Henry's Restaurant in Zug

Very nice bistro beside Bossard Arena. Food was good, and staff very friendly. I think the menu changes every month or so, so worth checking out from time to time. My cheeseburger was delicious!

It was our first time there and today we had chicken skewers with fries. The meat was well seasoned in an oriental style. Unfortunately, the fries were almost inedible because they were served very sloppily (in the sense of not being crispy at all and somehow soggy). Unexpectedly delicious vegan food! We chose this place somewhat carelessly but wer quite surprised. One of the best vegan meals I've had in the last 12 years living near Zug / Zürich!

We had asked for an aperitif at Henry’s for an event. We were informed about the variants and prices. The version for CHF 18.00 said it had cheese cakes, ham croissants and flutes on it. When we asked how much of each was on it, the answer was that they didn't know... strange, when I sell something, I also know what and how much... Well, we ordered based on luck. When we arrived at Henry's, there was 1 small ham gipeli, 2 measly little cheese cakes and 2 flutes for CHF 18. If they had been really tasty, you could have turned a blind eye, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. There weren't even napkins included. The whole thing seemed very careless. The managing director didn't let anyone talk about it. no accomodation or insight. For us it's a complete rip off.

The Shish Kabab really tickles your tased buds and is absolutely worth the 30 CHF. There are lots of vegetarian options and dishes to share. Additionally the staff was friendly. However the women's toilet was sub par.

Probably you would find here the most delicious food in town. Everything from a raw tartare meat to a vegetarian food, cooked as a kind of fusion of European and Arabic style. Fish from the local lake is also available. Everything is very tasty and healthy.
