I was surprised by the huge queue on a Saturday lunchtime I almost gave up and in the end it goes very very quickly, on the other hand the burger yeah it could be a lot better....

Everything I ate was... 5 stars. Friendly service and staff. THANK YOU .

Not great, not terrible. But it’s a burger on the road, I didn’t expect too much from a dollar store food.

Excellent burgers, relatively fast and friendly service, very pretty and very clean restaurant area, which is remarkable for a fast food guy. Only the customer flow with unlimited syrup is difficult to access next to the ordering counter and the people who serve themselves drink a little while remaining in front and re-serve themselves, not ideal.

Exceptional service, super smiley. On the other hand, we took 2 burgers without fries 🍟 (per person, so 4 burgers) and since we did not take the menu, no reduction on drinks was made. Too bad, because 2 burgers cost more, they could have played the game 😉 But that in no way calls into question the professionalism, the welcome and the smile of the employees, as well as the great taste of the food on site.

Very good burgers. Very average table service. There were 5 of us, 2 x 2 orders were reversed, which is not easy to see right away because they are burgers. So we found ourselves biting into a hamburger that wasn't ours and then swapping with the neighbor.

[Update] great for smood except that they don't deliver to the peilz tower... so it's the same thing [provisional star response time] Why is it not possible to order from a delivery service (Uber or other) because the restaurant is not super accessible without a car. It’s torture to know that such good burgers are almost within our reach

Young beginner who gets caught by a boss, at the checkout brother comes back down. He doesn't accept my girlfriend's student card photo, although at holycow Friborg it's fine. Besides, everywhere is good, in the cinema bath etc... Plus They forgot the fries in my friend's order, and the meat is not as good as before, yes Swiss quality etc.. but hey your patties are not great at all, loss in quality disappointed. Froud bread and garnish see glazed. Staff too young and unprofessional.

There is something for everyone, salad or burger, vegi, chicken or beef, small or with lots of extra. Unfortunately the breads were cold and the avocado slices were not ripe. Special mention for the unlimited syrups and delicious fries. Small downside, the dessert menu which is practically non-existent.

Generous burgers, crispy fries and fast service once the order is placed. What more can we add except that it’s the children’s favorite burger restaurant? An address to recommend for a pressing burger craving.

Delicious burgers with a pleasant atmosphere. More or less right next to the highway and with competitive restaurants right next door. So, we'll definitely come back. Ideally suited for our trip through Switzerland.

Just incredible burger, fresh and quality ingredients from local, perfect service I recommend 100% knowing that the prices are correct. Principle of unlimited syrups too good too. Burgers outside of the traditional. Varied menu, beef chicken or vegetarian, there is something for everyone. Real chicken fillet, excellent sauces and very crispy fries. A few extra fries from the menu and it would be perfect. Very friendly waiters and fast service.

The sandwiches are very good, there were 4 of us at dinner... the only problem was that we all had stomach aches, I didn't understand what we had done wrong: the fried potatoes or the hamburger

Burgers were also great but the best was french fries. It's delicious, but I wonder why so many stores are closing down.

I love visiting holy cow here, for me it's the best of all. I've tried all the burgers and I can't find a favorite. It's just a shame the drinks aren't branded.

I "only" give 4 stars, because it's the only "bad" experience I've had in a holy cow. Although I had already been there on Saturday evening, I was surprised by the huge crowds that evening, probably due to the return from skiing which often clogs the region's roads on winter weekends. The staff seemed unusually overwhelmed, understandably, and this caused some waiting. Too bad but that won't stop me from coming back, because the burgers and fries are excellent, certainly more expensive than in other fast food restaurants but of much better quality, and generous too. Note that they are served within 2 minutes most of the time, and that the fries are more often hot than cold. For such a short service time, we are surprised by the quality!

We really like holycow but they have changed the meat..? We had a very compact and rubbery beef pattie! Super disappointed if this is the new standard 😞

Very long wait at the checkout, despite the absence of customers. Unfriendly and unsmiling staff. Cold or even frozen shepherds' garnishes. Tasteless ! The beef has no texture. Very expensive price compared to the quality promised.... I will never come back again and will advise my friends and acquaintances not to come to this restaurant. Very disappointed 😞!!!!

Great service and atmosphere. Free parking right outside! We love Hollycow (especially Lausanne) and so we were disappointed here, the meat was tough and not very hot and the bread was downright cold.

First time I've tasted one of their vegetarian burgers! I loved it 😍 Thanks to the just great cashier who was helpful, patient and kind!

The food is good but the cold burger bun spoils everything. In addition, they have decreased significantly in size. They were bigger before. We will soon be like McDonald's if this continues, with the only difference that cold bread is very negative compared to McDonald's.

Have to visited a Holy Cow in a minute and was pleasantly surprised to return. The service was great, and the food very tasty. The nice fat fries are great. Crunchy on the outside and sweet and fluffy on the inside. The burger is good with a nice selection of toppings and menus. Would return.

The staff are lovely. and jovial, you can see them cooking, it’s really cool! The burgers are excellent and there is very little waiting time. Enough room to sit, a nice setting and we might as well emphasize it because it's becoming rare: Clean toilets.

This restaurant really surprised me, because I wasn't a big fan of burgers. The Mexican burger is excellent. The fries are good too. The strong points are - the kindness and professionalism of the staff, the speed of the service.

Really tasty burgers, however at a moderate-high price. Also really nice fries and they even have their own soft drinks.

Veggie burgers need serious improvement. The patty itself is poor. The buns are great though. Fries are good too. A choice of side orders is needed and would make commercial sense..ie. onion rings, breaded jalapeños....etc

Holy Cow offered such good burgers... Today it's a scandal to pay 20.- for tasteless burgers with a compressed/reconstituted slice of meat, full of aromatics and pieces of fat. Nothing qualitative or tasty unlike what this brand prides itself on! It’s a real shame… Avoid!

The Holy Cow is well located, parking a little small at certain times of the day. The place is nice. It can take a long time to take your order, but the staff is always smiling. There is a good selection of burgers. It's okay, a little too simple for me. Something is missing for it to be very good. We are served at the table (a plus), but as soon as we finish, we feel like we're being pushed out and I don't like that feeling.

The staff is friendly and resourceful. I had fond memories of a charming restaurant of the same name in Lausanne, where I went about twenty years ago...but nothing to see. The fries are quite good, and the portions generous, but it remains fast food, fatty, industrial, and quite expensive.

The food left alot to desired. Frozen patties and saggy buns. Would not recommend.

35 min wait for a takeaway burger that I saw cooling in the bag, professional service.

All very good, with Swiss products, effective and quick service, fantastic, welcoming and relaxing environment. Normal prices, menu around 20-25 francs including the drink and the fries are truly extraordinary

Beautiful restaurant with incredible views. Service was quick, multilingual and efficient. Received our food about 5 minutes after sitting down at the table after ordering at the till. Unfortunately, my impression of the food was somewhat average/below average. The burger had no taste at all for me. Just edible mush. The chips were also fried so long that the potato inside had disintegrated away due to extreme long cooking. The chips aren't awful but I could only manage half a portion before feeling greasy and uncomfortable 😣 Don't get me wrong - I think the burger was cooked well, but lacked spice and I think the quality of the meat was below average so just a pate-like mush was all that came from it. I couldn't taste the bacon, cheese, or caramelised onions at all, nor any of the three sauces in the burger. I think this is just a slightly more upmarket McDonald's, but to be honest, I enjoy the consistency of McDonald's burgers more than the ones from here. Others may enjoy but it's not for me ❤️

It should have been better than McDonald's, but: Arrival at 10:20 p.m. and order of coffee (it's strange because Holy Cow closes at 11:00 p.m. and coffee is usually taken AFTER the Burger). Hearty burger but cold bread, even iced with pint that the meat was cold in places. Heartbreaking.
