, and the family that runs it were so kind and welcoming. It’s also in a great spot, just around the corner from lots of nice walking tracks (easy walking and harder hiking). They also have a gorgeous pup who sometimes visits at brekky!
